I had a tummy tuck about a month ago with Dr. Kai and I honestly went in with a lot of fear and doubt. Now, I couldn’t be happier,not only with the decision to have the surgery, but also with choosing the best possible doctor for it. Dr. Kai is one of the most skilled and professional doctors I’ve ever known. Thanks to his expertise, what is normally an aggressive surgery ,felt much easier for me, and my recovery has been surprisingly smooth and comfortable. Beyond Dr. Kai himself, he has an incredible team that truly makes everything easier. From the reception,especially the lovely Stephanie to the amazing nurses (Alex, Letizia, and Maria), the lovely dr Julia and the post-up massage team (Ángela and Silvia), everyone is kind, supportive, and highly professional. Each person plays a role in making you feel at ease and confident about your results. With a team like this, you feel completely taken care of, and the whole experience becomes much less stressful. Everything went smoothly for me, and I felt supported every step of the way. I used to have long beautiful slim legs, Till the menopause and gradually they became lumpy and ugly. I hated looking at my fat knees and knees and the backs of my thighs were deformed. I had the dreaded lipedema. Dr Kai did an amazing job. I am 70 years old and obviously I don't have the legs of a girl, but I can hoestly say he has done a miracle. They look long and slim again, no lumps, well defined and I can wear leggings again instead of outsize trousers. Thank you so much Dr Kai. You are amazing. I can verify this testimony.

The front end staff at Ocean Clinic are truly exceptional people. From reception, to the nursing staff and the post-op specialists there's not a bad egg anywhere to be seen (there are egg-shaped 'sink in and hide inside' armchairs however). Special mention to Ana, Kamil and Vanessa who are not only very professional but also genuinely wonderful and helpful souls. I've had two procedures so far, and Dr Kaye and Dr Paprottka have been (as far as I can tell) very skilful and dedicated surgeons with very high standards. I took one star off because they're also VERY BUSY people and sometimes you get the impression that they're less concerned about who's present than about who's coming in next. Both Drs explained everything in great detail when prompted. They have their own fully equipped operating theatre in their offices, and a small recovery room with ensuite plus additional facilities upstairs including remedial massage, IR, RF and general testing equipment. There is both staircase access and a lift for those less able or inclined make the journey to the 2nd floor. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ocean Clinic in Marbella.
