A while back I fave this store a 5 star review, as it was in line with my experiences. Not anymore, unfortunately! They somehow marked my order as “picked up at the store” even though I wasn’t in Spain when it was delivered to the store! Not to mention it was supposed to be available for pickup “within two hours”, not over a week later. I reached out to them several times to get a cancellation and refund, to no avail… I wouldn’t buy from them anymore, unless absolutely necessary (or they have a very good deal).

Redhead sales lady with glasses is so rude, only wanted to return earbuds and said we can’t because it was unsanitary and compared them to “returning underwear” not the same, didn’t even want to explain calmly to my father and gave attitude to him, I asked if it was broken, could it possibly be returned but only got “esta roto entonces?” with a tone as a response. I love shopping there for books etc but I probably won’t ever buy electronics there “head staff” lady.

Good shop if you are looking vor vinyl or cds but little overpriced.

I got my new phone few years back and a nice gramophone. They have everything there with all possible price range. Shop is equipped with literally everything you need for any taste and budget. It’s quite big, so allow yourself a bit of time while buying, staff is rather friendly then techie clinical while helping you which is great.

Zero satisfactory the experience. Saleswoman Belén was very rude to us. Definitely will not go there again.

I was today to Fnac at La Cañada to return a Starlink I bought. When I bought I thought instead of ordering it on Amazon or from Starlink I should support my local shop. When I purchase it a specifically asked the sales person if they where a Starlink authorised dealer, and he told me they where. He also told me I can try it for 30days. Now when I come back to claim a return for my Starlink that I bought with in the 30 days. They refused to return it. Claiming they are not Starlink dealer and they have there own return policy of 7 days. After asking to speak to the working manager, I try to explain the situation that it doesn’t work for my house and that according to the promise sales person when I bought it say that I can try for 30 days. The lady manger that I spoke to was rude and did not wanted to hear anything other than voice of her self speak. I have bought a lot of things for my self and for my company true Fnac. But it is the last time I set my fot in this shop. Would not recommend it at all. This store needs new management. And also a clear communication what they sell or not. Next time order on line at least you can return if you have problems.

I’m mind boggled to see this place nearly having 5* reviews. I’ve printed 10 t shirts and asked them to be in white. They have even sent me a confirmation email with the model which was black logo on a white t shirt and then when picking up turned out to be black t shirt with white logo. I did not complain much. But then they have printed out 6 miniature logos as per stickers instead of one big one. Even with that I didn’t bother and didn’t want to leave this review either. But then when I’ve tried to stick them up the letters would not stay which was basically the only point in order to advertise my business. Not sure how they are doing so “well”. Perhaps I just got unlucky but I would personally stay away from this “company”, and for sure I will, as I have wasted a lot of money and I can only use 50% of what they have provided.

A large hypermarket offering a wide range of groceries, fresh food, household goods, and specialty products at competitive prices.

Terrible store. No staff, no Wi-Fi and whatever you buy wil cost triple the Aldi or even mercadona value. I wonder who frequents a useless store like this. The only good department is their cheese and dairy section, but it’s more expensive than even the Corte ingles. Useless store in the very worst area of Marbella … By the way, it was not very looked after, and looked dirty

The shop is a chaos. At the small food restaurant in the center they send you from the cafeteria to the meat counter to order. A minute later they open the cafeteria counter again, because there are too many clients at the meat counter. If you just ate there and want to leave the shop, you’re not allowed to do it by the cashier counters, have to go all the way back to the entrance and go against the flow out of the store. Ridiculous.

Best supermarket overall. Best average prices, massive choice of cheeses, beers, wines and spirits in particular. Helpful staff and welcoming checkout clerks. Easy parking, especially early mornings.

Alcampo is a big supermarket with a great selection of products You will find fresh vegetable frutes at meet market as well they have prepared plates to eat in place or take away; the service is excellent and fast. Thee winner selection consist Spanish origin. The prices are competitive

Good store in general. I only wish they had better fresh produce and more international products (authentic Mexican, German, Italian, Asian), not brands that people barely use or know.

Supermarket cafe, but for the price, was excellent. Just a few sandwiches/baguettes, some cake and some drinks but couldn’t fault it. Cheap as chips too.

The service of the shop is excellent but the quality of the repairs I do not think are good quality. Just 5 months ago I paid 170€ for the back of my phone to be repaired and it has hairline cracks exactly where it the original crack was. I think the quality/strength of the new covers is not good. The actual services of the shop and staff are wonderful. Repairs are sent off.

Excellent service. I had a problem with the fan on my laptop and on their investigation it was found to be damaged. Unfortunately I have a UK laptop so I’ll need to source the part at home but I was very impressed with their honesty and no charge. Expert and trusted service is hugely reassuring. I’ll return in future and obviously I recommend them.

They speak English. They are really very helpful.

My phone’s display wasn’t working at all so I came and it got fixed in an hour! Definitely recommend this place and the guy there is very kind and professional.

Ghost mall. Terribly old and outdated. Dirty in and out. Those stores still surviving are expensive and useless, like the whole area. A pawn shop, a café that’s always closed and some overpriced and bankrupt eateries.

A mostly abandoned mall that feels outdated and neglected. The few remaining stores are expensive and not very appealing, and amenities like the café and eateries are often closed or overpriced.

So much potential wasted. The upper floor is a ghost town. In the heart of Banús you’d expect more than fast food and barber shops. That said, I am referring to the interior and the eastern side. The western side is totally different.

I come here to enjoy the many people, boats, cars, shops and enjoy a nice lunch with a cold drink in the sun, while enjoying the views. Here are plenty of high-quality shops with good service, always nice when someone opens the door for you, but only if you look good enough to be a potential buyer 😉 If the sun is to much, you can enjoy the nearby beach and dip yourself in the cool water or get a beach massage. If overheated there is a nearby ventilated indoor shopping center. If the price tag is too much for you, you can always make a good deal on the street. You will know what I mean when you walk around. Why only 3 stars? If you read between the words, you have your answer.

Don’t know much about the history of this huge edifice, but even pre-Covid, large areas inside remain disused, giving the largely empty interior an increasingly eerie atmosphere. More recently, the outside units to the East are home to ‘secondary’ retail such as bike rentals etc. and more importantly a much-needed pharmacy. One bright spot is the Thai restaurant “Naga” on the West Side.

Really well-stocked store, as usual with plenty of products you might need and lots that maybe you will one day. Quality of product is variable but generally good value. The staff attitude has improved, as demonstrated by an older gentleman at the checkout who called out Hello in a very upbeat way! Good for him.

There is no possibility of return, and if the product is defective, they are reluctant to replace it

DOUBLE CHECK YOUR RECEIPT! Twice now I’ve been the victim of overcharging – the first time, they double scanned an item; more recently, when the scanned price was more expensive than the ticket on the product and indeed the price label above the products on the rack. The old boy first up attempted to blame his shoppers for changing the price labels around. Even when we went over there and he clearly saw it was 4.75 EUR, he simply said it was wrongly written as the barcodes didn’t tie up. It was 100% his responsibility to communicate prices in a fair and accurate way. Instead, he tried to weasel his way out of things by blaming clients and even when it blatantly shows the price for a ‘tutu’, he refuses to accept responsibility. In fact, he took it upon himself to rip the price labels with 4.75 EUR off the tutu… Not to be trusted. And if you want to go to a Chinese shop, go across the road to the one next to Supercor. They’re also far more pleasant over there. Will never set foot in this place again.

There you find simply everything

Way overpriced for the quality of merchandise in the store. You can do a lot better at any Dunnes store or Leroy Merlin. Family-owned and not very friendly. Won’t be coming back to this place.

This shop has everything – electric cords, hardware items, art supplies, almost anything for your house and party stuff including helium. Thsy also have clothes and seasonal stuff, etc. Nice relaxed staff too and more spacious than many ‘chinos’ (as the spanish call these shops)

This place is massive! I couldn’t believe how much selection it has, you will find everything here! If you have just moved you could literally buy everything you need for your house in the one place, at reasonable prices too, from cultery pots,pans,electronics, bedding, pillows, mirror’s,tables,ornaments,lamps, rugs, fruniture, car products, pet products, DIY, crafts, hobbies, toys, things for the beach, party supplies, garden furniture, clothes, it keeps going and going! beware though, you can’t help yourself in the place and won’t be able to walk out without spending nearly €100!

Great service, open in the afternoon by appointment (pretty convenient) to either take a picture or develop your own photos. Recommended

If there were an option not to give a star, I would give it because the service is terrible. For me, the price is excessive; I got some copies, SOME copies, and some passport-style photos, and for everything, it was €20. It seems excessive, and the service for taking the photos was terrible. Poor Customer Service at Media Markt – TV Section I visited the TV section of this Media Markt today, July 23, around 1 PM, and had a disappointing experience with an employee (name starting with “Zam”). I was completely ignored at first. When I finally got his attention, he responded rudely and dismissively. What made it worse was the communication — he clearly understood English, but every time I asked a question, he replied in Spanish only and ignored my attempts to get a clear answer, as if he simply didn’t want to be bothered helping me. This kind of attitude from staff really affects the shopping experience, and I hope management looks into it, since customer service should be a basic standard regardless of language.

1 person serving the computer department with about 10 people waiting. Staff I asked for help were rude and wanted to be left alone. The only retail experience I have every had where I was waiting to pay a lot of money but they didn’t seem to want it I asked one staff member for help and he said no. I asked his name and he said no he wouldn’t give to to me. Please stay away from this store, they do not deserve your service. FNAC is close by so you should go there where there is more than one person in the store willing to work

The most disgusting company in Marbella. Never, ever buy anything here! Instead of next-day delivery, I had to wait a whole week for my dryer. Then, after that, the dryer worked for one single day, and after that it started making a noise like a drill, or like a Boeing 747. I immediately called customer service, and they told me they would take care of it. I waited a week for a phone call that was supposed to come, and nobody contacted me. Then I waited another four days for their call, and again nobody responded. After that I called them once more, and once again they told me they were “handling it.” I have been without a dryer for a month because I bought a tumble dryer from this rat-infested, vomit-worthy, useless cheap company. Never, never, never, never buy anything from here!

Very bad experience just happening.I ordered a clothes dryer online and it was supposed to be delivered last Friday. So far nothing happened : no information, no email , nothing at all despite all my phone calls and my emails. It’s just unacceptable from a big company like Mediamarkt .

Media markt advertise a price of a product on offer. When I went to the checkout the lady said no this is not at the sale price, in a rude manor and waved her hand at me, After 25 minutes of waiting then asking to speak to the manager who was not helpful at all, he stated the sale price only for the silver colour. It didn’t state anywhere on the sale board about the colour it just stated the brand and model which is what I took to the till. The manager refused to do anything about it and Confirmed he didn’t have any silver ones left to sell. “Ok so put your misleading sign away then” I will never buy from there again.

I don’t know about other reviews but one of the workers – Ivan needs a serious raise. He is super helpful, kind and professional. He went above and beyond to help me, and was the reason I’d bought so many products of Media Market. I am surprised he doesn’t work in multinational company on Walls Street. He is top class!

I wanted to buy a phone for my kid. They tried to cheat me and sell me a used phone. When asked the consultant directly if it was used, they said no, it’s new, but he actively started deleting smth on the phone. Already on payment, another employee admitted that it was from the showcase, but new. At the same time, it is the only one on the website for sale at this price marked as used. Be careful, the sediment is very unpleasant, ndid not expect this from mediamarkt.

One of the many things I love about Spain the Chinese markets they are all over Spain and I tell you if you can’t find what you want to buy here you can’t but it…everything at great prices …think Temu but in a shop

The assistant is utterly rude, disrespectful and racist. She refused to let me choose and try on some glasses and literally asked me to leave.

Fun place to visit, but it’s a little pricey and full of junk for the most part. Staff doesn’t seem very interested in helping anymore.

Unlike some other Chinese shops, this one has friendly staff, is well organised and your hands don’t turn a funny colour by the time you are finished 😛
