Probably the most grown up thing I’ve done is to get a safety deposit box. I’m very happy that BCN Vaults made this process easy and if I were going to continue living nearby, I’d still use them. Everyone on the team is accommodating and greets you with a smile. They’re very responsive (email and WhatsApp) and answer questions quickly and thoroughly. Not necessarily a drawback but a couple things to keep in mind. Their cost is higher than if you go straight to your bank. However, I felt it was completely worth it, given how many (if not most) local banks lack customer appreciation and attention to detail. Another item is, although their terms (months and/or years) are flexible, the lengths are the lengths. I would have preferred just a bit more time given my circumstances but the timing didn’t work out. I either had to cancel early or pay for time I didn’t need. Something to consider for individual needs.

Have been waiting for a while for this business to open , but was worth the wait . Spacious, secure and very professional service . Ive no problem recommending them for secure safe keeping on ones valuables.

We’re incredibly happy with our newly installed security shutter from Security of Spain. From the very first contact, the service was professional and trustworthy. We needed a new door handle and lock for for our up and over garage door ( installed 1990!) and were unable to locate a new one anywhere here on the coast (too old fashioned we were told!). Security of Spain sourced it and it was fitted today😃. The engineer (Darren ) was prompt and knowledgeable, and we are extremely grateful to have our house fully secure again. Mustn’t forget to mention the very friendly staff who communicated with us over this problem too😃. We highly recommend this company for an excellent service all round.

On December 30th, I arrived and it was closed, despite the sign indicating it should have been open. I called the phone number and they told me the kiosk was closed for no particular reason. They suggested I go to their other store in San Pedro Alcantara, so I headed there and 10 minutes later, I found that one closed too!!! I called again, and they said the manager had decided to close, even though it was 4 in the afternoon. If you need keys, find another place, because it’s not pleasant to be messed around like this! Terrible service.

I went to see my friend , never been there before , door was opened I parked in , when I was leaving he didn’t want to open the door start to scream at me… some girl who I don’t know was rude to him so he didn’t let me go out… and I don’t even know her … he is really emotional unstable, he didn’t want to tell me his name. So please if you know who worked February 1st 2024 let me know please. It’s not ok to treat people this way, I spoke Spanish with him , I was nice , why he screamed at me because of other people?…

The company logo is practically a carbon copy of the Francoist Police shield. I don’t know to what extent this is legal, although we already know that Private Security is more concerned with sanctioning the guards who wear anti-cut/anti-puncture vests during their services. The VS uniforms are inspired by the uniforms of the Falange’s blue shirts. The VS are treated by the owner of the company as if they were governed by a military regime. There’s no need to even say it: a pirate company that doesn’t give a damn about the collective agreement. The owner looks more like the owner of a low-life brothel.
