The place itself is lovely. It is walkable to the beach. They provided toilet rolls, kitchen spices. Parking was difficult in this busy residential area. This was exacerbated for us by road works right beside the property 07.30-18.00. So much noise & dust that we could not relax in the garden as we hoped. The twin beds are the hardest we have ever experienced = numb shoulders! You will need a car here – it is a long way from the main road to the nearest shop/restaurantpublic transport. The only nearby eateries are the 3 spread out beach cafes.

Cozy and comfortable! The kitchen had all the essentials for cooking, and we enjoyed grilling in the garden, The hosts were friendly and made us feel right at home

Functional equipment, bedding quality, plenty of linen, storage, general comfort, cleanliness. Small garden. Reserved parking. Proximity to beaches, convenience store, and beach restaurants/bars. Coffee machine needs to be replaced! Too bad, TV is exclusively in Spanish. Clean, – convenient location near the beach. AS informed earlier you should tell all clients that a key should never be left in the lock of the inner side of the entrance door, as it is then impossible to open the door with another key from the outside. This we did not know and is only the case in Spain (as told by your mr Tulio when it happened). It cost us EURO 290, which we find unfair.

Great location, 5 minutes to beach, supermarket & restaurants. Although the property is a little dated, the apartments are huge & well equipped with everything you need. Our apartment was over two floors with numerous balconies & great sea views. The hotel is split over two sites, with separate pools, we were at the quieter site which suited us though it did mean a 5 minute walk to the main sites facilities (pool bar, gym, restaurant, reception, breakfast). Only criticism would be the check in time (4.30pm), which is pretty late & means a bit of hanging around for a few hours! Overall, really good & we would have no hesitation in booking again.

The Property is very tiered in all areas especially the rooms and Pool area. It’s in a great location and walkable to all local amenities. The rooms and balconies aren’t very inviting and the air conditioning didn’t work well. Breakfast is excellent and front of house staff very accommodating. Unfortunately not our best choice for this location

Good property. The room was very spacious and comfortable! The terrace was very big, and the bed was very comfy. Furniture is a little aged but absolutely fine. Indoor pool was great, and staff nice and helpful!

A little dated but felt like you got a lot for your money. Nice that it had a washing machine.

Our room had two bathrooms one we had to keep the door close and not use it, because the smell was so toxic of sewer. Hair in shower floor and shower water was barley warm. We picked a room that slept five and when we got there, they said no only three people. So we had to book another room.

If you like a quiet and comfortable apartment, this is the place to go. Apartment is new and in top condition. Clean and nice design. Bed had very big and comfy mattress. Best place in Puerto Banus. Only 17 min walk to the port. Very nice swimming pool for guests and easy well protected parking.

Really lovely complex and apartments are large and spacious! Could not fault anything about the apartment itself, the only negative I could say would be the pool bar is basic and expensive as to what they offer.

Location was the key for us. Close to the Puerto Banus but not really in the center of madness. The property was clean; can use some trash cans in the rooms. The corridors were dark (probably to save energy); use energy saving (LED) bulbs to save costs and energy but have more light in the corridors.

If you are from Canada or US , please be advised their definition of resort is very different from UsA and Canada. Their resort is a very un all inclusive apartment that you even need to have salt and soap on your own with limited access to transportation while it is hard to book an economic car in Marbella . Very disappointed

Great location our 4th visit, I would say that the bed this time was very uncomfortable and the pillows (new ones defiantly required, they was clean but they just felt like they had been washed and all the insides all balled together which made them very uncomfortable) Overall though a pleasant stay and well be back next year… please though new mattresses and pillows !

This is arguably the worst hotel in all of Spain. The reception staff is nasty and refused to help senior citizens struggling with luggage on their front steps upon check-in, where you are handed a menacing letter, threatening all sorts of things such as penalties and add-on costs for emptying the trash and a full days charge is you check out a minute past 10am. Maid service is extra. The room wreaked of mildew. The reception personnel insisted it was inspected by all of them ( à rather dubious story I think) and insisted it smelled fine. We kept the windows and doors open 24/7 since they refused to acknowledge the problem and refused to refund. We spent a fortune on air spray, bought our own toilet paper, found no way to contact the front desk by phone, elevators are shut down when reception closes at 6pm and a deposit was held to cover penalties but no services They insisted that the 140 cm bed is called a Queen size in Spain (it is not), the horrible rotting mattress was covered in plastic to hide the smell, the other furniture was also decrepit and foul smelling. The overall property is clearly neglected, especially the beach. The property “feels” dirty. This is all highly unusual in Spain where they are fanatically obsessed with cleanliness but the most unusual of all was the nastiness of all personnel in a country where you would normally find the warmest and friendliest hospitality of possibly anywhere in the world. This horrible hotel was understandably deserted.

It is a great place for 6 people. The sleeping couch is not comfortable. Maybe it was broken. The facility manager has promised to check before the next people move in. Else everything was good the Kitchen provides all necessary even wine cool box. We will come back for sure

Excellent location

Nice stay in a well-equipped house. Unfortunately, the second big bedroom is just a converted balcony (therefore poorly insulated -> very hot in summer). But overall a recommended place to stay!

😊: Everything was as you can see in the pictures. Very close to the sea, just a few minutes by foot. Grocery store (that’s open on Sundays too) also very close.. 😢: We had issues with power outages, unfortunately. I’m hoping it gets solved soon. The host was very helpful, though..

The beach is right at the bottom of the street, very close, with a beach bar, showers, and children’s play areas, jet skis, etc. Supermarket, pharmacy, bazaar, and gas station are a 2-minute walk away, very practical. Excellent location for the beach; if you want the promenade or a commercial area, you have to take a car, but everything is very close. The house matches the description, it is a great and comfortable place to spend a few days, with a large patio and a garage (very important because the street is busy during the day). The interior is sufficient for 4 people. Adequate cleanliness. The utensils are somewhat old but functional, and the appliances are the same. There is no oven; we missed it because we used it quite a bit, but it is not essential for a few days. We would definitely return.La playa está justo al bajar la calle, muy cerca, con chiringuito, duchas y zonas de ocio infantil, motos de agua, etc. Supermercado, farmacia, bazar y gasolinera a 2 min caminando, muy práctico. Ubicación excelente para playa, si quieres paseo marítimo o zona comercial hay que coger coche pero está todo muy cerca. La casa coincide con la descripción, es un sitio estupendo y cómodo para pasar unos dias, con un patio amplio y garaje (muy importante porque la calle durante el día es concurrida). El interior es suficiente para 4 personas. Limpieza adecuada. Útiles algo antiguos pero funcionales, electrodomésticos igual. We booked the junior suite with a plunge pool and what we got was a hole with 5 inches deep of water.

Amazing place

Wonderful stay. Amazing villas at a walking distance to the beach in an exclusive area. The villas are huge and offer more space than expected. Service provided by the Management team outstanding. Very responsive to respond to any issue and question

The room wasn’t clean, it’s was broken items. Beds were horrible. I don’t recommend sleeping on it. We are all hurting from back pains. The sofa was dirty. You can actually see dust as you tap it. The reception didn’t make it easy on us with parking, giving us half information which cost us more money. Overall I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone, especially families with young infants.

The apartments were very old and dated. They were meant to be renovated but that clearly didn’t happen. All the AC vents were rusted through and didn’t appear to work. Apartments very large but were not worth the price. Old, tired and very disappointing.

The lamp in the living room didn’t work (got fixed). Kitchen – didn’t have many needed utensils, plates etc. We had to buy some our selves. No dishwash detergent etc. Fridge was a little bit dirty and the washing mashine was dirty. The zink in one of the bathroom was leaking. None of the shutters for the windows bedrooms were working and the curtain in one of the bedrooms didn’t work. Friday and Saturday night there was very noisy from beach parties nearby.
