I have been seeing Dr Kleimeier as my doctor for about 6 years now. I have visited doctors all around the world and Dr Kleimeier is a by far the best. He is a true professional and is extremely knowledgeable in many areas of health. He is also very easy to speak to and his charges are very reasonable. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Very thorough consultation Best bedside manner I’m American and have to travel to see him but it’s worth traveling to get his opinions and medical review 2024 HoLEP prostate procedure In Spain 1/3 the cost and less side effects of USA procedures. TURP is barbaric compared to HoLEP. Avoid impotence and incontinence risks in USA procedures with 5-10% impotence and paying $25-$32,000. I paid €7000, I’m peeing like a racehorse and feel very lucky I found this urologist who setup and oversaw the HoLEP procedure. This procedure is offered in the USA, but I was on a six-month waiting list and could not wait. My only option was a Terp procedure in my hometown or traveling to Florida or Houston for other high-tech options that did have 5 to 10% impotence side effects risk I have family there in Spain and if you are interested in going, I could help organize the trip accommodations, etc. For a reasonable fee… I saved $21,000 going there am happy to help others get this procedure if needed.

I got to know Dr. Schulten as a friendly and very knowledgeable urologist. He takes the time for you and explains everything very well. On his advice I had an MRI scan and later a fusion biopsy, a painless experience but above all the relaxed way of dealing with the process definitely had a positive impact on me as a patient. After the fusion biopsy we had an appointment a week later for the result, but because he had the result earlier he did not wait until that date and let me know immediately (even in the evening). It shows his involvement. Highly recommended.
