As an interior designer, working now 25 years in the field, I had the opportunity to work with many companies manufacturing and installing kitchens around Europe and North America. I have high expectations and knew that Mobalpa was in the kind of middle to upper-middle range kitchen brand. We had a fabulous experience working with Zaira and team from start to end… every step of the way she helped in everything and provided different options. She worked relentlessly to meet our expectations both in design, quality and budget. She made us feel that we were working with a luxury specialist brand for a fraction of the cost. Updated review: We love our apartment but unfortunately it is in a very old building, as a result, one of the walls had water because of some old reparation that was made. We contacted Zaira via WhatsApp and she promptly responded sending the store manager to take a look (it was a wierd coincidence with a screw in the wall, but definitely not Mobalpa’s fault -but that’s another story). Then, whenever the insurance came (and it happend 2 times), Luis, one of the guys that assembles the furniture, was present, in case something needing taking out and he handled everything flawlessly. He even helped a bit even if it wasn’t his job to do so. Their professionalism is what makes them a great choice. One year later, our kitchen looks, once again, brand new. Thank you, INITIAL REVIEW: We just finished our kitchen and it looks amazing. Zaira helped us with everything and she made an amazing design. She helped us with every question we had and she solved everything promptly (and there were a few). The team that came to assemble the furniture was professional as well, they considered every small detail that could have been considered. They were prompt and punctual. Even if we didn’t have a huge budget, we got our dream kitchen with everything that we needed/wanted. I highly recommend working with them.

Top professional service. After we’ve been cheated by a Danish kitchen supplier we asked for help at Mobalpa in Marbella. We’ve got personal attention from the very beginning and through the whole decision making process. Oscar and Lourdes were exceptional all the way through with their advice and follow up. The kitchen was delivered and installed just as we agreed. As we don’t live in Spain permanently we were notified about each step. And when we came to Spain and saw our new kitchen it was just perfect. Great quality! Great job! Excellent service! Our best recommendations!

For our project to replace our old kitchen, we did study the offer available. There were lots of cheap offers that didn’t meet our requirements and frankly looked it wouldn’t sustain time. I then came across reports that in France Mobalpa is dominating the market and the brand had a swanky showroom in Marbella. I did visit the shop and many more to expose our project. Quickly it appeared that Mobalpa was the one to offer our dream design kitchen at a competitive price. Meeting with Oscar and Lourdes was a breeze and we quickly made our decision. The installation happened on time and efficiently with Manolo’s team. As I write this testimony over a year later, Manolo has come back twice to fix little imperfections. This is what I call a 5 stars service. Highly recommendable company.

Having considered updating my kitchen cabinets for a few years, and possibly expanding my tiny kitchen by combining it with the adjacent utility room, I walked into Mobalpa one day to look at the cabinets and to ask if they can manage the entire kitchen expansion and renovation project. Yes, they could! Oscar came over the following week to take a look, and we discussed a few different design possibilities. Myriam, at Mobalpa, proposed a bright and airy open kitchen layout with an island – different than what I had in mind – and a counter that blended perfectly with the rest of my apartment. We agreed on her proposed design. Throughout the project, Oscar went out of his way on so many occasions to help out, e.g. – Went to the tile vendor to help choose the type and color that would match well with the cabinets; – Made calls to Endesa to inquire about increasing my power allocation; – Took the time to accompany me to Endesa’s office to ensure that power allocation was increased and all my information was corrected; – Helped organize a painter on a last-minute request, to paint the living & dining rooms; – Had my apartment thoroughly cleaned so I wouldn’t have to worry about cleaning it upon my return to Marbella; – Responded to all of my inquiries throughout the project, usually within a few minutes. – Has a “Can do” attitude for requests for minor changes throughout the project Oscar sent video updates of the progress on regular basis, and kept me informed on what had been completed and what were the next steps. The renovation project started on time was mainly on schedule – it was wonderful to come back to Marbella and have a functional kitchen when I returned. I love my new open layout kitchen with high quality cabinets, materials and workmanship throughout. Myriam’s design has given it a whole new look and feel to my apartment, that makes it look bigger than it is. Highly recommend Mobalpa and Oscar and his team, for any and all remodeling projects, big or small! A huge shout out to Oscar, Myriam, Alberto, Jose and Ivan who form the great Mobalpa team of professionals that made this happen.

Great showroom to visit and gather ideas for your project. They have a great shower display. They offer lots of tile options. Staff leaves you alone so you can explore as you wish. Some stuff is overpriced and parking is terrible around the area.

Terrible handling of costumer when it comes to delivery of products, we been waiting for a shower wall for 2 month and when it finally arrived it was in the wrong measurements and even then they don’t prioritize to make up for there mistakes. Just terrible

We needed not only quality kitchen furniture, but also help with some challenging layout ideas, and DESIGN SPACE MARBELLA came up with smart solutions we would never have thought of ourselves (one example was suggesting a horizontal hot water boiler instead of a vertical one, which saved space and allowed for a better kitchen layout). The quality of the work and materials were excellent, but what impressed us most was the communication and support throughout the whole process. Andrew and his team were always helpful, quick to respond, and easy to work with. As we were more than 3000 km away, trust was very important for us, and we felt we were in great hands. Mihaela and Andrew completed their second job for us recently (a bathroom refurbishment) and as always they did a magnificent job, always keen to deliver the result you want and listen to what you want to achieve. We have used Design Space for 2 new kitchens and a house conversion. The first kitchen is modern with the latest fantastic appliances, all supplied and fitted by the team at Design Space. The second kitchen very ‘Spanish style traditional”. Andy and Michaela are very professional, ethical and totally trustworthy. They dealt with licences, design and supply of good. Their team of kitten fitters, builders etc are very hard working, efficient and do a great job. We have had a great experience with the Design Space team and recommend then to anyone for all styles of kitchens, bathrooms and house conversions.

We have choosen Looxur Marbella by Puya beacuse it has everything,from the best quality products to best quality staff. We have met Andres, the lovely guy who guided us through the whole process of designing our luxury bathrooms, we have done 2 bathrooms so far and we still have another 2 to go,but we thought we share our experience with Andres as he is absolutely brilliant, he speaks English,Spanish and Romanian, his skills of guiding and his patience made us feel very comfortable and confident in the process as we knew it will take some time to design what we wanted and bring everything to reality. Rebecca and her team at +Cocina were outstanding. Very professional and lived up to everything promise they made. It was a trying time for us because we were mess around with the builders so much. However, Rebecca’s team did a fantastic job! We were very pleased. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a first rate Kitchen to a very high standard.

We recently visited Mas Cocina for the purchase of a new kitchen and unfortunately the experience was disspointing. The sales lady, I dont remember her name, was not very polished and seemed dismissive of our ideas. We came in specifically for a certain brand we liked, but instead very pushed towards a very different product from a different brand which felt very pushy rather than helpful. In the end we knew we wont get the product we want. Based on our experience this was a waste of time and we would not recommend this store. As a vendor you need to listen what your customer wants!

I had a very good experience with +Cocina after a huge disappointment with a different kitchen designer that quoted me an unbelievably expensive estimate. Ricardo, the designer at +Cocina, was amazing! He was able to work within my budget and give me the kitchen of my dreams. He was extremely generous with his time spent with me knowing how important this project was. Their store is beautiful and has a very good looking kitchen showroom. They are hard-working, honest, and highly reliable professional people. I highly recommend them. I will definitely use them again when I have another project.

Saltoki itself, it is hard to get in touch with the company. There are two people who are always really helpfull. Our contactperson Silvia and our kitchen contact person Alfonso Castaneda, unfortunately Alfonso had to leave the company. He was always very helpfull and easy to approach. We designed together our kitchen, he was truly the best person who could help us. He really helped us with finding solutions for certain “problems” and he was sooooo happy with the colors we have chosen hahahha. Unfortunately he had to leave the company, but I will look for him and invite him for a wine, to admire our place and our style. Too bad we can not finish the project together. Hope he will find a new job and that he can help new people with the service he gave to us.

We had an outstanding experience with our designer Alfonso at Saltoki Home at the Marbella showroom. Coming from Canada, we were not certain how rhe entire process works in Spain. Our designer Alfonso listened closely to us for what we wanted in our kitchen before making any recommendations and guided us step by step through the entire process in choosing configuration of cabinets, colour selection , countertops, applicances. Etc . Even when I changed my mind about something, he was quick to change rhe design. Aftee coming up with a design proposal, he followed up very closely for the next year and a half to make certain that we were very pleased with our dream kitchen. We never had any problem reaching him and he responded very promptly to any questions or concerns that we had. I strongly recommend Alfonso one of the kitchen designers at Saltoki Home in Marbella.

From the first impression to the final design, everything went very smoothly with Alfonso Castaneda, who was managing our account at the La Cornisa Development in Torremolinos. Alfonso is a good listener and subsequently came up with some smart advice to optimise the future enjoyment of the new kitchen. Unfortunately, since he was let go recently, right at the critical moment of actual installation, the follow up at the building site is non existent. One month after I expressed a simple worry about a feature which was ordered 16 months ago, I have not received a clear answer from the on-site team. We ordered and received a complete kitchen. Unfortunately, the ceramic countertop of the kitchen island was made from two pieces. The seam is not flush, has a noticeable step, and the overall workmanship is sloppy. In addition, a large drawer front was stained with oil during installation. Since we had to pay for the kitchen 100% upfront, Banni shows absolutely no interest in rectifying these defects – despite multiple complaints, including directly to their head office in Madrid. They wanted another approx. €400 for the front drawer and they said the could not do anything about the cover – unbelievable! Everyone is welcome to look at the bad work.

Really mediocre after sales ‘support’. This involved the sales rep merely forwarding an email from an anonymous colleague in which my integrity was questioned – he/she stated his/her surprise that a claim for damage to the vanity unit we purchased took eight days to report. Unfortunately, such defamatory comments are not so easy to sue for over in Spain hence the online review. Sadly the individual who wrote this remark overlooked the fact that we had been told twenty days for delivery of everything rather than just over a week and hence nothing was opened until our installers arrived. No empathy, head of sales ignored half my mails and he had to be reminded about a missing piece on shower column he failed to order prior to taking vacation and appeared disinterested in the concept that any offence had been caused by his colleague. Will steer well clear in the future. Of course, heads would roll in the UK in cases of such mediocrity but… With the Amazon juggernaut showing no sign of slowing down, I feel all concerned at this company need to think fast about providing competent after-sales service. Otherwise, the party is surely over…

They have a great display where you can get ideas for your project. Their prices are astronomical but quality is good. My main concern is the lack of customer service and personal attention. I was extremely interested in Krion but nobody really seemed to care. After two visits, they took my information to follow up with me and nobody did. I also was interested in learning more about their kitchens and there is only one person you can do this with. This person seems to work only a few hours because both times I went there, this person was off work. They never followed up with me either so I took their ideas and took them somewhere else to people that actually wanted to work with me.

If they would have a French or Italien name people would maybe pay significantly higher prices :). Great quality, design and service.

Really bad services, ordering over 70k from them, have been promised I will receive all the product between 6-8 week, but 5 months later still haven’t received all the products. Overall with the manager and sales reps of Marbella and the Malaga stores, there is a lack of communication, promises they have never kept too, and their only interest is to sell the product but with no guarantee when you will receive it. I was supposed to move into my house 2 months ago, but I still haven’t got the shower head, taps and shower screens etc… And still too this day they cannot tell me when I can receive my products. This is a disgrace.
