We arrived late due to the wrong location on the website, but the team quickly sent us their exact address via WhatsApp and welcomed us warmly. Despite being fully booked, there was no rush at all , a rare and refreshing experience. The sauna was spacious, the scrub was thorough, and Samira was incredibly professional and kind, even helping with my daughter’s hair. The relaxation room was peaceful, and although I usually choose the royal treatment, the traditional one exceeded expectations. I’ll definitely come back to try the royal.

Very impressed with Sandro’s service, came to the house on time (that’s a good start) after I explained the pesty problem he told me exactly what he was going to do and got stuck straight in. I was very happy with the treatment of the house. The company replied very quickly and could come and treat my house the next day. The treatment and inspection was very thorough, even outdoor public drains were inspected to assess the problems. There hav not been any more problems after the treatment. We We highly recommend this apartment (INF2.7.E) in Estepona! The location is perfect, right near the Old Town. There’s an elevator from designated parking space directly to the apartment on the 7th floor. The rooftop terrace features a pool and a fantastic view. While the gym is a bit basic and there are a lot of keys to keep track of, we had everything we needed and the service from the staff was amazing. They were quick to respond and always very helpful!

We had a wonderful stay at the house we rented from Room Service in Estepona. The house was spacious and of very high standard. The outside garden was so beautiful, and the pool area was amazing. The beach is just two minutes away, and you can either do a fifty minutes walk to the city centre or go 15 minutes by bus. The staff at Room Service are extremely helpful and nice. We would definitely like to come back.

The apartment is on the first floor, which is convenient, and everything is well maintained and comfortable. This was actually another stay for me, and it continues to feel like a home away from home. I’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Estepona. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay with our three teenagers. Nice and clean apartment, pool area top notch with sunbeds in the shade and an outstanding view over town, ses and mountains 🌟 A couple of minutes walk down to the beach or the old town. A big grocery store just outside the apartment. Friendly staff helping you out with anything. The had a number at WhatsApp and answered quickly. Nothing but perfect!

As a father of two young and lively kids my car is in a constant state resembling a mix between a teenagers bedroom and the back alley of a restaurant. Food crumbs, food stains on the seats, rocks, leaves and all kinds of random objects and paraphernalia the kids pick up all over the car. Add to that the hair of a 1 year old puppy and a the general dust accumulated on a daily basis and you can imagine what state my car was in. 4 hours later and I returned to a car that looked nearly new. Gone are the smells of the dog and that half eaten McDonald’s burger that fell under the seat 😂 now I have an actual clean car….hopefully for longer than a day 🤞🏻 Top job by the boys! They are the best detailers in Marbella and it’s not even close. After my car had been to multiple detail shops to have burned in water stain marks removed without success I had all but given up hope it was possible. They proved me wrong, my car now looks better than new, they did an amazing job and I can not offer enough praise for them. They saved me from repainting my car.

Terrific service! They came out the same day to prevent Asian wasps from nesting along our roofline. They carefully sealed all entry points and thoroughly checked for any other potential problem areas. Without being asked, they also treated the ants around the house, which was a great extra touch. Great Service!! Good price. I called RapiPlaga to get rid of roaches in the kitchen. They came on time and called ahead of arrival. The treatment was un-intrusive and very professional. They even asked for a photo of the roaches first so they know what treatment to bring. The roaches were almost gone after the initial treatment. Only very few tiny baby ones were left. I called and they came right over and repeated the treatment. I got a six month guarantee!! Thank You!!! I hired a different company first and they did not solve the problem and just wanted more money to come back. That treatment was more expensive and made no difference at all.

I am very pleased with the service. Ausi, a lovely young woman, came and truly identified the root of the problem in a property where cockroaches kept appearing. The previous company had fumigated twice, but it hadn’t worked. However, she pinpointed the source of the issue and prepared a report for the homeowners’ association. The problem is in the community manholes, which need to be fumigated to eliminate the issue at its source, as all the neighbors are experiencing this problem. They sorted out my keyless start key for my Fiesta. They could code it onsite which was convenient and key appears to be same quality as original. Took a few days to sort the ordering but as it was local not a big problem.

Terrible service and completely incompetent as they are unable to fulfill even the simplest task.

They will cut almost any key you need. It’s a bit difficult to locate so I advise park nearby and walk using Google maps to locate the shop
