I recently Rented a Lamborghini Hurricane on a visit to Marbella. I would highly recommend Olymp cars. Communication was excellent. I was greeted upon arrival at the office and the paperwork was filled out promptly and efficiently. Once dropping the car off it was also a very quick and convenient handover. It was my first time driving a hurricane and they are very easy to drive, with the added option of increasing the height of suspension to assist with any slopes or speed bumps. The pure sound from the engine is worth every Penny. A memorable experience. The Deposit was also returned efficiently. I’ll definitely use Olymp cars again on any future visits to Marbella or any areas in Spain they cover. They have a great selection of premium cars/SUVs available that I saw inside there showroom.

I had a very good experience with them. The booking process was easy, and everything went smoothly, both online and on site. I had a small issue with the rented car, but it was quickly replaced with a better one, without any hassle. The price was very good, and I rented the car for two weeks. Excellent service!! I booked with them for all of this last week, as I was staying in Marbella and wished to move around and see various villages and Málaga, and I couldn’t be happier. Very kind staff for Booking, answering all of my questions about the available cars. The car that I ultimately booked was perfect, you could see they take excellent care of it. We used VIPTransfers from Tarifa to Malaga airport. Booking the driver was prompt and easy to do. As promised, we were sent an email and message the evening before confirming pick up time, location and driver details. The driver was on time ( actually a bit early which was great). Amazing experience! We decided literally last minute to do a walking tour of Ronda. We contacted the office at 1:30pm and Rocio was amazing. She was on it immediately. Managed to find us a guide do some administrative magic open the system send us a link and book a tour for 3:00 pm all in under an hour. At the River Garden urbanization, the concierge was acting crazy… he is very aggressive and rude. He worked on February 1st, 2024. I went to see my friend, had never been there before, and the door was open so I parked inside. Used to be a good company a few years ago but unfortunately my experience with them now is that they are totally unreliable. MY ADVICE WOULD NOW BE TO AVOID THEM. Now waiting for my 4th appointment to repair one of the outside cameras. 1st appointment: the technician was unable to fix the problem and didn’t have a replacement camera with him. 2nd appointment A technician showed up (late) but again did not have the correct equipment with him I was assured that they would definitely bring a new camera to the next appointment. 3rd appointment This time the technician didn’t even bother to show up. I called at the end of the 2-hour window to find out when he would be arriving and I was told that the appointment would need to be cancelled because they did not have the correct equipment. Was assured that a supervisor would call me within 30 mins but still waiting for the call 24 hrs later!! I’m sure this review will be met with the standard customer services template trying to create the impression that Securitas takes its clients seriously but, in my experience, they do not.

We have several sites with Securitas and it is by far the worst company we have ever dealt with. You alarm will mean nothing and it will protect nothing. We have had technician repairing devices several times in the last six months and it is broken again. We have had unauthorized sntey to the property. The way they manage it is through call center so everytime you call or are being called is from different person so you have to restart the whole explanation from zero. Between the moment person entered the property and the police was called almost two hours have passed. There is not one person with decision making power you can speak to, only call center agents. They are absolutely useless company. If you think of hiring Securitas to protect your company – dont. It will not protect you. It will just consume your nerves, your time and your wallet.

Be warned. Do not believe what your Securitas/Verisure rep tells you in Spain, re squatters blah blah blah!! Also if you sell your property they will find a solution if the buyers won’t take over the contract. They won’t. Also do not let them use the existing equipment already in the house. I took out a two year contract and Giuseppe did not put new equipment in, he used the existing equipment and just reprogrammed it to English. I have had to sell my house due to personal circumstances after 11 months. I have 13 months to pay 650€. I received notification that to cancel I have to pay 1000€ (Willy Piñango)!!! He said I have to pay for the new equipment that was installed!!! It was already there. Make sure you get in writing that they are using the existing equipment!! It wasn’t new!!! I refused and said I was willing to pay 350€ in total as they will remove the equipment. The buyer works for Securitas apparently so he will probably remove and sell it because he gets a system free!! They are crooks, especially the guy selling you the system. He did not install new equipment and I am not paying for it. Be very aware. You probably don’t even need the system. Mine is constantly having problems. DISGUSTING!!! Just look at all the 1 star reviews!!!

After cancelling and finally getting an respond of receiving the cancellation they still charged my account and now nobody answers!

Digging without service. The people who work inside do nothing to make their security service work. I have a problem with this company 2-3 times a month. The system is not working and the company cannot fix it. If you are robbed when the alarm system was not working, no one in this company is interested either! The service is terrible, the attitude towards customers is also terrible. People hang up or switch to their colleagues who also can’t do anything!
