I recently had Electronics Experience install a new TV setup at my home. Sean arrived punctually and quickly upgraded my setup with a solution that has worked flawlessly since. Cost and payment terms are very clear and convenient. Communications with Sean, Josh and the rest of the team have been very friendly and courteous. All in all, one of the best service experiences I have enjoyed since coming to Spain 5 years ago!

I chose this company to supply and install an EV Charger in my garage. From first contact the customer service was excellent especially from Sean who was very professional patient and knowledgeable about his work. He explained everything to me (many many times🙄). I accepted the quote which was very fair compared to others and Sean fitted the charger the following week. I was very impressed with the charger installed and his standard of work, creating little or no mess. I highly recommend EXP ELECTRONICS SOLUTIONS and Thank you SEAN!!

Excellent response and service to an issue with our air-conditioning unit. Engineers arrived within a couple of hours, immediately identified the problem and carried out the repair. Would highly recommend Electronics Experience.

Great but you need a little Spanish

A while back I fave this store a 5 star review, as it was in line with my experiences. Not anymore, unfortunately! They somehow marked my order as “picked up at the store” even though I wasn’t in Spain when it was delivered to the store! Not to mention it was supposed to be available for pickup “within two hours”, not over a week later. I reached out to them several times to get a cancellation and refund, to no avail… I wouldn’t buy from them anymore, unless absolutely necessary (or they have a very good deal).

Redhead sales lady with glasses is so rude, only wanted to return earbuds and said we can’t because it was unsanitary and compared them to “returning underwear” not the same, didn’t even want to explain calmly to my father and gave attitude to him, I asked if it was broken, could it possibly be returned but only got “esta roto entonces?” with a tone as a response. I love shopping there for books etc but I probably won’t ever buy electronics there “head staff” lady.

Good shop if you are looking vor vinyl or cds but little overpriced.

I got my new phone few years back and a nice gramophone. They have everything there with all possible price range. Shop is equipped with literally everything you need for any taste and budget. It’s quite big, so allow yourself a bit of time while buying, staff is rather friendly then techie clinical while helping you which is great.

I have had a very disappointing experience with this company. I tried to cancel my contract by email, but later I was told they had not seen my email and asked me to send it again. It has now been almost three weeks, and I still have not received any confirmation that my cancellation has been processed. The salesperson who called me was also very rude. They constantly interrupted me and did not let me explain my situation. Instead, they only wanted me to provide the contact details of a new tenant to take over the contract, even though I do not have anyone to replace me. The entire cancellation process has been frustrating, unprofessional, and unnecessarily complicated. I expected much better customer service. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

We recently had a security system installed in our apartment by Carolina from Sector Alarm, and we couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the moment she arrived (right on time — which is a rare and very appreciated surprise around here!), Carolina impressed us with her professionalism, attention to detail, and care. She completed the installation efficiently and thoroughly, taking the time to make sure everything was done properly and that we understood how the system worked. It’s clear that she takes great pride in her work, and it shows in the quality of the service she provides. On top of that, Carolina went above and beyond by being incredibly kind and friendly — even making friends with our young daughter, which truly speaks volumes about the kind of person she is. It turned what could have been a routine appointment into a genuinely pleasant experience. Sector Alarm should be extremely proud to have someone like Carolina on their team. Great experience from the very first contact with Jorge. Returned calls, contacted me when he said he would, gave a really thorough no pressure home assessment and returned to fit the alarm at the time agreed. Wouldn’t have any hesitation recommending this service.

Recently had a young lady to quote for the new alarm system in my apartment. We went though all the points and what we were getting within the package. I also had another quote from a well know national alarm company to compare. They were both similar in terms of price but the service and backup offered by the competitor was fell far from what sector alarms offered. The competitor never had an English speaking call centre in case of any issues. I also looked at the competitors reviews and they were literally awful and most of them slated the service and backup as well as the high pressure sales tactics. With Carolina I had none of that and when I placed the order it was herself who actually installed it. She came the next day and fitted it perfectly. She went through all the operation and how to set it for various scenarios. I’ve had it in a week now and as I live in uk but my apartment is in Marbella it gives me peace of mind. No false alarms and an actual guard will visit if there is an activation which is great. All in all I am very pleased with the product and service and can highly recommend Carolina. They made a perfect work with my laptop and smartphone. I bought a new laptop but I didn’t want the spanish operating system and they changed it very quickly and now I can work in my language and still have all my programs and files.
