I would like to share my experience about my second liposuction and BBL with Dr. Aslani. After not being happy with the results of my first surgery elsewhere, I was quite nervous to go through this process again. From the beginning, Abby was incredibly supportive. She always listened to my wishes, answered all my questions (even when I asked the same things out of nerves), and took the time to explain everything clearly. She truly made me feel heard and supported. My experience in Spain was amazing, both in the clinic and the villa. The staff and nurses were so kind and caring, and everything was perfectly arranged. The transport, medication, garments, and aftercare. I also want to thank Dr. Aslani for his honest advice and expertise. I was unsure about having another BBL because I was afraid it would not suit me, but he carefully explained what would work best for my body, especially regarding my hip dips. I trusted his advice, and I am so happy that I did. I absolutely love my result. My recovery went very smoothly, and I truly believe the excellent aftercare played a big role in that. I am 51 years old and have been seeing Dr. Recatero since 2018 and am incredibly impressed by what he can do. He first fixed my unstable knee which had a total ACL tear 20 years prior to the PRP treatment he gave me. Then he successfully treated my osteoarthritic hip, which was causing me a lot of pain and trauma. New Dr at the practice called Dr Jamie Weber-Macarthney I took my daughter to him this morning. She’s normally extremely difficult with doctors but he was wonderful with her, really mad a fuss of her and made her feel very comfortable. Didn’t do unnecessary checks stressing her out just listened to the issue and checked the related areas. When we left she even said how much she liked him. Out of all the clinics I’ve been to in Spain. This was by far the most hospitable. That two women working the front desk were super nice as was the doctor. I came in as a walk, and there were no spots available, but I told them it was an emergency and they made room for me. I made an appointment with Antonio because I had constant muscular pain in my upper back following a boxing injury. He immediately diagnosed the problem and commenced a series of treatments involving heat, TENS and massage. I used to have long beautiful slim legs, Till the menopause and gradually they became lumpy and ugly. I hated looking at my fat knees and knees and the backs of my thighs were deformed. I had the dreaded lipedema. Dr Kai did an amazing job. I am 70 years old and obviously I don’t have the legs of a girl, but I can hoestly say he has done a miracle. The front end staff at Ocean Clinic are truly exceptional people. From reception, to the nursing staff and the post-op specialists there’s not a bad egg anywhere to be seen (there are egg-shaped ‘sink in and hide inside’ armchairs however). Special mention to Ana, Kamil and Vanessa who are not only very professional but also genuinely wonderful and helpful souls. I’ve had two procedures so far, and Dr Kaye and Dr Paprottka have been (as far as I can tell) very skilful and dedicated surgeons with very high standards. I took one star off because they’re also VERY BUSY people and sometimes you get the impression that they’re less concerned about who’s present than about who’s coming in next. Both Drs explained everything in great detail when prompted. They have their own fully equipped operating theatre in their offices, and a small recovery room with ensuite plus additional facilities upstairs including remedial massage, IR, RF and general testing equipment. There is both staircase access and a lift for those less able or inclined make the journey to the 2nd floor. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ocean Clinic in Marbella.

Tried this facility twice, not impressed after the first course of treatment which I cut short. However, thought I’d give them a second chance. Initial treatment was good and effective, but the commitment seamed to diminish rapidly as the sessions progressed, to the point I saw little benefit in a 5min massage followed with 20min of TENS! So I again cancelled my remaining session that were booked. As for the booking itself, the system is atrocious, with only 2 clients in front of me, both wishing to make changes to existing bookings, it took over 30min to be seen to. It would be far more efficient if clients were given an online access to select their appointments, as with hospitals.

I decided to give this place a try, but after just three sessions, I had to walk away. The service was bare minimum at best, and I felt like my time was completely wasted. I honestly regret choosing this place, especially after reading the reviews. If you’re looking for quality service or real results, I wouldn’t recommend it.

Unhelpful receptionist who refused to assist in allowing me access to my private health insurance even though we had paid our monthly subscription but had not been provided with the app nor a membership card

My experience at this clinic has not been good, although it has some very professional workers like Cindy or Edilson, the management at the reception is not that good, starting with the receptionist Sara who is not very empathetic; for any inquiry or change, she always shows a negative attitude before trying to help, but this can be offset by Ana who is the complete opposite, a kind, attentive, and empathetic girl. Still, the organization of this clinic has many shortcomings when it comes to scheduling appointments or giving priority to people who have been there for months; in my case, I have been there for more than two months and when I told them I had to continue, they told me there was no space at that moment, I cannot understand that after the time I have spent there they leave me out without availability and put me on a waiting list, which can take almost a month and they haven’t even called me. Wonderful help from Patricio all the way through, from making the dermatology appointment to helping me with parking and ensuring everything ran on schedule. I was treated by Dr Victoria Alegria Landa, who was super helpful, gave me lots of time, and answered all my questions. I wouldn’t hesitate to return to the clinic.

I went there and was referred to a doctor. Dr said have an ultrasound. Then see a general surgeon. This I did. Surgeon said. You have a problem. You need to see a vascular surgeon. And have a ct scan and blood tests. These I had. Made an appointment for a vascular surgeon. 6 weeks was earliest appointment. This was cancelled the day before but rebooked for a few days later. Presented myself. Ask him if he was a vascular surgeon as he didn’t seem to know what he was doing. He said he was not. ( turns out he was a varicose vein specialist Totally inappropriate for my needs)He referred me back to the original surgeon. I have now seen him. He says. I can’t help you. You must see a vascular surgeon. Seems they do not have one!!!!! But they say they will find one. So with tests and visits I have been there 5 times. All I know is that I have a major problem and basically could explode at any time. Not a great way to live. Meanwhile I’m sure they are billing fees to sanitas for unnecessary and spurious consultations. Fee farming is a great sport. Have since seen a top vascular surgeon in London ( self funded). They doubt that I have a major problem in my aeorta as I would be dead. ( and no competent medical facility would let you walk the streets if you had. Immediate surgery required). The worst for the true diagnosis goes on ……..

A clinic that doesn’t live up to its name. I never leave negative reviews. This is actually the first time I do. But this isn’t just a matter of dissatisfaction — this is a case of blatant disregard for the law. I went to Clínica Premium Marbella for a medical test required by my insurance company. After the exam, I simply asked to take a photo of my own medical results, as clearly allowed by Spanish law (Law 41/2002 + GDPR). The answer? A flat-out refusal from the receptionist. I reminded her that this is my personal health data, and that I have a legal right to access it. She smirked, and refused again — even after I showed her the legal texts. No explanation. No justification. Just open contempt for the law and the patient. And this wasn’t even my first bad experience there. A week earlier, during a blood draw at this same center, it took three failed attempts, unnecessary pain, and left me feeling like a test subject. I said nothing at the time. But not this time. Because this isn’t about comfort or competence anymore. It’s about fundamental rights. So I have one simple question for the management of this clinic: 👉 At your so-called “Clínica Premium”, is respect for the law optional?

The worst clinic in Marbella. They combine sessions to shorten the treatment and unprofessional. If you have private insurance do not go there because they treat you with no importance as they don’t get paid enough! Waste of patients time

Disgraceful service if you can call it service! No wonder they are having less patients using their facility. I was out there today and none of the seven people managing the counter could be of help. All I needed was to sign a consent form to have a minor surgery done by a dermatologist. Not only did they not provide the form but they had no clue I was there for that procedure which was scheduled for today. I am not going back to Clinica Premium Marbella.

I have been a patient of the Clinica Premium for over 12 years for an evolving Urological issue. I have found the service and advice to be prompt and to the highest standard. Appointments, investigations and surgery have all proceeded without issues and after effects- I could not be more pleased and have absolute confidence in the clinic. Barry P

These people can’t even manage an appointment book, if you decide to trust them with your health, good luck to you. Edited after reply received: I’ll gladly provide more detail, I arrived for my appointment, presented myself to your receptionist and got told I was mistaken, that my appointment was the next day. Presented myself again the next day, got told my appointment was the day before. There are only 2 people in Spain with my surname, therefore it’s impossible to confuse me with another patient. This is my first experience with this clinic, do you honestly think I should trust you with my medical data after his first experience of your professionalism?
