A very good store I went to buy some T-shirts here for my company, but they offer a service of T-shirts and clothes that are more suited for the work industry and not for selling as presentation T-shirts. The staff were very friendly, very welcoming and offered us all the services possible showed us all of their products that were available including T-shirts hats and bags . The shop is very well laid out and the service is impeccable fantastic place .

Gunnels fashion is no doubt my favourite shop in Marbella. The boutique got everything you can ask for- beautiful cloths, hats, swimwear, jewellery and some house wear like candles etc. The sales assistants and the owner are all very attentive and give the best costumer service. My last shopping there included this amazing foldable hat, perfect for travelling and bringing to the beach.

Until yesterday, this was my favorite shop, but I won’t be returning. I went to drop off a new order and mentioned, with no intention of making a complaint, that they had made a mistake on the two previous orders (they embroidered the towels as if they were bath mats). To avoid errors, I brought the bath mats in a separate bag this time. My surprise was immense when a lady appeared with a document for me to sign, demanding that I accept that they would not be held responsible if they ruined the garments. Her attitude left much to be desired, haughty and with a tone of “either you sign or you take your things.” It was so unpleasant that the other employee present was completely embarrassed by her colleague’s behavior. I only wanted the new job to turn out well.Hasta ayer esta era mi tienda preferida, pero no volveré. I placed a test order because it seemed cheap, and I ordered 4 things. After 15 days, I haven’t received the order; I call and no one answers, and they ignore my WhatsApp. I asked for a refund but nothing happened; they only asked who the order should be in the name of and nothing else was heard. Terrible service, update!! The order arrived, everything is wrong: the pants are green, I ordered gray to match the Velilla vest, and they sent a Chinese vest that is unstitched and poorly finished. I complained and they told me they would come to pick it up… what a disaster. Very bad service, I bought man suite jacket and shirt from this store that’s Don’t fit well; I was told at first I could return it anytime if it’s doesn’t fit, I was not told there was a limited time,then when I arrived the store for a change the woman that attended was not nice at all have a very bad attitude, the jacket cause 199€ and she said she can’t make a change , you should remember to inform how many days to return not only make sales .

Honestly, this place is a lifesaver. I completely ruined one of my cashmere long sleeves with pizza oil and thought it was a goner. Brought it here along with my suede shoes, and they got the stain out completely. They really know what they’re doing with delicate stuff. Highly recommend!

⭐ 1 star Extremely disappointing experience. A close friend of mine brought in several expensive items for cleaning, including a high-value sweater, and they were returned damaged. Instead of taking responsibility, the staff were initially unapologetic and did not offer any form of compensation. What made things worse was their attempt to “fix” the issue — they actually cut out the lining of the sweater and claimed it was repaired, which only further ruined the garment. The handling of the situation felt careless and unprofessional. Customer service was very poor throughout the entire process — dismissive, rude, and not at all customer-friendly. I would strongly advise others to be cautious when trusting them with valuable clothing.
