The largest shopping centre in the area, offering a wide mix of international fashion brands, restaurants, cafés, a cinema, and a large hypermarket, with spacious parking and easy access from the highway.

Years ago it had far better quality shops. But guess the extortionate gets forced the smaller shops out. I have eaten at KFC francise outlets for years. The outdoor terrace is dutifully cool with views over the Mediterranean. But i was surprised when charged 10c for small ketchup sachet. Earlier in the week were not charged in Fuengirola. But the owners try to extract as much as possible. Kfc staff are all most helpfull

Plenty of parking (overground is free and underground is charged). A spacious mall with a good variety of mid to high end(ish) shops, particularly for clothing (men and women). Good accessibility to all floors and good wash room facilities. A generous and varied selection of eating places but remember you’ll still be in a shopping mall! Beware of pick pockets but don’t let that put you off, just be aware.

La Cañada in Marbella is an absolutely fantastic shopping center! From the moment you arrive, you’re greeted by ample, free parking, surrounded by beautiful palm trees, setting a wonderfully relaxed tone. Once inside, you’ll discover a truly impressive array of shops – literally everything you could possibly need, from fashion and electronics to homeware and groceries. It’s a very nice mall with a great atmosphere, making it a perfect spot to spend a few hours Browse or ticking off your shopping list. Highly recommend!

Great shopping mall. Over 100 shops so easy to spend hours there looking around, you can find anything you need. Also a variety of restaurant that offer great food and has a massive hyper market. Lots of parking both outside and underground.

Huge shopping centre, some nice cafes and outlets! Hard to fathom the size until you walk it! Worth a visit if there is you need from any of the major brands!

A nice experience This is a shopping centre for everybody, doesn’t matter you have or not money, cash or on the credit card. The prices are affordable for everybody. There are a lot of shops, of all known brands and also of their national brands. And there are 2 food courts and also you can eat as you walk all over the mall because there are a lot of places you can buy food. So, don’t worry about the food: there is plenty of it. Also there are a few coffee shops. I strongly recommend “Cafe Luz de Luna”, a coffee shop where they have, in my opinion, the best ice cream in the city, and the largest portions. Try coffee espresso: it is the “genuinest” coffe I’ve drank in the city. The toilets are very clean and there are a lot of them, no bad small and no dirty on the floor, as you can find in some places. What seems very unusual for a mall, shopping centre, was the natural light. There are a lot of windows, on the upper side of the isles between shops, through where the sun light invade the mall, creating a sensation of relaxation. And there is a lot of artificial light, on the other places, where there are no windows. There are a lot of plants, real not from plastic as you see in such pIaces. I loved that. As I said there are a lot of restaurants, local and international and the Mc… and KF… are there, absolutely. And there is also a huge supermarket – Alcampo. I definitely recommend this mall for shopping or just if you have some time to loose.

I was in the children’s department of Ralph Lauren last night where I bought a yellow Ralph Lauren jumper for my teenage daughter at about 19.10 hours last night. We met a seriously unpleasant woman with shoulder length brown hair. I don’t speak Spanish but this lady was being very unpleasant. At one stage I thought she was going to hit my daughter. We made our purchase with another Spanish lady with blonde hair who was pleasant. Could management please seek out this woman as this behaviour is completely unacceptable and very unusual behaviour for this shop. You need to investigate this further.

Fantastic place to visit, underground car parking available at cost. Plenty of different units to visit from sportswear to wine. Mostly top end prices but all quality items. Food places as well from tapas to pasta. Well worth a visit but be prepared to pay the price

Was ignored for 25 minutes in the champagne bar. Menu brought after 10 minutes but no one came back to take our order. Don’t waste your time here.

Not really. Some cheap brands without any highlights. Okay for a stroll but really not impressed by this shopping center. A pity that the brands that had any fashion aspirations are all out of this center. Well, Banus visitors aren’t trendy anyway. What a boring place to hang out.

I am a regular at this establishment and I’ve never posed a complaint until today. The shopping center overall is great but the women’s bathrooms are always dirty. This afternoon I began my menstrual cycle and none of the stalls had toilet paper. I asked if the cleaning lady could put some and she said she’s coming. I WAITED 20 MINUTES before leaving and when I left I saw her chatting. It was the old blonde one with glasses… Again, I like shopping here but these things give a bad image and make the experience a hassle.

Good location. Good parking. Easy access. A small mall clean with a decent selection of shops. Good ac with 30° plus outside.

Exceptional service from Aure❤️✨ My husband and I visited the Louis Vuitton store in Puerto Banús on June 4th and June 6th, and we had the most amazing experience thanks to Aure. Aure (who is originally from Tel Aviv ) is such a warm, kind, and genuinely lovely person. She helped us so well while we were looking for a bag for me and a cap for my husband. She was incredibly sweet and attentive, and we felt completely comfortable throughout our visits. She truly deserves a 10 out of 10 for her outstanding hospitality. Lovely experience – from the moment I walked in I was greeted and attended to. I even got offered a drink and seat whilst I awaited complimentary stamping of my product. The staff had a small problem with broken card machine however was quickly rectified. Very pleasant staff and overall experience.

Worst Louis Vuitton store in the entire world!! This staff is absolute terrible. Over staffed by at least 5 people which makes it annoying and not private when you’re one on one with employee, got other employees interrupting your conversation. We wanted are passport holder stamped but the lady said it takes a few days. Which we figured out later was a complete lie. The manager, Sullivan, even admitted it could be done right away. Wasted an entire day of our trip having to uber back to get the passport. Total joke.

Shopped at this store in June of 2025. The sales associate Alis, was extremely helpful to us in showing my wife a variety of merchandise and helping her to select the perfect item for her. The store was very clean and well organized. And all staff we helpful amd courteous. Not to crowded. Thanks again to Alis for the great service.

Travelled from the UK for a holiday went into Louis Vuitton and was greeted by Lola who offered 5 star service very helpful and friendly. In love with my new purchase. Will be back and asking for Lola as she was very efficient

I recently shopped at the Puerto Banus store 9/6/26 and Lola was the adviser I dealt with. This young lady went above and beyond and couldn’t have been more helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I feel she is a total asset to your store and my experience dealing with her was totally amazing.

During my visit to this store in Marbella, I was deeply uncomfortable to see a prominent display featuring a collector’s book about Russia. Given the current international context and ongoing violence, displaying promotional items associated with an aggressor nation feels insensitive and inappropriate. I expected better cultural awareness and respect for shoppers from a global brand like Massimo Dutti.

The sales assistant was really friendly and provided nice options of what I’m looking for, yet the cash register staff were very rude and kept whispering in Spanish (knowing I’m an expat) and didn’t like it when I said I couldn’t understand what they’re saying. I asked for a bag to put my purchases inside, and they did not like that as well.

Very friendly and helpful staff. We arrived near closing time and they didn’t throw us out or make us feel uncomfortable. Instead they tried their utmost to help find clothes. The sale had started and goes on until September with up to half price. Good value for money and good styles for me. They didn’t have an item in stock and were only too happy to order it online for me to collect the following week. The shop was locked up by the time we left but they were still chirpy and friendly as they unlocked the door for us to get out. We will be going back earlier in the day when they are open next time!

I really like Massimo Dutti and have been shopping in their stores in many different countries – all with a very good service and good experience. However, this time I was met by a really rude and aggressive shop floor employee (perhaps the worst case I have ever experienced) that accused me in a very aggressive way for trying on a pair of boxer shorts in the fitting room – which I did not do (and if I did the reaction would still be out of any proportion). I will definitely never come in this shop again!!!

I would spend hours in Massimo Dutti. Not just glamour but excellent style for all sizes too. Tailored to a fine art. I love their clothes. My first choice all over.

Don’t buy in this Zara in Marina Banus! I bought a lot of thinks and right now I came here, (28th march, 19hs) to change just one piece and the manager (that let me talking alone when I asked her name) told me that’s the piece was crumpled, in front a lot of client’s she make a discussion with me, such unprofessional, I never saw this in my all my life

The store is attractive and well-organized. However, customer service leaves room for improvement. The sales assistants seemed to pay more attention to each other than to the customers. I visited twice at different times, and on both occasions there was no one available at the fitting room.

Very bad experience I forgot my glasses in the fitting room for 15 minutes ( brand name glasses ) and when I came back they were gone. I asked all the sales clerks if they had seen them but I was treated badly. Even a saleswoman who was nice and told me to leave her my phone number was reprimanded by her superior because she didn’t have to waste her time ( there was a customer in the checkout) Coincidentally when I came back the second time there was also the police and when I asked the girl in the dressing room at first she told me they were not. Themoire I went in the direction of the police and she ran after me and told me that her colleague had them. Which colleague if I asked all of them ? Not recommended bad experience.

With the new upgrade and redesign of the store, the space looks and feels great. The store does not feel overcrowded by clothes and it is divided into management chunks of items. Some members of the staff are great (the ones in the women’s section especially) whist some in the men’s section aren’t.

The store is good, but there are too few fitting rooms available for men.

Had to change my review the last time I came into Hollister it was really bad. The service I. Hollister in la Canada was absolutely terrible. The staff don’t really want to serve anyone. They just have a bad face on them all the time. The service is absolutely terrible. We were dealing with Ainhoa in the Gucci store on Puerto Banús and I have to say, she was amazing! So accommodating and helpful. She was the reason we came back to Gucci and purchased the Jackie bag. Made myself & boyfriend feel so comfortable and in the end he ended up getting a wallet also. GOOOOOO Ainhoa 🙌🏼

I went to the store this afternoon to have a scarf cleaned and fixed, and also to verify whether the diaper bag I had been given was original. It turns out the sales assistant ANDREA… was extremely unpleasant!! She said she couldn’t take the scarf because I didn’t have the reference number and that it didn’t appear in their system!!! She didn’t even try to look for it in any files or call Italy to get the reference, nor did she allow me to speak with the store manager. Instead, she told me to take it to a dry cleaner and a tailor — hahaha, unbelievable nerve from this sales assistant!!!!!! AWFUL and TERRIBLE service from this sales assistant ANDREA , and awful management at this store in Puerto Banús!! They offer no solutions to anything!!!! I don’t understand how Gucci allows people like this to work there and provide this kind of service!!

An absolute disaster of a store’s customer service!! Never go there. I went in to leave a scarf to have it repaired and they told me I’d be better off going to a dry cleaner or a tailor!! The saleswoman was completely satisfied saying that, clearly she had no desire to work, let alone provide the level of service that the brand is supposed to stand for! Absolutely shameful!! Terrible service!

Some of the staff are not very friendly. They are arrogant and look down on you. They don’t pay any attention to you. I had to wait a very long time before I was served. And no one even offered me a glass of water. The store itself is good, but the staff is lacking.
