Really recommend this place. I came here after having a very bad experience at a Spanish hospital. They made me feel listened to and reassured. I had to come back a few days later to get stitches removed and I didn’t feel like they rushed the process or wanted me in and out as quickly as possible, which is common for healthcare. He was available via WhatsApp if I had any concerns outwith my visits and they followed up in between. Very professional and sanitary practice, highly recommend!

I went there a couple of times for blood tests and to get prescriptions for my thyroid medication . The doctor was friendly, the elder lady at the front desk is one of the most unfriendly persons I have ever met in my life . I went there today to get a prescription for my thyroid medication and they charged me 45€ for it. Absolutely ridiculous! There is no need to set an invoice for a consultation if you only need a prescription. One client less for them now, but they will probably not even care ! If I wouldn’t have been in a hurry, I would have not even taken the prescription! Answer to the owner : I know my medical condition and know when to implement changes in Dosis! I requested 25ug levothyroxine so I could increase by 12,5ug! I didn’t ask for opioids!! Nevertheless , all the best!

We had a fantastic experience, when my wife had a particularly frightening medical episode. Dr Galache attended our apartment within two hours of us calling his surgery, he diagnosed what he believed to be the problem and recommended an injection, which she felt the benefit from within 2 hours. He provided prescriptions and a follow-up injection the next day. The improvement in my wife’s condition was amazing as was the service provided by Dr Galache and his Receptionist.

Dr Galache is a very kind and thorough doctor who is empathetic and spends time with you. Very supportive and helpful and I highly recommend him. One of the best and nicest GPs I have come across .. Maria the receptionist/secretary is always friendly helpful and always greets you by your name.

This medical centre is fantastic. I have visited several times now relating to multiple things – cleaning/maintenance of a deep wound and also for female health. I have felt to be taken seriously as a woman, listened to and received very in depth treatment and kind attention. I have always disliked visiting doctors because I feel rushed out of the room or my thoughts and opinions about my illness and my body ignored. Here it is not the case at all! Dr Schrörs did an amazing job and is one of the most dedicated pediatricians I have seen here. When she examined my son (2yrs), who is usually always crying already at the doctors entrances, had such a positive experience without any tears. One thing we loved was that she first showed him every step of the examination on his bigger sister and included her in the entire process like a mini doctor, which also made her day as well.

Due to our three-year-old son falling ill during our vacation, we contacted Dr. Schroers. We were given an appointment on very short notice. Dr. Schroers took wonderful care of our little one; she connected with him and treated him excellently. During our two-week vacation, at our request, Dr. Schroers monitored and examined our son’s illness three times. We were able to ask every question and received comprehensive and extremely professional advice. Our son always felt comfortable during the examinations. Even though we hadn’t imagined spending our vacation with so many doctor visits, the expert treatment always gave us a good feeling. Clean and well organised. It was so busy when I came in and I was worried we wouldn’t be seen or waiting around as we went to emergency but actually we went pretty fast. It’s emergency so waits are obviously common, but we had an issue we were concerned about and they listened to that and acted on it immediately which is great and very reassuring especially when U have little ones, expensive but covered by most insurances from abroad. Also we werent frowned upon when they seen we are tourists either which can be an issue here in Spain I find from experience and reviews from other places :). Also THEY sorted insurance with me and my provider, so I didn’t have to do anything which was so good! Was impressed! 🙂 also my daughter needed blood tests and urine sample, I was so impressed when they came back with a printed paper with all the results and the lab tests printed on it, this is so reassuring for any parents, very professional and up to date. They also used a catheter for urine sample which is so good for urine catch too as your not waiting for hours for baby or toddler! 🙂 i will come again here for sure and recommend to other parents, great hospital to have in a touristic spot too!

Rude, unprofessional, and completely unwelcoming. The receptionist on the second floor at the New Quirón Clinic has zero customer service skills — no smile, no courtesy, just attitude. An embarrassment for a clinic of this level!

Nice facilities but ridiculously long waiting times, even with an empty waiting room

I waited three hours for the ultrasound and then waited another half hour until everyone left. Still, no doctor has come to inform me. I couldn’t understand why it wasn’t my turn when there weren’t many people in three hours. The hospital is large, clean, and orderly, but it is quite irresponsible with its patients.Esperé tres horas para la ecografía y luego esperé otra media hora hasta que todos se fueron. The medical care has been good. The wait has been long, which is perfectly normal in an emergency service. It would be appreciated if they had more toys for the children to keep them entertained and a working vending machine.
