the best salon I have ever been to. And not only because of the treatments they offer, but also because of the wonderful atmosphere and the way they treat you from the moment you walk in until you leave. The whole team is incredibly attentive and always making sure you feel comfortable. They offer you coffee, cookies, and make you feel truly well taken care of throughout the entire visit. First, I had a hair treatment, and the result was amazing. My hair has never looked this good before much healthier, shinier and softer. I also had a facial treatment for pigmentation, and after just three sessions my spots have literally disappeared.

Karima did an amazing blow-dry on my hair! She’s so talented, friendly, and made the whole experience enjoyable. The salon is beautiful with a lovely atmosphere. I’m so happy with the result and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

I randomly discovered Banús Salon today in Puerto Banús and it turned out to be an amazing experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, the staff welcomed me warmly and offered me coffee, which immediately made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. For my hair, I had a caviar treatment, haircut, and blow-dry, and the results are incredible. My hair feels extremely healthy, soft, and shiny, visibly revived after just one session. I also had a facial cleansing and radiofrequency treatment. The treatment room was super comfortable, calm, and relaxing, creating the perfect atmosphere to fully unwind. Everything was explained to me professionally, and I was told that the full results would be visible after 21 days, but even today my skin feels firmer, refreshed, and glowing. After the treatment, they also offered me warm tea, a lovely detail that made the whole experience even more special. Professional service, elegant environment, and great attention to detail. I came for an emergency as one of my composite bonding fell out and Antonella helped me on the phone and gave me an appointment to be seen same day and she was super helpful and supportive. I saw Dr Kati and she reconstructed my composite bonding and done a great hygiene. I am super happy with the service and highly recommend coming here, as there are very professional, clean and gave me great advice with my teeth. However, after I found Dental One, I stopped going to other dental clinics because everything here is at the highest level ✨✨ The doctors are highly qualified, kind, and attentive. Yesterday I visited this clinic for a complete check-up, and I left more than satisfied. In fact, I will be starting my treatments here. When I arrived at the clinic, I was unable to chew. I had recently undergone surgery in the Netherlands to remove a wisdom tooth and a cyst. After arriving in Spain, the wound had become infected. X-rays revealed that there was likely a fracture. At the clinic, I received excellent care and was treated with great professionalism. The staff took the time to explain everything clearly, performed the necessary scans, and provided proper aftercare. I felt reassured and in good hands throughout the entire process. A massive thank you to Prisma Clinic Marbella for a fantastic service yesterday. I was in excruciating pain with an infected rear molar and I couldn’t eat anything. The tooth has always been problematic and needed extracting. The procedure was totally painless. I only took one paracetamol as a precaution as the anaesthetic wore off. Robin did such a great job I have had no swelling at all! I was able to eat real food 3 hours later! The relief was instantaneous! I am so grateful to have found this excellent clinic! 5 star emergency service on Easter weekend. The skill, expertise and support I was given whilst in horrible pain with an infected tooth was fantastic. The understanding and knowledge of the dentist, who had trained at Kings College London and who is also a dental surgeon was both reassuring and welcome in an emergency situation . A difficult tooth extraction was done with patience and care. I highly recommend this practice for both emergency and routine dental work.

I am very disappointed with my experience at this clinic. I paid €500 for a professional teeth whitening treatment, expecting noticeable results. Unfortunately, after two appointments, there was almost no visible improvement. My teeth became only about one shade lighter, which is far from what I was promised or expected for such an expensive treatment. Even worse, after my first appointment I developed a painful case of stomatitis (mouth ulcers). This had never happened to me before, and it made me question the clinic’s hygiene and sterilization standards. While I cannot say for certain what caused it, the timing was very concerning. Overall, I spent a significant amount of money, experienced discomfort, and achieved almost no result. I cannot recommend this clinic based on my experience.

So glad I found this place for nails and waxing. I booked Banús from a random search for waxing on treatwell and I’m so glad I did. I did sugar waxing rather than normal waxing per recommendation under my arms and the experience was 10/10. I’m a sugar waxing convert! Whilst there I asked about nails and was blown away by how good the lady who did my nails was. I travel all the time for work and really struggle to find good nails techs for Russian manicures and BIAB. One of the best Russian manicures and BIAB applications I’ve had! From the style, shape and colour I have no comments and I’m a fuss pot at the best of times. Flawless! I’ll be back soon

I needed help to resolve a problem with a droopy lower eyelid causing constant eye watering and eye irritation. A friend recommended this clinic to me and I have not been disappointed. They are extremely knowledgeable and professional. The clinic in Marbella is modern, fresh and welcoming. I got an appointment quickly and met with Patricia a surgeon who later did my eye surgery. She talked me through what she could do and gave suggestions and excellent advice for other improvements to tighten the skin around my eyes. She was extremely helpful, very caring, pleasant and obviously a skilled professional including reminding me of potential risks in undertaking the procedures. The one day surgery went well and I attended the Quieron Salud hospital opposite the clinic. I had a very nice room with a view over the town to the mountains in the distance, for my pre-op preparation, refreshments when permitted and later rest and recovery. The nursing and room staff were pleasant, supportive and helpful and language differences were not a big problem. The eye aftercare was brilliant thanks to Giovanna who gave several sessions of post eye surgery massage with special machines to aid quicker recovery. The sessions helped enormously in my healing process. All in all a wonderful experience with a great team. Recommended.

One the most professional services and care i have witnessed. Being a guy it’s not the most comfortable thing going to a Clinic to have a “nose job”, because of self pride, but from the moment of being welcomed at the clinic my mind was taken off of everything and instantly killed my nerves with the level of reception they gave me when I arrived. A real disappointment. I scheduled an appointment for a skin study and once there, a worker took me to a room to take three photos of my face and send them via WhatsApp to the doctor because “she didn’t have time to come.” She told me that she would perform the study through those images and call me to give me the treatment I am entitled to (which requires specialized machinery); three days later, I still haven’t received any call or message and I really don’t think she will. A very nice place with many businesses with mini market, gift shop, wine shop, estate office,TV electrical shop and a very good chemist,( farmacia), even an esthetic surgery up stairs. Cafe is nice with helpful staff and the ElViria restaurant is excellent. Parking is limited but there is some on the road outside to help.

Beautiful grounds along the back side. A real shame that a tall hotel overlooking the Mediterranean has no windows. Minus a star for that one.
