We had the worst experience ever!!! The nanny they sent was completely unqualified, left my 2 years old nephew unattended and he fell into the pool. When she had to travel with the family, she abandoned the job abroad. Totally irresponsible and unacceptable service. we never got her references only a video of her , and the company sell her as the best of the best …, making us think we got the best Lady and must keep her

We had a very smooth and pleasant experience with Mary Poppins: Carmen is super friendly and reacted quickly to our request to find a temporary housekeeper/nanny. After a short period they presented us a very qualified candidate that has now worked with us for over 6 weeks and I’d have only good things to say about her. Thank you Carmen for making our summer more easy !

I strongly advise against using Mary Poppins Agency. Despite living between Marbella and New York for 10 years and being very familiar with the going rates for domestic help in Spain, this agency quoted us an inflated salary — more than double the standard — reaching over €2,500/month for a housekeeper. Even our lawyers flagged the amount as irregular and risky. It felt clear that this inflated salary was tied to the agency’s own fee, which makes their insistence on such a number extremely suspicious. Especially after I wanted to replace the employee they still insisted on this rate even though some of my demands were removed. That’s when the cost became even more suspicious. We also felt they believed they could take advantage of us simply because I am American — even though I have been living and hiring people in Spain for nearly a decade and know very well what the true market rates are. We were told the candidate was exceptional and fully vetted (deserving of this inflated rate) but almost nothing aligned with what we were promised. Her background was misrepresented, she had little domestic experience, and serious issues were never disclosed — including a past domestic abuse arrest in the U.S. Either the agency failed to check or knowingly ignored this. The employee herself voluntarily told us her real background (janitor and restaurant work, not private homes recently – more than 2 years ago) and contradicted nearly everything the agency had told us. Before traveling to the U.S., we made it clear we could not offer a contract at such an inflated salary. She insisted she wanted the job anyway — partly because it gave her the chance to see her daughter in America. Yet after we paid for her extremely expensive travel, she quit just 7 days into a planned 3-month stay, leaving us with roughly €7,000 in losses. It became clear she had used us to get into the United States, and to this day she remains in the country unaccounted for. This has put us at huge risk, as we do not know where she is or what her intentions are. Mary Poppins also failed to disclose that she had repeatedly visited their office expressing anxiety about the role and about traveling with us. This information would have been critical for us to know, as her erratic behavior only made sense after the fact. The entire process left us feeling misled, exploited, and unsafe. This agency is neither professional nor trustworthy. Be warned: they overcharge, misrepresent candidates, and fail to properly screen the people they place inside family homes.

Our daughters had the most amazing time at summer camp. The staff were so kind, caring, and welcoming. They came home happy, full of stories, and excited to go back. We would highly recommend it!

My daughter loves this place! It’s the only one I know in Spain and we are so excited it is here 🙂 it’s clean, staff are friendly and there so much for the children to do. We can’t wait to come back

We held our daughter’s birthday party at Ludoteca Boquerón. Also many times we come for kids’ workshop or just play. It is a fantastic, creative place! Professional and kind people! Paradise for kids and heaven for the parents because you can relax, they take care of everything. Highly recommended!

Ludoteca is a wonderful place where our 4 year old son quickly formed bonds with other children and was cared for with such warmth and attention that he always looked forward to going. Esther and her team are incredibly friendly, flexible, and supportive. We truly cannot recommend this place highly enough.

Fantastic place. I take my son here every week to a playgroup which he loves! You can leave your children or stay to play also. Ester is amazing I. Everything she does <3 We have attended a birthday party here which was perfect as the kids can play and there is an area for parents to sit and have a coffee with full view of the kids. We have also been to an art workshop here which was incredible and very imaginative! I look forward to attending more workshops in 2024!!

We recently celebrated our daughter’s birthday at Ludoteca Boquerón and it was absolutely perfect! The team took care of everything, from the beautiful decorations with balloons to a delicious cake, pizza, and snacks for the adults. It was such a relief to have everything organized so seamlessly. The activities were fantastic, slime-making was a huge hit, the face painting was so cute, and the piñata was great fun. But honestly, the kids were just as happy playing in the well-designed indoor play area. It’s such a safe, fun, and engaging space that kept them entertained the entire time. All of our guests had a great time. I couldn’t recommend enough Ludoteca Boquerón for anyone looking for a stress-free, fun-filled party experience.

We are very happy with the Katisol Kinderland. We made a really good choice selecting this nursery. From the very beginning we had very positive feeling after visiting this place. Our child is developing wonderfully there, the staff are incredibly caring and attentive. The nursery school is also very well equipped with really good located facility.

Our son has been attending Katisol for well over a year now. The facilities are large, well maintained and so amazing for the kids. Moreover, all of the staff are so attentive, loving and responsible. The communication is always 10/10. Our son started nursery as a shy toddler who cried at the gates, and he now runs into daycare without looking back. Thank you team!

My son joined KatiSol in September 2024, and it’s hard to name all the best words to express how happy we are about choosing this place. All teachers are sincere, heartwarming, professional, and most importantly, very kind to children!!! The adaptation was quick and easy, my son goes to the kindergarten every day and always wants more! I see he is really happy there, he loves his teacher Renata and adores all the activities. I know he is in a very safe and pleasant environment, surrounded by caring teachers who definitely love what they do. If you are looking for a nursery centre to treat your kid with love like you do at home, there is no place better than KatiSol ❤️

Best nursery ever, my daughter felt right at home with the Katisol family. Every morning she’d go in welcomed with cuddles and smiles and she’d always come out smiling! They do amazing activities with the children, and a really great menu.

I studied at this language school and had a really great experience. I learned a lot, and all of the teachers were incredibly kind and supportive. Since I was working as an au pair, I couldn’t always attend regularly, but the school was very flexible and understanding. What I appreciated most was how they adapted to my needs and made learning comfortable and effective. If I ever wanted to learn Spanish again, I would definitely choose this school. Highly recommended!

I’m 24 years old and I loved my time in Enforex. The classes are very diverse with age ranges from 18-70 and so many different cultures!! The teachers are super nice and there is a great atmosphere. In typical Spanish culture there is a nice laid back vibe to the school and the teacher’s want you to achieve your best! Shoutout to David lo mejor profesor! 😉

Attending Enforex Marbella (Donqijote school of Spanish) was a wonderful experience. The teachers Andrea, Elena & Pedro were very cordial, attentive, and provided very personalized learning experience. Highly recommended for those looking to advance or refresh their knowledge of Spanish language!

I had a wonderful experience studying Spanish at Enforex Marbella. The school is located in a beautiful, modern building just a few minutes from the beach, which creates an inspiring and relaxing learning atmosphere. The classes are dynamic, the groups are small, and the teachers are not only professional but also truly passionate about helping each student improve. What stood out to me most was the warm, welcoming environment created by the entire team — and especially by the school’s director, Marisa. She is kind, approachable, and always attentive to the needs of the students. Her personal involvement and positive energy make a big difference and set the tone for the whole school. I would highly recommend Enforex Marbella to anyone looking for high-quality Spanish lessons in a friendly, supportive environment by the sea.

(For the full review, check out the screenshots in the photos) Overall, my experience with Enforex left a lot to be desired and I was faced with unprofessionalism, mismanagement, and downright neglect. The Marbella residence was an improvement upon the Barcelona residence. There weren’t many students throughout the month reducing the noise level and all the facilities were working which seemed like a literal miracle. I appreciated how there were name tags on the doors which allowed me to get to know my neighbours better. The biggest drawback was that there was no AC which was especially brutal in June. Finding and entering the apartment itself was quite difficult as I had to pick up the keys a kilometer away at some random lodge. I was promised instructions on how to enter the residence but was not provided this. I couldn’t figure out where to go in the actual business complex which was extensive. When I called the emergency number, they were unhelpful as it was a remote worker in Madrid and they had no idea how to navigate either. I will say that I had to switch rooms. The first room was very small and not necessarily secure as it shared the balcony with my neighbour. When I opened the terrace doors, it exposed my room to my neighbour. While this may be fine during the day, it’s not that safe overnight, especially since students don’t have to do a background check. There was also a killer bee on the terrace to contend with (though the property manager did spray for them the next day after). Because of the minimal square footage and lack of AC, this apartment is also not worth €1300 a month. Luckily, I was moved to a larger room which was more spacious. There were lingering issues though, mainly the smell of smoke, which leaked through the vents and likely took off a few years of my life. The school itself was how I expected Enforex to be: generally professional and well-organized. Unlike Barcelona which had the same three teachers throughout the month, the teachers fluctuated depending on the week. Some of the teachers didn’t come to class prepared with the worksheets and had to leave mid-way through the class to print them out but they were all more punctual than in Barcelona with less wasted time. It was thoughtful to include coffee and tea (for 50 cents) during the break to create a sense of student community. The manager, Marisa, was more proactive than anyone in Barcelona and helped to address my concerns. She said she would help resolve my lingering issues and concerns about the Barcelona residence with the residence coordinator, Edu, and Enforex program director. They have yet to get back to me; I have been waiting for over a month for anyone at the school to reach out to me. This is a clear indication of the level of unprofessionalism at this institution as they are perfectly fine with leaving client issues unresolved (they haven’t even reached out to me on a preliminary basis saying they’re looking into it more). Marisa stated that the reason for a slow response was because the school was busy with their summer school program. This reads as a thinly-veiled excuse because I brought up my issues before the incoming cohort even arrived so they had time to help me but chose not to. All in all, Enforex was generally disappointing, especially the residences. Their brochure and website are straight up false advertising which promise a 100% satisfaction guarantee for which they have fallen incredibly flat. Working with Enforex and using their services is incredibly frustrating and unjust. They consistently break promises and rules they set out and supposedly enforce but obviously do not. They have consistently proven that they don’t have the ability or capacity to ensure a safe, enriching environment, nullifying their own contract and neglecting their students. The lack of management and standards is abhorrent and continuing to turn a blind eye is unprofessional, unsafe, and non-compliant.

Both of my children have been going to Nuna for the past 9 months, and we honestly couldn’t be happier. From the very beginning, it felt like such a warm, safe, and trusted place. The teachers are incredibly kind, caring, and patient with the children, and you can truly feel how much love they put into their work every day. They learned so much already and also Spanish! It’s so lovely to see them singing Spanish songs at home and enjoying everything they learn there. They also organizes so many fun activities and special events throughout the year. There’s always something exciting and thoughtful being planned. Another thing we really appreciate is that the meals are freshly prepared.  highly recommend it to any family looking for a loving and happy environment for their kids 💛

Our son started at NUNA when he was just one year old, and he has now been attending for almost a year. From the very beginning, we felt such a warm, home-like atmosphere. The caregivers show so much love and genuine attention ♥️ everything a mother could hope for. Every morning I drop him off with a smile, knowing he is in safe and caring hands, and every afternoon I pick him up with that same smile. Seeing how happy and comfortable he is there means the world to me. 🥹 I am incredibly grateful to NUNA for the love and care they give to our son. It truly feels like a second home.

Nuna is such a lovely nursery, and all of the staff are amazing and very caring towards the children. It has a really homely feel and my son was so happy there. I would recommend this nursery 100% to anyone that wants their child to flourish and get them ready for the next cycle of Infantil. My son developed so much confidence and indepence, and we believe this was all down to Nuna for giving him this amazing head start. Thank you all for everything. We miss you!

Amazing place we had three months of summer camp and my 3 1/2 years old son Absolutely loved being there. Teachers are sweetest and owner always in touch with parents. They all been so supportive and the beginning when my son was kind of a shy and in a while just started to go with happiness. We come back

My daughter attended Nuna for just over 2 years and adored every single one of her teachers ❤️ and my son will be attending the school in September 💙 they serve homemade food everyday and speak both English and Spanish. It was never a struggle to get my daughter out of the house in the mornings as she was always super exited to go to school!!! They have a lovely garden for the kids to play in and they are always doing fun things ! Couldn’t recommend this school enough x thank you for being the best!!!

This is the best nursery I could ever wish for my child. Our daughter joined since she was 13 month old and everyday she is running there. Always smiling teachers, you can see, that they love all the children. We love Nuna, highly recommended! We wish, our daughter could stay longer than until 3 years old, but is time for a pre-school. Our daughter thrived through a great mix of learning and play, and we always felt connected thanks to regular updates, photos, and videos. Our son Alexander was at the Escuela Infantil Santa Esmeralda nursery for over a year and he absolutely LOVED IT!! Loli and her team were very professional, amazing with the kids, very creative with workshops and educative in both English and Spanish. Alexander learned so much in both languages, made friends and was always excited on Mondays to go to Loli, Maite and the other teachers, calling them with their names <3 Also good home made food and nice premises, with lots of indoor space and two shaded patios outside. Warm recommendation and our daughter Bianca will start next year!

Both of our children have been incredibly happy attending Escuela Infantil Santa Esmeralda, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place for them Loly and her team are simply the best—not only caring and affectionate but also amazing at creating an educational and fun daily routine for the children. My daughter Annika attended this nursery since she was 14 months old. We were so lucky to have her attend here to learn, grow and evolve into such a clever bi-lingual child while having the BEST fun with the staff & her friends. The food is amazing and freshly made. The staff genuinely love their jobs and enjoy nurturing children to be their happy selves but also giving them structure. Daily communication given to parents at drop off, messages throughout the day, and upon collection ✔️ Loly the Nursery owner puts everything in her heart into this school, she is passionate, driven and really enjoys seeing all her children enjoy every minute of the time they spend there! Even when our daughter was off poorly, she always messaged to check how she was and send support and advice, recommendations. An amazing place to bring kids. The staff is super friendly, and you can tell they really enjoy what they do. The facilities are impeccable; everything is very clean—and the food service on the second floor is also really good.

How nice it is to have somewhere clean and new to take your children. The staff were really helpful and explained each area well, my daughter really enjoyed all the areas and we ended up extending our time. We look forward to returning.

Brought my four children, ages from 14 to 7 and they all loved it!!! Was something for all of them. The instructors/staff were all really helpful and friendly. Great cafe upstairs where adults can wait. Would highly recommend and we will come back for sure. Thanks for a great afternoon.

Celebrated a birthday party there and they didn’t mention that the time they spend putting on the bracelets is time your kids don’t play… I had 38 kids and most of them only played half the time. I extended the time 30 min extra and the same problem, they used up half the time putting on the bracelets etc. I spent a fortune and expected all the kids to enter at the same time, a normal thing if you pay 90 min for each kids, you want them to play 90 min. They should have informed better.

There are some fun things for kids to do in there but there’s absolutely nothing for small children so my 2 year old spent most of the time running around a zone that wasn’t designed for them. I understand it’s from 4 years and up but a zone for a toddler would be great. The reason for the 2 stars is the attitude from a couple of the staff in there. The boy at the desk and an older lady was very nice and helpful and sympathized with us with a baby running about and put our stroller in a space where we could access it at will and where it was not in the way of anyone, however, another woman was constantly on our backs saying how our stroller was not permitted despite it not blocking anything or anyone and was well out of the way and kept telling us to move it, no sympathy, no “I’m sorry to bother you” just a constant “no puedes! No puedes!” And kept trying to usher us to leave it in an open room with no security by the front door where anybody to steal it. On top of that, my partner put her shoes on ready to go and was slightly over the designated invisible line for the play area, waiting for me to grab our toddler and put him in the stroller by about 20cm ….give or take…., and was met with a “no, don’t put your shoes on here!” By guess who…the same happy woman! For 25€ per kid for an hour, not worth it…

My both kids attended this kindergarten for more than 2 years and I can’t describe how happy and grateful I am. All the teachers are amazing, Ana, Kika, Jenny always showed so much care and professionalism. What’s more important both kids loved going there and really enjoyed their classes and activities. It is such a peace of mind for every parent to leave their kids and know they are in very good hands. Thank you so much for everything!

Our daughter has been at Wendy’s Kindergarten since we moved to Spain from Scotland about six months ago. Not only is she the best at understanding Spanish out of all of us after only a few months but she is happy and loves to go into nursery. Anna and all the staff are so kind and caring and our daughter comes home full of fun stories and love for all the staff! We get regular photos and updates about what they do during the day. The Kindergarten came recommended to us and we couldn’t be more delighted with our choice for Libby!

My daughter attending Wendy First school for almost 6 month now and she is so happy there – it feels like a second home to her. The teachers create a carring, loving and most important safe environment for kids. My daughter absolutely loves in there! Kids are involved in all type of fun and developing activities throughout the day. which my daughter so happily sharing with me after school. We also get regular updates on a day from her teachers. We started school with no knowledge of Spanish and it was so quick for my daughter to learn to understand and learned to count, in Spanish! This is our very first nursery and we felt reassured from very first moments. A big thank you to the wonderful teachers’ team for the amazing work they do!

It was a wonderful and caring environment to send our daughter to. We had no regrets and loved how comfortable she was there. They take the time to get to know your child well and their kindness and knowledge is second to none. It made moving to the country so much easier knowing how well cared for our daughter was. It’s a small family run outfit where they hire in a native English speaker to promote Spanish and English speaking from a young age. They are a lovely family and I’m so pleased that we found it!

I took my son (21 months) to this wonderful gauderia, it was his first time so it was difficult for him at the beginning but a few days later, he loved the teachers and the place and looked forward to going everyday. Thanks to the sweet teachers who gave him lots of love.

Best discovery for our family summer vacation! My two boys (4 and 2.5 years old) had the best time this month of July in Tipi. The team is wonderful and very flexible which makes the family plans always much easier. My kids were super happy every morning and for pickup time they were very smily and saying “it was so much fun mummy”. Bravo for this sweet team 🙂 PS: my picky eater boy enjoyed all the meals at Tipi and that is priceless

Tipi kinder is such a special place <3 It was our daughter's first daycare, and we all loved it from day one. Teachers are caring, experienced, loving, and well-trained in childhood development. They arouse children's curiosity and creativity with everyday activities tailor-made for each age group. Our baby is so happy to come to nursery and once getting back home she talks eagerly about what she has done. We see a lot of creative development in imaginative role play and crafts/arts. Last year I got my Master’s degree here at MIUC and was overall very satisfied with the quality of education and the organization of the study process. The professors are true professionals — knowledgeable, dedicated, and always ready to support and guide students. I would also like to highlight the excellent work of the administrative staff — everything was handled efficiently, politely, and on time, which is especially important when dealing with documents and organizational matters. Led by distinguished individuals like Fernando Ramirez de Verger and Vera Champagne, who bring a wealth of international experience and a genuine passion for teaching. Location-wise, MIUC is nice. With modern IT infrastructure including tools like Panopto, learning is seamlessly integrated with technology, enhancing the educational experience. The small class sizes further facilitate meaningful interactions, allowing for personalized attention from faculty and fostering close-knit relationships among students. Under the leadership of Dean Beata Fröhlich, MIUC radiates a sense of warmth and inclusivity. Finished my master degree here in 2018 in Marketing and Advertising. Great experience, incredible professors, friendly atmosphere, the best part of the experience is that the classes are not too big and you can watch your class online after if you didn’t have enough time to note it down. I was also given opportunity to have several internships as the university works with world wide known companies! Thanks to the whole MIUC team for my amazing experience.

The absolute worst university. Dome my MA, never got proffesor from the field. Wrote my thesis i politics with an historian. Dont have the staff, tge staff they got is bad, unprofessional, was waiing for my degree almost for a year after finishing university. Absolutely overpriced, overrated etc. NOT RECOMMEND!

World class University! If you’re fortunate enough to be accepted as a student, take advantage of everything the university has to offer, above and beyond just your own program. I believe this University will one of the best in Spain and later in Europe in the matter of years! If you live nearby or are visiting, check it out.
