Without doubt the best agent I’ve ever used. Vicki worked with us right from the start of our purchasing journey before we even had a clue what we wanted. She guided us through the local areas and options (including property they didn’t list) until we were comfortable, giving us great advice and insight and never putting us under pressure with the usual agent hard sell tactics. Communication was great throughout. Even on the day we paid our deposit there was no rush and everything was explained in great detail, with agreements drawn up that worked for both seller and buyer equally. I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service I received from Real Deal Estates. Unfortunately, my experience has fallen significantly below the standard of professionalism and reliability that your company publicly claims to provide. Throughout our interaction, communication was poor and inconsistent. On multiple occasions, I was unable to reach anyone despite repeated attempts via phone, email, and messaging. When responses were eventually received, they were often delayed, unclear, or lacked the necessary follow-up. In addition, the overall handling of my case appeared unprofessional. Commitments that were communicated were not met, important details were overlooked, and there was a noticeable lack of accountability. This created unnecessary frustration and a complete loss of confidence in your ability to manage matters in a competent and client-focused manner. Given that real estate transactions require trust, availability, and clear communication, this level of service is unacceptable. I believe it is important to formally document these issues so they can be addressed and prevented for future clients.

The man working there was super helpful and professional. I asked to print the photos om irregular size, he did everything by hand – adjusted them, then cut. Everything was done nicely and very fast <3

Needed to get some quick passport photos taken. Didn’t take longer than 5 minutes and paid about 10 Euros for 6 pictures.

None of us had been to Marbella before and (admittedly) didn’t have a ton of time nor the energy to do extensive planning for the trip. The staff at Spain Realty Estate was outstanding. The house itself was more than we could ever had asked for. The transfer from the airport was ready when we arrived, friendly, and professional. The margaritas, salsa, and ceviche were the perfect welcome to Marbella, along with the stunning views from the house. Having the pool at hot tub right at the house were perfect, and the beach was less than a minute’s walk down the hill. Since we were in the corridor and away from the resorts, it was like having a private beach the entire weekend. The house was in excellent condition and had everything you could ever want in it. The value for the price paid was outstanding. Our entire group consensus was that this is the best vacation we’ve ever taken. We’ve already started making plans to return next year and insist on staying at the same property. I cannot recommend the location and property highly enough. Our stay was fantastic.

Amazing !!! The Villa was very nice inside and the kitchen was perfectly appointed for our stay. But it was the outdoor space that really captivated us with stunning views, a fabulous pool and jacuzzi, shady palapa, and comfortable seating and chairs for sunning. Steps from all this was a cobblestoned walk down to the beach that was perfect for long walks in the surf. We had an incredible stay and will do it again!

We chose Costa del Sol for the location and the views. We spent 9 days at this beautiful home and absolutely loved it! The home is very clean, very well equipped and the view is spectacular!! Loved breakfasts on the patio and night swims under the stars. Location is perfect! Day or night. The beach is a quick walk and is gorgeous!!! It was not safe in August but this made absolutely no difference to us at all and went down several times to soak up the beauty! We just can’t say enough about this home! WE LOVE IT and cannot wait to get back! The staff was exceptional from start to finish! Antonio took care of the reservation, the arrival, the rental car, answering all our questions, making recommendations etc. Antonio did it all and was very friendly. Shuttle driver from airport was great. Arrived at the villa to find our rental car waiting in the driveway. The door swings open and Manager, greets us with a warm welcome! He gave us the tour and was on his way. We had absolutely no issues but called him with a couple questions and he was always immediately available. Very friendly! He will help set up fun things to do too! The rental car rep finished up our rental right on site and was wonderful. We drove ourselves to the airport and returned it with ease on our day of departure. Thank you one and all! To sum it up, Costa del Sol is a must visit! Much thanks to Spain Realty Estate !!!

If there were an option not to give a star, I would give it because the service is terrible. For me, the price is excessive; I got some copies, SOME copies, and some passport-style photos, and for all of that, it was €20. It seems excessive, and the service for taking the photos was terrible. If someone has any flaw in the photo, it doesn’t matter, they will charge you anyway and won’t tell you anything. And if you want to do it again, it’s another €7. Mikel provided great service to us during our recent home purchase. He made the buying process really easy to understand and also offered advice on finance and mortgage options which were specific to our particular needs. He was especially patient as we asked to visit our new home several times, including weekends and out of usual business hours, prior to making the final decision and he spent a lot of time answering our questions and emails, all of which were answered clearly and promptly. In summary, a professional service from a reputable company for which we would definitely recommend.

Mikel @ Nomad Realty was great!! We just moved to Malaga/Marbella from the states and needed a long-term rental. We were not sure if we would be able to find a place when we got here because of timing and we were super nervous to rent without seeing the place. Mikel, through videos, whatsapp and facetime made us feel comfortable immediately and helped us find our perfect place. He was on top of every question and need we had quickly. Spain is very different than the states in many respects and one was the fact we needed to pay four months security deposit.
