Our check-in manager Yera was really friendly on arrival and also accommodated us to check-in early. Also, she brought a bottle of rose wine on arrival which was a really nice touch. She showed us around the house and was very helpful with recommendations etc. The property is stunning as well as the surrounding area, and was perfect for us girls on our holiday. There is a really nice pool however no sunbeds but was fine to have towels around. There is also a really cheap supermarket so we were able to make food. The air-con wasn’t working however, we were fine with this but am sure the staff would come out and sort it as they have been very attentive throughout the experience. The only downfall is that the beach is about a 30 minute walk to puerto banus. Taxis are very easy to get though so didn’t bother us too much. All in all we really enjoyed our stay 🥰

We absolutely loved our stay at Mirador 211 in Marbella. The apartment is beautifully decorated, very spacious, and has a warm, welcoming feel from the moment you walk in. We recently stayed at Casa Adel as a group party of 7 and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The villa was absolutely superb- everything from the cleanliness of the property to the condition of the pool was faultless. The entire place was beautifully maintained and clearly very well looked after. It felt comfortable, welcoming and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The pool in particular was a real highlight and kept to a high standard. A special mention must go to Marie, our check in manager, who was great. She made the arrival process smooth and welcoming, and her friendly, helpful approach really set the tone for our stay and is an asset to your team. Overall, we couldnt have asked for more and would highly recommend Casa Adel to anyone looking for a villa stay. We would definitely return in the future.

We had a wonderful time staying at the Villa Sina. It is a beautiful home in a stunning location. The views were amazing and the villa was clearly designed to make the most of every angle. The outside areas were ample and there was more than enough room for all 7 of us to sit together for meals or to escape with a book. The area of Marbella was lovely and the locals were friendly. Our host, Marie was welcoming, friendly and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Overall, a flawless stay that we would all recommend 👌

My friends and I have just returned from an incredible stay at Casa Hierbas. The apartment is absolutely beautiful, well equipped and features a fantastic spacious balcony that’s perfect for al fresco dining and relaxing. The location is ideal, just a short walk from Puerto Banús & nearby beach clubs. We were also looked after by the fabulous Marie, who made sure our stay in Marbella was perfect. We had an amazing time and can’t wait to return again very soon!

We had a fantastic experience renting a villa from Vacation Marbella, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them or use them again. We stayed at Villa Nadal in Elviria and had a wonderful time. The property was beautiful and spotlessly clean. We also used their shopping service which made everything so much easier on our arrival. The team were really responsive through the booking process and in advance of our trip, providing helpful information.

The house was exceptionally well organized and spotlessly clean, including the swimming pool. Everything was in perfect working order, and our stay was absolutely flawless. We have no complaints whatsoever. I highly recommend this property and would gladly give it 5 stars. I would definitely rent it again.

Villa Hanami is incredible. From the first moment it felt like we are at home. The house is super spacious and bright, nice decor. The best part is in the master bedroom the sunrise in the morning, the view was amazing. Neighbourhood is quiet, walking distance to the shops and beach. Communication with the company was super easy and smooth. Reply fast. Highly recommend!

⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5) Our experience with this villa and the agent, Carmen, was extremely disappointing and stressful. From the moment we arrived, it was the worst check-in experience we have ever had. As first-time visitors to Marbella, we expected at least basic hospitality and support, but there was none. Another group arrived before us and could not even access the villa because the payment link had never been sent to us in advance. This caused unnecessary delays and confusion. When we finally got access, the villa was not ready. The rooms were not prepared, and it was clear the property had not been properly prepared for our arrival. On the second day, another serious issue occurred. The security/access system stopped working, and the main gate would not open. My niece and her nanny returned to the villa while everyone else was asleep, but they were locked outside and unable to get in. We repeatedly tried to contact Carmen, but she did not answer our calls or messages. After almost 10 hours, we finally had to contact the intermediary who introduced us to Carmen, and only then was the villa owner contacted to resolve the issue and restore access. This level of support is completely unacceptable, especially in an emergency. The villa was also advertised as having a security system, but once you enter the property, the alarm has to be deactivated because it continuously goes off. In reality, we did not feel that there was any effective security. The most upsetting part of our stay was that we were robbed on the third day. Despite knowing what had happened, Carmen never came to check on us, never asked if we were safe, and never offered any assistance or support. We were left to deal with the situation entirely on our own. The villa is in an isolated area, and we did not feel safe throughout our stay. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend staying in this location. We expected much better communication, professionalism, and care from the agent, especially after multiple serious incidents. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst villa rental experiences we have ever had, and we would not recommend booking through Carmen.

This was, without question, one of the worst rental experiences we have ever had. Before our arrival, everything seemed fine. The villa looked beautiful in the photos, and the booking process was straightforward. Unfortunately, the experience changed completely the moment we arrived. The property manager, Karmin, was extremely rude, aggressive, and unprofessional. Instead of welcoming us, we were treated with hostility. We were refused access to the bedrooms and were not given the keys immediately. The remaining payment was demanded in a confrontational and intimidating manner, making us feel like we were being treated as suspects rather than paying guests. The security system at the villa also gave us a false sense of safety. During our stay, four masked men broke into the property while our children were inside with their nannies. The intruders stole valuables worth well over €300,000 and left our children and our entire family deeply traumatized. It was one of the most terrifying experiences we have ever been through. What was even more shocking was the complete lack of care and compassion shown afterward. When we contacted the owner and the management company for help, we were told that we were calling outside working hours and that what had happened was “not their responsibility.” Despite living only a couple of minutes away, no one came to check on us, offer assistance, or even ask if the children were safe. There was no empathy, no support, and no sense of responsibility during what was clearly a traumatic emergency. We understand that no property owner can always prevent a crime. However, how you respond when your guests experience a life-changing event says everything about your professionalism and your values. In our case, the response was cold, dismissive, and completely unacceptable. A luxury villa is not just about the building it’s about the service, the safety, and the way guests are treated when things go wrong. This property failed on all three. We would never stay here again, and we cannot recommend it to anyone looking for a safe, professionally managed, or genuinely hospitable place to stay.

Our experience with Bromley Estate has been terrific. We had been searching for the appartment of our dreams in Marbella for a while and had done plenty of visits with other agencies but had not found it. We were a bit desperate. Without doubt the best agent I’ve ever used. Vicki worked with us right from the start of our purchasing journey before we even had a clue what we wanted. She guided us through the local areas and options (including property they didn’t list) until we were comfortable, giving us great advice and insight and never putting us under pressure with the usual agent hard sell tactics. Communication was great throughout. Even on the day we paid our deposit there was no rush and everything was explained in great detail, with agreements drawn up that worked for both seller and buyer equally. I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service I received from Real Deal Estates. Unfortunately, my experience has fallen significantly below the standard of professionalism and reliability that your company publicly claims to provide. Throughout our interaction, communication was poor and inconsistent. On multiple occasions, I was unable to reach anyone despite repeated attempts via phone, email, and messaging. When responses were eventually received, they were often delayed, unclear, or lacked the necessary follow-up. In addition, the overall handling of my case appeared unprofessional. Commitments that were communicated were not met, important details were overlooked, and there was a noticeable lack of accountability. This created unnecessary frustration and a complete loss of confidence in your ability to manage matters in a competent and client-focused manner. Given that real estate transactions require trust, availability, and clear communication, this level of service is unacceptable. I believe it is important to formally document these issues so they can be addressed and prevented for future clients.

Our experience was extremely disappointing. Swish Marbella completely ruined our family holiday through poor advice, lack of transparency and an unacceptable level of customer service. Apartment W48 is advertised as a luxury apartment, but it falls far below that standard. We fully expected Puerto Banús to be lively; what Swish never disclosed was that both bedrooms are directly above a nightclub operating until 6:00 a.m., while the opposite side of the apartment faces another venue filled with drunk tourists until around 2:00 a.m. There is simply no quiet side of the apartment. Sleeping was impossible. Knowing that we were travelling with two children, a professional agency should never have recommended this property as suitable for family. The concierge service also failed to deliver what was promised. Once full payment had been made, we were left to organise most of our reservations ourselves. We also arrived to find the apartment still being cleaned, and its overall condition was far below what anyone would expect from a luxury . Instead of enjoying our family holiday, we spent our time searching for alternative accommodation because staying in the apartment was simply impossible. What should have been a relaxing holiday became a stressful experience. A luxury agency should protect its clients from experiences like this—not create them.

We had a fantastic family vacation at Villa Playa in Marbella — a beautiful villa with easy, direct access to the beach — but what truly made the stay exceptional was Swish and their incredible team. None of us had been to Marbella before and (admittedly) didn’t have a ton of time nor the energy to do extensive planning for the trip. The staff at Spain Realty Estate was outstanding. The house itself was more than we could ever had asked for. The transfer from the airport was ready when we arrived, friendly, and professional. The margaritas, salsa, and ceviche were the perfect welcome to Marbella, along with the stunning views from the house. Having the pool at hot tub right at the house were perfect, and the beach was less than a minute’s walk down the hill. Since we were in the corridor and away from the resorts, it was like having a private beach the entire weekend. The house was in excellent condition and had everything you could ever want in it. The value for the price paid was outstanding. Our entire group consensus was that this is the best vacation we’ve ever taken. We’ve already started making plans to return next year and insist on staying at the same property. I cannot recommend the location and property highly enough. Our stay was fantastic.

Amazing !!! The Villa was very nice inside and the kitchen was perfectly appointed for our stay. But it was the outdoor space that really captivated us with stunning views, a fabulous pool and jacuzzi, shady palapa, and comfortable seating and chairs for sunning. Steps from all this was a cobblestoned walk down to the beach that was perfect for long walks in the surf. We had an incredible stay and will do it again!

We chose Costa del Sol for the location and the views. We spent 9 days at this beautiful home and absolutely loved it! The home is very clean, very well equipped and the view is spectacular!! Loved breakfasts on the patio and night swims under the stars. Location is perfect! Day or night. The beach is a quick walk and is gorgeous!!! It was not safe in August but this made absolutely no difference to us at all and went down several times to soak up the beauty! We just can’t say enough about this home! WE LOVE IT and cannot wait to get back! The staff was exceptional from start to finish! Antonio took care of the reservation, the arrival, the rental car, answering all our questions, making recommendations etc. Antonio did it all and was very friendly. Shuttle driver from airport was great. Arrived at the villa to find our rental car waiting in the driveway. The door swings open and Manager, greets us with a warm welcome! He gave us the tour and was on his way. We had absolutely no issues but called him with a couple questions and he was always immediately available. Very friendly! He will help set up fun things to do too! The rental car rep finished up our rental right on site and was wonderful. We drove ourselves to the airport and returned it with ease on our day of departure. Thank you one and all! To sum it up, Costa del Sol is a must visit! Much thanks to Spain Realty Estate !!!

Scarlett and Steward made our purchase process very easy. We gave them a budget and search area and they short listed properties for us to view. Once we had decided on a property they recommended a solicitor and the process from agreeing the purchase to completion only took 8 weeks (and we stayed in the UK!). They have been in constant contact from the beginning and continue to help with transferring the internet etc. I would highly recommend Mila Homes and already have to many of our friends!
