The largest shopping centre in the area, offering a wide mix of international fashion brands, restaurants, cafés, a cinema, and a large hypermarket, with spacious parking and easy access from the highway.

Years ago it had far better quality shops. But guess the extortionate gets forced the smaller shops out. I have eaten at KFC francise outlets for years. The outdoor terrace is dutifully cool with views over the Mediterranean. But i was surprised when charged 10c for small ketchup sachet. Earlier in the week were not charged in Fuengirola. But the owners try to extract as much as possible. Kfc staff are all most helpfull

Plenty of parking (overground is free and underground is charged). A spacious mall with a good variety of mid to high end(ish) shops, particularly for clothing (men and women). Good accessibility to all floors and good wash room facilities. A generous and varied selection of eating places but remember you’ll still be in a shopping mall! Beware of pick pockets but don’t let that put you off, just be aware.

La Cañada in Marbella is an absolutely fantastic shopping center! From the moment you arrive, you’re greeted by ample, free parking, surrounded by beautiful palm trees, setting a wonderfully relaxed tone. Once inside, you’ll discover a truly impressive array of shops – literally everything you could possibly need, from fashion and electronics to homeware and groceries. It’s a very nice mall with a great atmosphere, making it a perfect spot to spend a few hours Browse or ticking off your shopping list. Highly recommend!

Great shopping mall. Over 100 shops so easy to spend hours there looking around, you can find anything you need. Also a variety of restaurant that offer great food and has a massive hyper market. Lots of parking both outside and underground.

Huge shopping centre, some nice cafes and outlets! Hard to fathom the size until you walk it! Worth a visit if there is you need from any of the major brands!

A nice experience This is a shopping centre for everybody, doesn’t matter you have or not money, cash or on the credit card. The prices are affordable for everybody. There are a lot of shops, of all known brands and also of their national brands. And there are 2 food courts and also you can eat as you walk all over the mall because there are a lot of places you can buy food. So, don’t worry about the food: there is plenty of it. Also there are a few coffee shops. I strongly recommend “Cafe Luz de Luna”, a coffee shop where they have, in my opinion, the best ice cream in the city, and the largest portions. Try coffee espresso: it is the “genuinest” coffe I’ve drank in the city. The toilets are very clean and there are a lot of them, no bad small and no dirty on the floor, as you can find in some places. What seems very unusual for a mall, shopping centre, was the natural light. There are a lot of windows, on the upper side of the isles between shops, through where the sun light invade the mall, creating a sensation of relaxation. And there is a lot of artificial light, on the other places, where there are no windows. There are a lot of plants, real not from plastic as you see in such pIaces. I loved that. As I said there are a lot of restaurants, local and international and the Mc… and KF… are there, absolutely. And there is also a huge supermarket – Alcampo. I definitely recommend this mall for shopping or just if you have some time to loose.

El Corte Ingles Marbella is the pinnacle of high-end shopping in Porto Banus. They offer very high quality in clothing and household goods. You can shop confident that any problems encountered with your purchases will be put right without quibble. There are plenty of places to enjoy a coffee or lunch. I can highly recommend shopping here….

Incredible store. Gigantic!!! Fantastic service and selection of everything. We bought clothing, liquor, food, shoes, sampled perfumes and enjoyed the enormous range of products. We even had dinner in an extraordinary restaurant upstairs. Love a great European superstore and this was fantastic.

Very cool Department store. Way better than anything you’d find in other countries. The place also has a very cool tech section. The best place to go for a quick blast of cool air conditioning in the hot area. Often visit just to cool down in the porch……

Good overall experience at El Corte Inglés Puerto Banús. The store is clean, well laid out, and has a solid variety of products from fashion to gourmet food. The gourmet section stands out with quality items and a nice selection. Staff were generally helpful, and everything felt organised and easy to navigate. A reliable spot if you’re in the area and want everything in one place.

It was an absolute pleasure meeting Mar today at her fabulous Vintage Chic Boutique in Marbella. She was so welcoming and nothing was too much trouble whilst trying several designer sunglasses. Chic Vintage is hands down the best second-hand shop I’ve ever visited! Mar is incredibly sweet and puts so much care into everything she does. Toni Pons is a lovely shoe shop in old town Marbella. They have a great selection of shoes for women’s and a selection for men. The women who worked there were patient and very helpful. They directed us toward different shoes that would be best for our feet and needs. They were professional and courteous and a pleasure to work with. I love my new shoes! Thank you Toni Pons!

Exceptional service from Aure❤️✨ My husband and I visited the Louis Vuitton store in Puerto Banús on June 4th and June 6th, and we had the most amazing experience thanks to Aure. Aure (who is originally from Tel Aviv ) is such a warm, kind, and genuinely lovely person. She helped us so well while we were looking for a bag for me and a cap for my husband. Lovely experience – from the moment I walked in I was greeted and attended to. I even got offered a drink and seat whilst I awaited complimentary stamping of my product. The staff had a small problem with broken card machine however was quickly rectified. Very pleasant staff and overall experience.

Worst Louis Vuitton store in the entire world!! This staff is absolute terrible. Over staffed by at least 5 people which makes it annoying and not private when you’re one on one with employee, got other employees interrupting your conversation. We wanted are passport holder stamped but the lady said it takes a few days. Which we figured out later was a complete lie. The manager, Sullivan, even admitted it could be done right away. Wasted an entire day of our trip having to uber back to get the passport. Total joke.

Shopped at this store in June of 2025. The sales associate Alis, was extremely helpful to us in showing my wife a variety of merchandise and helping her to select the perfect item for her. I recently shopped at the Puerto Banus store 9/6/26 and Lola was the adviser I dealt with. This young lady went above and beyond and couldn’t have been more helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I feel she is a total asset to your store and my experience dealing with her was totally amazing.

We were dealing with Ainhoa in the Gucci store on Puerto Banús and I have to say, she was amazing! So accommodating and helpful. She was the reason we came back to Gucci and purchased the Jackie bag. I went to the store this afternoon to have a scarf cleaned and fixed, and also to verify whether the diaper bag I had been given was original. It turns out the sales assistant ANDREA… was extremely unpleasant!! She said she couldn’t take the scarf because I didn’t have the reference number and that it didn’t appear in their system!!! She didn’t even try to look for it in any files or call Italy to get the reference, nor did she allow me to speak with the store manager. Instead, she told me to take it to a dry cleaner and a tailor — hahaha, unbelievable nerve from this sales assistant!!!!!! AWFUL and TERRIBLE service from this sales assistant ANDREA , and awful management at this store in Puerto Banús!! They offer no solutions to anything!!!! I don’t understand how Gucci allows people like this to work there and provide this kind of service!!

An absolute disaster of a store’s customer service!! Never go there. I went in to leave a scarf to have it repaired and they told me I’d be better off going to a dry cleaner or a tailor!! The saleswoman was completely satisfied saying that, clearly she had no desire to work, let alone provide the level of service that the brand is supposed to stand for! Absolutely shameful!! Terrible service!

Some of the staff are not very friendly. They are arrogant and look down on you. They don’t pay any attention to you. I had to wait a very long time before I was served. And no one even offered me a glass of water. The store itself is good, but the staff is lacking.

Got the last of a suitcase and the staff pushed me to check out really quickly because another customer wanted it. I didn’t have time to properly browse the store and they forgot to remove the security tag in the rush so i had to go back. But they were still however very kind, i just wish they hadn’t rushed me like that.

Bad staff, when I visited this store a few months ago I wanted to buy my first Hermes product (a bracelet). I hoped that it would be one of many products from Hermes. But when I entered I had to wait 40 minutes. I get that’s it is a luxury store and the like to sell you the image off being busy and exclusive but come on 40 minutes is insane. After that the sales person decided to not look me in the eyes when talking and be quite absent. Not the way you would like to be treated in a luxury store. When I was done with the measurements for my wrists the salesperson told me to hurry up. I haven’t been back at Hermes since and I doubt that I will ever be. I like the brand and the “exclusivity” that comes with it. But I have had way better experiences at other luxury brands. Please Hermes fix this.

There are two Hermès boutiques in Puerto Banús, one large and one smaller store dedicated only to shoes. A quick tip, be careful with the opening hours. We went on Sunday and it was closed, even in the middle of summer. It is only open Monday to Saturday, 12 to 2 pm, then 3 to 7.45 pm, so it is worth planning your visit carefully. When we went back on Monday, there was a short queue outside. Only two assistants work in the shoe boutique, and each of them serves one client at a time, but the system is smooth and we only waited around 15 minutes. Once inside, the service was excellent. The sales assistant who helped us was extremely professional, friendly, and efficient. She quickly understood what we were looking for, gave great advice, and made the whole experience effortless. Overall, a very positive Hermès shopping experience in Marbella. With a bit of planning around the schedule, it’s definitely worth the visit.

Disappointing experience at this store. I have asked sales about birkin and he repeated old story with wish list, so I went to other floor to check sneakers and heard him making fun of me out loud repeating my question. Such unprofessional and disrespectful attitude. Those sales representative think that they are higher rank of people. You are JUST sales representative!

In many Hermès boutiques, you’re met with a touch of arrogance. Here, not at all. The staff are kind, respectful, and genuinely attentive — a rare and refreshing experience. Even though the boutique is small, the service feels grand in every way.

Had an amazing experience. A lot of exotic shoes which you can never find in the states. Highly recommended visiting during off season (I visited in may). Amazing customer service. *Note quota bag wishlist is closed for now. I was told it’s about two years for birkin or Kelly.

Best Chanel store, we’ve ever been in, we first went into this store about 3 weeks ago, its location is beautiful set in the Marbella club hotel, when we arrived we was greeted by a hostess and she directed us to Nabila , now our one and only Chanel sales person , she was outstanding offering us beverages straight away then went over and beyond to find what my wife was looking for . So friendly and professional advice , no hard sale at all. Made us feel so comfortable We returned to Marbella 3 weeks later where I contacted her to find my wife some earrings shed wanted for a while , when we arrived in store she had a full selection for my wife to choose from , even some matching broaches , my wife was so pleased, I can honestly say with experiences like this we’ll never shop Chanel in any other store and never without Nabila

Today, July 16, during the launch of the new collection, I joined the waiting list to make a purchase, as usual. When I first asked about my position in the queue, I was told there were 10 people ahead of me. The second time I asked, I was told there were 6 people ahead, although the wait was already becoming unusually long. When I asked again a little later, I was suddenly told there were 15 people ahead of me. How is that even possible? Instead of receiving a clear explanation, I spoke to the lady at the door, who was supposed to be managing the queue. Rather than trying to understand or resolve the issue, she simply insisted that I was wrong and that what I was saying was impossible. The entire situation demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism, customer care, and problem-solving. Her attitude was rude, dismissive, and showed no regard for the customer experience. This level of service is completely unacceptable for Chanel and falls far below the standards one would expect from a luxury brand. Frankly, the service I received was more in line with what I would expect from a fast-fashion retailer than from Chanel. Ridiculous

My favorite Chanel boutique. The SAs do an excellent job – they are always kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. Of course, I’d love to highlight Maribel, because she’s my SA and absolutely wonderful to me! 🫶🏻 But it wouldn’t be fair not to mention that the entire team is incredibly professional and highly qualified – every consultant truly goes above and beyond to help!
