Hi, My 2 new scarves are destroyed, each cost 80 euros. I even wrote out all the washes & temperatures. My scarves bright Royal Blue, & Rose Pink, are a shadow of what they were. You ruined them by washing them at 40 degrees. I wrote 30 degrees. Now Ive to buy dye to redye them, theyve lost thair brightness. You even put a white nightdress in after & told me, it went pink! Why did the owner not show you how to use the machines, you were her childminder. Poor show Rapid Laundry I wont go back.

Terrible terrible terrible! Seem to not care at all and dress came back exact same as I left it and she even cut off part of the headpiece so she could wash but sewed it on terribly making it even worse than it was before. They really do a bad job at cleaning and took 96 euro refusing to even give anything back even though nothing was cleaned! She told me they tried 3 times but Iv spoke with a lot of cleaners and they told me the dress should bid been cleaned to a better standard. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Horrible! They shrank my Hugo Boss dresses and shirts, doesn’t seem like they know how to read labels before dry cleaning.. I would not recommend them service to anyone.

My curtains were returned torn and they did not tell me. I had to steam press them myself as they were so badly ironed. I was very disappointed with the work.

Outstanding service and value in the center of Marbella. No need to search anywhere else. Dama in charge of the premesis is kind, trustworthy and gives help and advice. Machines have detergent dispenser built in no need to take or buy your own. Machines are quick and efficient. Results are fantastic.

Really simple to use as a visitor to Marbella. Instructions are provided in English and my clothes are clean again… Smell lovely and look very clean. Detergent is provided within the price which is great when travelling. Grazias!

Signs in English but using the discount card was awkward but easy when a customer explained how to use it. 10.5 Euros to wash and 2 euros to dry sounds a little pricey. But I block away several good restaurants and bars while the clothes dry😃

The lady who works there (Lorena?) was most helpful with my washing and drying. I ended up using a bigger machine for a small load as the smaller machine was occupied, so it cost a little bit more, but no big deal as clothes clean and dry! Thank you

easy to handle, washing detergent and softener included. different prices due to washing load and used machine. smallest loader 6.50 euro for 30minutes washing. dry tumblers also there / 10 minutes 1.80 euro. even for pet coats separate washingmachine. the laundry smells fresh and good. thank you senorita

Very clean and well organized place! Easy to use, fast dry&clean with an explanation in every language you may need. Prices are ok and the women who works there is just lovely and very kind.

Very speedy service. The ladies were very helpful in wanting to put our washed clothes into the dryer so we had more free time . Very inexpensive.

Very nice experience. Kind and helpful staff, polite customers, machines that work well, and a cafe next door where you can wait while your laundry cycle finishes. Need cash, or buy a card, but it takes up to a €20 note if that’s all you have (like from an ATM) so it’s pretty easy.

More expensive than Nature Lavandería in Malaga. Doesn’t accept card or Apple Pay. Disappointing

Another time I brought in an item that I thought required dry cleaning and the lady said “No need, it will come out fine in the wash”. She was correct and that saved me some money. They do a good job, have good prices and nice customer service, they are my dry cleaners for life,

Honestly, this place is a lifesaver. I completely ruined one of my cashmere long sleeves with pizza oil and thought it was a goner. Brought it here along with my suede shoes, and they got the stain out completely. They really know what they’re doing with delicate stuff. Highly recommend!

⭐ 1 star Extremely disappointing experience. A close friend of mine brought in several expensive items for cleaning, including a high-value sweater, and they were returned damaged. Instead of taking responsibility, the staff were initially unapologetic and did not offer any form of compensation. What made things worse was their attempt to “fix” the issue — they actually cut out the lining of the sweater and claimed it was repaired, which only further ruined the garment. The handling of the situation felt careless and unprofessional. Customer service was very poor throughout the entire process — dismissive, rude, and not at all customer-friendly. I would strongly advise others to be cautious when trusting them with valuable clothing.

This Lavomatic, located at a Repsol in Marbella, Spain. On our visit all the machines were working, machines, folding tables and seating were VERY clean and place was well kept. Front Loading 8 & 14kg Washers and Dryers. Parking was no problem, Repsol Station was also clean an well lighted! You must buy tokens from Repsol Cashier: ~€7 to Wash (Detergent is included🍻), €3 to Dry! ⭐⭐⭐⭐

You have to go to a different building every time you pay, which is inconvenient and the people are not kind. The restroom is locked, and you have to ask for the key at the place where you pay it is not comfy. The place has machines but some doesn’t work and they were not clean. Was not plasent expirience.

Ask for washing machine and dryer tokens at the Repsol gas station right next to the laundromat. It‘s 8€ for a small 8kg machine plus dryer. Clean and well maintained place.

Excellent! I’ve been there 3 times. Payment is at the gas station checkout. You can pay by card or cash. They issue tokens. It washes at 4, 5, and 10-minute cycles. There is a machine for pet items. To be honest, the laundry is just average; I don’t recommend it, and the service from some of the gas station staff is mediocre; they get annoyed when you ask for something from the laundry, such as some of the washers that are already in average condition and don’t work well or have constant issues. It’s a shame. If you are looking for a laundry where you won’t waste time, this is not it! 100% recommendable. I usually go to clean my duvet and I have never had a problem. It leaves my clothes like new. If you are curious how a self-service laundry should not be run, this is the perfect demonstration. Several machines were occupied by someone working there with private laundry and external jobs, while customers were effectively told they could wash only when it suited her. When I politely mentioned that one machine had stopped and I would like to use it, I was spoken to in an extremely rude and aggressive manner. I have traveled extensively, and I have never experienced anything like this in any laundromat. The place is dirty, no detergent is provided, no customer assistance, no service — just frustration. This is not customer service; this is a warning sign. Tourists and locals: do yourselves a favor and choose literally any other laundromat in Marbella. This one is a complete waste of time.

Clean and efficient washers and dryers. A full load of towels and sheets in one dryer are completely dry in 30 minutes.

American tourist here. I went today and the machines work fine. They don’t accept credit card so you’ll need to bring euros. The machines accept 1€ and .50€ coins, but you can also exchange cash euros here for coins. Detergent and softener are added automatically during the washing cycle so you don’t need to bring your own.

After looking for many laundries, I found this one that actually washed my clothes on delicate. I had a soccer match and it was soaked from the rains, and this laundry allowed me to wash the equipment for €7 with a 20-minute drying. DISASTER. Out of 3 dryers, only 2 work. The person in charge left the machines running and walked away. We and another customer had to empty the machines to be able to use them. I really appreciated how clean and well-maintained this laundromat is. What stood out the most was that the dryers are gas-powered rather than electric, which made drying incredibly fast—my clothes were completely dry in just 15 minutes!

I liked its clean environment, and especially the fact that the dryer runs on gas instead of electricity like other places. This made the clothes dry in just 15 minutes.

Hola Terrible service I had to come twice because they left water stains in front of my silk dress. Finally i got my dress on hanger – no protected at all – i had to pay for cover. Plus huge problems with communication- rudeness and arrogance- lack of willingness to understand the customer.

I asked to see the Manager after I took four of my daughter’s dresses in here to be dry cleaned. As the price list quoted they would be €15.90 each. (See photo.) When I went to collect them I was charged €19.40 each. I enquired why, I was told that they were all made of “specialist materials” such as silk. They most certainly weren’t. I was directed to read the price list stuck to back wall which had some small print at the bottom talking about specialist materials – too small for most to be able to read at that distance. The ‘Manager’ wasn’t anything of the sort – “Pressto” is just a concession within El Corte Inglès. So that’s €80 to dry clean 4 cotton dresses. El Corte Inglès would do well to disassociate themselves from this fundamentally dishonest enterprise. And fast.

I brought my expensive T-shirt and when I collected was spoilt. The lady told me it was my fault that I had to separate it for them. She didn’t want to refund me. Never again……

The front desk seemed bothered by my questions about laundry even though the services are advertised on their website.
