Our check-in manager Yera was really friendly on arrival and also accommodated us to check-in early. Also, she brought a bottle of rose wine on arrival which was a really nice touch. She showed us around the house and was very helpful with recommendations etc. The property is stunning as well as the surrounding area, and was perfect for us girls on our holiday. There is a really nice pool however no sunbeds but was fine to have towels around. There is also a really cheap supermarket so we were able to make food. The air-con wasn’t working however, we were fine with this but am sure the staff would come out and sort it as they have been very attentive throughout the experience. The only downfall is that the beach is about a 30 minute walk to puerto banus. Taxis are very easy to get though so didn’t bother us too much. All in all we really enjoyed our stay 🥰

We absolutely loved our stay at Mirador 211 in Marbella. The apartment is beautifully decorated, very spacious, and has a warm, welcoming feel from the moment you walk in. The location is really good. A special thank you to Yera, our check-in manager, who truly made the experience exceptional. She made us feel welcome right away, was incredibly responsive, and went above and beyond by arranging a late check-out for us. Her kindness and professionalism really stood out. We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful penthouse in Golf Resort Los Arqueros. The apartment was stunning, well-maintained, and offered everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. We recently stayed at Casa Adel as a group party of 7 and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The villa was absolutely superb- everything from the cleanliness of the property to the condition of the pool was faultless. The entire place was beautifully maintained and clearly very well looked after. It felt comfortable, welcoming and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The pool in particular was a real highlight and kept to a high standard. A special mention must go to Marie, our check in manager, who was great. She made the arrival process smooth and welcoming, and her friendly, helpful approach really set the tone for our stay and is an asset to your team. Overall, we couldnt have asked for more and would highly recommend Casa Adel to anyone looking for a villa stay. We would definitely return in the future.

We had a fantastic experience renting a villa from Vacation Marbella, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them or use them again. We stayed at Villa Nadal in Elviria and had a wonderful time. The property was beautiful and spotlessly clean. We also used their shopping service which made everything so much easier on our arrival. The team were really responsive through the booking process and in advance of our trip, providing helpful information.

The house was exceptionally well organized and spotlessly clean, including the swimming pool. Everything was in perfect working order, and our stay was absolutely flawless. We have no complaints whatsoever. I highly recommend this property and would gladly give it 5 stars. I would definitely rent it again.

Villa Hanami is incredible. From the first moment it felt like we are at home. The house is super spacious and bright, nice decor. The best part is in the master bedroom the sunrise in the morning, the view was amazing. Neighbourhood is quiet, walking distance to the shops and beach. Communication with the company was super easy and smooth. Reply fast. Highly recommend!

⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5) Our experience with this villa and the agent, Carmen, was extremely disappointing and stressful. From the moment we arrived, it was the worst check-in experience we have ever had. As first-time visitors to Marbella, we expected at least basic hospitality and support, but there was none. Another group arrived before us and could not even access the villa because the payment link had never been sent to us in advance. This caused unnecessary delays and confusion. When we finally got access, the villa was not ready. The rooms were not prepared, and it was clear the property had not been properly prepared for our arrival. On the second day, another serious issue occurred. The security/access system stopped working, and the main gate would not open. My niece and her nanny returned to the villa while everyone else was asleep, but they were locked outside and unable to get in. We repeatedly tried to contact Carmen, but she did not answer our calls or messages. After almost 10 hours, we finally had to contact the intermediary who introduced us to Carmen, and only then was the villa owner contacted to resolve the issue and restore access. This level of support is completely unacceptable, especially in an emergency. The villa was also advertised as having a security system, but once you enter the property, the alarm has to be deactivated because it continuously goes off. In reality, we did not feel that there was any effective security. The most upsetting part of our stay was that we were robbed on the third day. Despite knowing what had happened, Carmen never came to check on us, never asked if we were safe, and never offered any assistance or support. We were left to deal with the situation entirely on our own. The villa is in an isolated area, and we did not feel safe throughout our stay. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend staying in this location. We expected much better communication, professionalism, and care from the agent, especially after multiple serious incidents. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst villa rental experiences we have ever had, and we would not recommend booking through Carmen.

This was, without question, one of the worst rental experiences we have ever had. Before our arrival, everything seemed fine. The villa looked beautiful in the photos, and the booking process was straightforward. Unfortunately, the experience changed completely the moment we arrived. The property manager, Karmin, was extremely rude, aggressive, and unprofessional. Instead of welcoming us, we were treated with hostility. We were refused access to the bedrooms and were not given the keys immediately. The remaining payment was demanded in a confrontational and intimidating manner, making us feel like we were being treated as suspects rather than paying guests. The security system at the villa also gave us a false sense of safety. During our stay, four masked men broke into the property while our children were inside with their nannies. The intruders stole valuables worth well over €300,000 and left our children and our entire family deeply traumatized. It was one of the most terrifying experiences we have ever been through. What was even more shocking was the complete lack of care and compassion shown afterward. When we contacted the owner and the management company for help, we were told that we were calling outside working hours and that what had happened was “not their responsibility.” Despite living only a couple of minutes away, no one came to check on us, offer assistance, or even ask if the children were safe. There was no empathy, no support, and no sense of responsibility during what was clearly a traumatic emergency. We understand that no property owner can always prevent a crime. However, how you respond when your guests experience a life-changing event says everything about your professionalism and your values. In our case, the response was cold, dismissive, and completely unacceptable. A luxury villa is not just about the building it’s about the service, the safety, and the way guests are treated when things go wrong. This property failed on all three. We would never stay here again, and we cannot recommend it to anyone looking for a safe, professionally managed, or genuinely hospitable place to stay.

I had a great experience with this SOLO. The booking process was smooth, quick, and completely hassle-free from start to finish. The vehicle was exactly as shown in the photos, very clean, and in excellent condition. Everything was spotless and the car was absolutely perfect on pickup. Both the check-in and check-out processes were very fast and efficient. I had no issues at all during the rental, and everything went very smoothly. I really enjoyed the whole experience and would definitely rent from them again. Highly recommended.

*Edit* since writing this review there has been correspondence back and fourth and they have agreed to return my deposit in the end. DO NOT USE! I hired a car from here and it was all okay until one of the tyres went flat. I looked closer and it had been worn right down. I only had this car 2 days so know it couldn’t have been me. I followed the correct steps by letting them know and they sent a truck out to recover me. I got a new car for the rest of my rental and returned it with no problems. I hadn’t heard from them but they still had my deposit. I emailed them to ask about it and they hit me with an invoice for 4 new tyres totalling 773,25€! As well as other hidden costs totalling at €890. They can only discuss this over email as apparently it’s a different department. This is not honest or fair business. I would recommend avoiding. There are lots of other car rentals in the area. If the company changes it’s stance and discusses this with me I will amend my review accordingly.

Had recently got my new car from them .I was slightly not sure as they were not official dealers . We (two adults) needed a small car in Marbella for 3 days, at short notice. Alicia at Wiki Rent A Car speaks perfect English, and was very friendly and helpful. She arranged an economical 4-door Renault Twingo for us in a matter of minutes. The entire process was uncomplicated and reasonably priced. We chose the Premium insurance option, which was also reasonable price-wise. We will definitely book with Wiki again on future visits to Marbella.

The accommodation was even more beautiful than the photos suggested, which is rare and a very pleasant surprise. The terrace was a highlight a stunning, holiday-worthy view that we kept coming back to. Marbella Real is in a great location with many cafes and restaurants very close by. The grounds are extensive and very well kept. There are three blocks each with its own swimming pool and they feel very separate not in any way crowded due to the size of the gardens. The apartment that we had was very recently refurbished and the oven and cooker etc. looked unused. All very new and clean inside. We drove down from the UK so we were very pleased to see a fully secured underground garage with wide spots which can be unusual in Spain. The lovely beach is a five minute walk and Marbella a twenty minute walk along the walkway. Overall a wonderful visit. Ibrahim from Finest Rentals was available at all times and helped with anything we needed. They will be our go to company now as they are completely professional and reliable. We left after three and a half weeks completely satisfied.

The house was well stocked with everything you could need — the kitchen in particular was excellent, with plenty of pots, pans, utensils and equipment, which made cooking and relaxing at home so easy. Plenty of towels to us and a clean during the week was much appreciated. The location was fantastic and very convenient, while still feeling peaceful and private. The house itself was well maintained, comfortable and had a lovely atmosphere throughout. We really appreciated all the thoughtful touches and how well organised everything was. We found it particularly helpful that the fridge was stocked with essential items for our arrival and much appreciated as the next day was a bank holiday and shops were closed. We would absolutely stay again and would highly recommend Casa Brisas to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-equipped place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful villa. A very well-equipped home. It had everything one could need. It was especially nice to find two bottles of wine and everything for a first breakfast in the refrigerator when we arrived late in the evening. We appreciated that very much. The pool and backyard were wonderful. We spent many pleasant and relaxing hours there. It was close to the sea and the lovely promenade. The bedrooms and bathrooms were fresh and the beds were very comfortable. A few small suggestions for improvement would be: a table for the outdoor lounge furniture, cozy garden lighting, and plastic glasses to use outside by the pool and lounge area. We loved our holiday at Villa Elena and would happily return.

My car first was taken in at 29.10.25 for bodyworks. Now the car has been ,,ready,, for FOUR times. The first time I was given my car back so that they did not change one headlight and some plastic parts in the front bumper, I find it unreal that this was even possible to happen even when everything was paid for and the work order clearly had it written. Today 11.03.26 when almost 6months have passed my car is still not actually ready. There is visible overspray marks in many places and they also managed to paint rubber door sealants…. The list goes on and on and on. They seem to be good people and want the best but seriously lack the professional touch and experience needed for this job. I don’t recommend at all!!!

I was absolutely delighted with the service from the team at BMW in Puerto Banus. Originally we were interested in the X1 however the salesman told us about a promotion on a limited number of X2 cars. We immediately chose this option. We ordered 2 cars for our business. From our first enquiry about the cars until the last moment when we took the delivery of the cars, the 2 gentlemen at the showroom were helpful, polite, knowledgeable and everything, including the finance approvals was arranged in about 2 weeks. Worst garage Ive ever dealt with, left my mini in for minor body work, told it would be in 1/2 weeks which in itself sounded a lot of time, in the end they had it 5 weeks. My insurance company also found them difficult to work with. Never again……👎

Honest Review – Be Careful Before leasing from BMW Marbella I had a very bad experience with BMW Marbella. They never clearly explained the full details of the rental terms in the beginning. I paid every single installment on time, but when I returned the car, they started charging me huge amounts even for the smallest marks or tiny dots on the vehicle. The bill they sent was unreasonable and shocking. It feels like a total scam to make customers pay extra after returning the car. Please be careful and make sure everything is written clearly before signing or returning the vehicle. I truly regret trusting them.

Terrible experience at BMW Marbella. Had an appointment at 09:00, but wasn’t seen until 10:00. The air suspension had failed — they kept the car for a full day. When I came back the next day to collect it, I had to wait another hour. Then I found out they forgot to perform an obvious service task — replacing the front brake pads. They released the car like that. I had to go back, lose another three hours of my time and spend money on taxis from Estepona. After that, I finally got the car back — only to see a warning light again two days later: “Go to workshop.” I called them — they said “Sorry, we’re fully booked for a week.” This entire disaster cost me nearly 2,000 euros. This is not what a BMW service should be. Completely unprofessional, disorganized, and careless. If you value your time and money, stay away.

Rude reception. I arrived to leave vehicle at 9:15am, for a 10am appointment. He told me I had to wait with the vehicle until 10am. I said I’d leave the key, and they could do the service anytime. He told me that if I left, they would not touch the car. Inconsiderate staff, and very arrogant. Don’t use them if you don’t have to.

I had a great experience with my rental car and the agent that helped me. They did attempt to upsell to upgrade the car several times and I declined, but other than that no concerns. Be sure to take photos and video of your vehicle.

The one good thing was that the young lady who worked with us spoke good English. The bad is to expect to be upsold HARD both on vehicle selection and on insurance policies. Also fully expect an ending invoice MUCH higher than originally quoted with several undescriptive line items. The head office support was really no help at all either. We will never use Sixt again!

SCAM WARNING! Fraudulent branch. This is a fraudulent Sixt branch. There are numerous deceived customers in the reviews here, and now I have unfortunately become one of them. They scam everyone using the exact same scheme: they hand over a damaged vehicle, intentionally leaving the scratches off the rental agreement. When you return the car, they photograph these exact scratches and send you a bill. They deliberately do not take “before” photos of the car. Instead, an employee just writes by hand on paper that there are no scratches. They then compare actual digital photos taken AFTER the rental with these handwritten notes made BEFORE. If I had read the reviews here earlier, I would have never stepped foot into this office. I am writing this to warn other potential victims of this scam.

Really bad service. Gave us an “electric car” that we had to charge 3 times for a 2h drive. 30min to charge and we payed 20€ each time.make the maths. The car model wasn’t the one we booked and we called for assistance and we got redirected four times to have the key. Also for the “live agent” we never got connected. We got redirected and hung up on 6 times. I don t recommend.

Everything was absolutely perfect until I got charged additional 250 euro 7 days after rental for so called additional costs for extension of rental. The price of extension was shown and I accepted it and paid for immediately but then I’m charged again. This is literally stealing money from costumer that wasn’t aware of additional costs. Its sad because I really enjoyed the whole process from the beginning. I guess I will have to choose Enterprise next time

Sixt are scam artist. they gave me a car filled with dents and then when i returned the car the sent me a damage report thankfully i took pictures before i got the car. They also over charged me…

The staff knowingly lent us a car with defects that were not listed in the contract. They knew it was our first time renting a car and they took advantage of it.

Worst service ever, worst attitude. Paid 2500, before paying asked question is car okey, no other issues? Yes, car is okay. When they gave me car there was check engine and full dashboard of mistakes. Instantly said to same man that car is not okay, he said 10 minutes and just ignored me 40 minutes till i was necessary to leave. I just left car with the key near their entrance and they tried go threat me with police, that i should take car and leave. 🙂 i said call police, no problem. I will return when i can. So when i returned car was moved by them but they didn’t fix nothing and said me that i have to make another appointment and its okay to return car after their service full of mistakes. Service was issue with the key and they decided themselves change car battery, without my approval before. Germany and lawyers gonna be involved in this scam and unprofessional organization. Think twice to go there.

**Be very careful** with Porsche Puerto Banús Marbella. My experience was extremely poor. I brought in my Taycan for a dashboard warning that was presented to me as a major issue with a repair estimate of nearly €15,000. I was also charged about €500 for diagnostics, yet I was never given a proper written report or even the fault codes. The most shocking part: after I paid the diagnostic fee and took the car back, the warning disappeared and has still not come back after 3 months of driving. That raises serious questions about the accuracy of the diagnosis and the transparency of the service. I would strongly recommend that nobody authorizes repairs here without first getting everything in writing and obtaining a second opinion from another Porsche center in Malaga, or La Campana. For me, this was a very bad experience and I left with zero trust in their service department.

David, a salesperson at this premium car dealership, does a commendable job once you make a purchase. However, their customer service, led by Carmen and the repair team, is utterly non-existent. For a dealership of this caliber, this level of service is unacceptable. If I could give their customer service a 0, I would. When I brought my car in for an inspection, they completely overlooked the need for brake replacement, despite multiple indicators on my car. Do not recommend using them.

Terrible services. The car stayed 2 months and 1 week at Porsche garage without any repair as the garage had “discussions” with the insurance company which visited the garage 3 months ago.Today the garage called me that my car is finally repaired. So, today (09.05.25) after 2 months and 1 week I collected the car and found out that the A/C does not work from the damaged side and there is some problem with the starter. The repair must be completed after more then 2 months staying in the garage. This is just terrible

Today I went to Porsche Marbella. I’m very happy I chose this center. I was helped by JUAN. Got my Warranty extension for my Macan GTS. And also helped me buy some parts from Parts department. Nizar was the person attending me. Thank you very much guys for your awesome professionalism and for the advices. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to service their Porsche.

One of the worst car rental experiences ever at pick up, I rented a car for a week They were understaffed. Had to wait 1.5 hours from my confirmed pickup time. Car wasn’t available and had to wait to receive a car. No excuse to make customers wait 1.5 hours and zero effort to make it up. Car received was very old with 40k kilos and no other cars available to rent even for a fee. The employees were very tired and manager couldn’t care less. Very rude. The pick up experience was much better, very polite and friendly person and quick. You need more of him and change the manager. I received the invoice and couldn’t understand it. All in Spanish. Not appreciated. This is a very bad experience and I don’t recommend this place Shame on enterprise

I reserved an SUV since there was 4 of us with bags five days before pick up. When I arrived, they only had small cars. No apology, no reason why, and no other options

Avoid at all costs! You get the car in the middle of the street, blocking the traffic with no option to check for damages. Unfriendly and dishonost staff. In the response to this review, I was reffered to Enterprise’s website to file a complaint. I did and… surprise, no answer. Avoid enterprise services. If something goes wrong there will be no one to talk to.

Terrible. Don’t ever use this company. The staff are pleasant but the company policy is dogsh*t. I was an hour late to pickup (my flight was delayed) so was told they allocated my car to someone else – why? I’ve pre-booked and pre-paid. Came back 30 mins later, still no car available. Came back another 30 mins later. And then was told I needed a credit AND debit card which I didn’t have with me. End result, waste of f*cking time asked for my £2500 to be refunded. I hope this corporation gets liquidated.

We had booked a manual transmission vehicle for two days in advance from home before our vacation. However, upon arrival, we were informed that only an automatic vehicle was available. As we had never driven an automatic car before, this came as an unexpected challenge for us. Nevertheless, in order not to wait any longer, as we would otherwise have had to wait an additional one and a half hours for the car, we decided to accept the vehicle that was offered to us. In addition, the vehicle was only half full of fuel upon handover, even though the booking documents stated that it should be provided with a full tank. Communication with the employee at the counter was extremely difficult, as he spoke and understood only very limited English. Due to the significant language barrier, we had to rely partly on Google Translate to communicate. We were also repeatedly directed between different parking areas while trying to locate the vehicle, which resulted in a delay of more than 45 minutes before we were finally able to take possession of the car. This delay was particularly frustrating, as we had already planned our day and booked guided tours in advance. Furthermore, the explanation of how to operate the automatic vehicle was inadequate due to the communication difficulties and consisted largely of hand gestures, leaving many of our questions unanswered. Overall, we were very dissatisfied with the service provided at this location. Based on this experience, we would not book a vehicle with this company, or at least not at this branch, again.
