1 year ago I ordered internal doors at a cost of €5,500 today they are still not complete. The architraves are now on the fourth attempt of manufacturing them to an acceptable standard as the last three have been a disaster there are zero quality checks and even less customer service my home has been a mess since your fitter ripped put the old doors to discover all of the new doors we’re damaged. Every single doors scratched marked. We have doors now but still the quality is terrible, you’ve offered nothing in the way of compensation. Truly a disaster every ticket I open you close because you’ve arranged another future date. This is not acceptable. I want financial compensation for the mess you’ve caused. Here we go again another update to this mess. The architraves have been delivered today and they are the wrong size again they are all damaged and the colour does not match the door. One whole year and the order is not complete a house could have been built in this time. The order number is 883014

Unacceptable damage to goods and completely unreliable delivery I am sharing our recent experience to help other customers make an informed decision before choosing Leroy Merlin Marbella as a supplier for a home improvement project. I strongly recommend against using this company due to poor customer service, unreliable delivery dates and the damage caused to expensive items, all of which resulted in significant delays to our project. We ordered floor and wall tiles, bathroom furniture, a shower screen, shower tray and other materials for a bathroom renovation. Despite being given weeks of notice and being told the items were in stock, Leroy Merlin failed to meet the promised delivery date. This forced us to delay our renovation works, causing unnecessary disruption and additional stress. When the delivery finally arrived, several tiles were smashed, boxes were broken and the shower tray was damaged. The delivery staff, wearing Leroy Merlin uniforms, were completely disengaged. They simply told us we would need to make a complaint and reorder the damaged items. There was no sense of responsibility, no apology and absolutely no empathy for the impact this would have on our ongoing project. If you are undertaking a renovation and have tradespeople scheduled on site, you need a supplier you can rely on. In our experience, Leroy Merlin Marbella is not a reliable delivery partner. Extremely disappointing.

They very professional, good prices, speak English and always open. Good location as you can go shopping for for coffee or lunch while you wait for car. Simple but good waiting area too with hot and cold drinks in machine.

Avoid this place at all costs! I brought my car for an oil and filters change. After two hours they told me my car didn’t start because of the problem with the fuel pump. I gave them the car that was fully functioning and they returned to me a piece of metal on wheels. The car doesn’t start and nobody even cares for it. All the time that I’ve spent here they are telling me to wait for some person. And then this person tells me to wait for another person and this goes on and on. This is insane to bring in a car for a simple service and get back the one that doesn’t start. If you value your time and mental health better choose another service station. Norauto and quality service are two different things that don’t combine

I left my car at Norauto Marbella for a simple brake replacement. After more than three hours, I was informed that the car was “ready”. Nothing had been done. Their excuse? They claimed the brakes were “too rusty” and impossible to remove or repair. This is coming from a company that calls itself automotive experts. Now the humiliating part—for them. When I got home, I took a basic hammer. Within 30 minutes, the supposedly “impossible” brakes were off and loose. No special tools. No drama. No excuses. Let that sink in: What their “professional workshop” failed to do in over three hours, I solved myself in half an hour. This is not bad luck. This is sheer incompetence. Either their staff lacks even the most basic mechanical skills, or they assume customers are clueless and won’t question them. Both scenarios are unacceptable. ⚠️ Do NOT trust their diagnostics ⚠️ Do NOT waste your time ⚠️ Do NOT leave your car here If a workshop cannot remove brake components and then hides behind excuses, it should not be allowed to touch customer vehicles at all. Avoid Norauto Marbella. Completely.

Very poor and untrustworthy experience. The price for the tire change was agreed in advance at €200, but at payment I was forced to pay almost double. The shop justified this by referring to my signature on a tablet. However, this signature was taken when I handed over the car keys, and no price, contract terms, or agreement details were visible on the screen at that moment. As a customer, I was not given a fair opportunity to review or knowingly accept the final price. The situation was misleading and felt pressuring rather than transparent or honest. I do not recommend this business to anyone who values clear pricing and fair customer service. Be very careful and always demand everything in writing before signing anything.

Over charged for tyres only to find out they’re winter tyres and not sutible. It’s marbella! Why would I need snow tyres? Absolutely disgusting. Go anywhere but here, for your safety. Very poor service, was quoted 1hr for the works but was still waiting 2hrs later. Criminal 🤬

Terrible store. No staff, no Wi-Fi and whatever you buy wil cost triple the Aldi or even mercadona value. I wonder who frequents a useless store like this. The only good department is their cheese and dairy section, but it’s more expensive than even the Corte ingles. Useless store in the very worst area of Marbella … By the way, it was not very looked after, and looked dirty

The shop is a chaos. At the small food restaurant in the center they send you from the cafeteria to the meat counter to order. A minute later they open the cafeteria counter again, because there are too many clients at the meat counter. If you just ate there and want to leave the shop, you’re not allowed to do it by the cashier counters, have to go all the way back to the entrance and go against the flow out of the store. Ridiculous.

Best supermarket overall. Best average prices, massive choice of cheeses, beers, wines and spirits in particular. Helpful staff and welcoming checkout clerks. Easy parking, especially early mornings.

Alcampo is a big supermarket with a great selection of products You will find fresh vegetable frutes at meet market as well they have prepared plates to eat in place or take away; the service is excellent and fast. Thee winner selection consist Spanish origin. The prices are competitive

Just a super supermarket—I love it! I go there every day during the holidays. The food is great, and the fast food chain they added is really cool. It’s a little expensive, but that’s not too bad. They have free Wi-Fi and excellent air conditioning, which makes shopping there very comfortable. Overall, it has a great atmosphere. They also regularly offer free samples to try, and I even got a whole cinnamon bun for free once! And the staff are super friendly! 🙂

Its absolutely fantastic. To call it just a supermarket is nowhere near true. The bar/restaurant is fantastic and the lounge area is fabulous. Great range and the staff are lovely

I love this place and i go there every weekend for snacks and i will never forget the time when I got given a free damsugare ( swedish treat for free ) around a year ago it also has good groceries and snacks good place but you guys did make it so you can go through the entrance where you buy burgers and stuff so that you can only go in through there which is annoying based on where you parked please remove it

Wonderful place. I went there with my wife, and we both loved it. There’s a wide variety of Scandinavian groceries, and they even have a deli with some really tempting items that taste fantastic, like the Räksmörgås (a Swedish Prawn Sandwich) and a delicious apple pie. You can eat at the tables next to the deli or on the terrace right behind. The customer service is top-notch. All people there are very kind, friendly, and sweet. I’d totally recommend this place to anyone.

Taste of Sweden in the Sibylla kiosk, that was a bit hidden in one of the corner of the store w exit only from outside. Recommending the sausage roll with shrim sallad. Sevice minded staff!

Amazing cafe and supermarket selling wonderful cakes, pastries, breads and coffees. The small supermarket has the most amazing selection of wonderful food from around the globe.

The only shop in marbella that sells swords! (espadas) – you won’t find toy swords anywhere else which saved my Zorro costume!

A huge selection of items of every kind. Check the prices. While some items are good value, others are definitely not. Some cheaply made very poor quality electrical items are on sale at similar prices as are top quality versions in mainstream stores. Having said that of course you need to consider the usefulness of stores like this one when you need something obscure or when the other stores are closed.

China Sol is one of those shops that literally has everything! We went there recently and found really nice dog beds for our dogs—they’re great quality and very affordable.

A Chinese shop where you can buy anything you can think of. Good value for money. Helpful stuff.

They have everything… Amazing convenient store… Fresh baked goods, fruits and dairy… Even small appliances. Only negative comment is the lack of parking space!

Had everything we needed on a Sunday (all the main supermarkets were closed). Not as cheap as other supermarkets but as this is an express store, I expected that. The store is compact but very clean and well laid out. Parking was easy.

Good for shopping all year round – anytime (check opening hours). Bring your most wrecked vehicle. Otherwise you will be sorry for the new scratches and marks, that were not there, when you arrived.
