I changed 10 tooth up and 10 down with them. The girls where really good and caring, especially Doctor Noelia, Mega star. I had a lots of pain because of my sensible tooths, not because of them, Im happy with the results. The manager was really helpful and kind. 5 stars to the Team The worse thing was that i did a implant ( with is bad enough of it self) but the Doctor for the surgery was so rough and really rude both to me and his Assistant. Dont remember his name but that guy….wow. Minus 5 moons to this guy.

Complete time waste of a business. I made an appointment to ask specifically for a hygienist for my son and even though I was told there would be a free consultation the person told me we would see a hygiene dentist same day. When we arrived they told us we had the wrong dentist and we walked around town looking for another Vital Dent. Then we went back and they apologised. Then after consultation we were told no chance of hygienist. “Impossibleeeee”. Two valuable hours of our time wasted and my son out of his learning time. Secretary and receptionist do not understand their jobs. AVOID.

Went for the oral hygiene process and it was a bit too quick and a bit painful even though the previous times I did it before in my home country it didn’t hurt at all…Could be better and more thorough…

I got my veneers at this place in August and honestly, I was super happy with the result and the quality. Super natural, very thin, everyone loved them. A few months later, I went back for maintenance and a small issue I had experienced, and honestly, the treatment was even more spectacular. When you get some kind of treatment for the first time, I think they are usually helpful everywhere (even more so here), but where you see the difference is in the after-sales service; that is where the difference is noticed. Super helpful, both the girl at the reception and Ivonne, who was the one who attended to me, a 100% service. I went to Anna for a second opinion after I was examined by a different Dentist. The previous Dentist had given me a huge amount of work to do, which consisted of a lot of unnecessary repairs. When Anna looked in my mouth, she saw that many of these repairs would not be required, which even included a root canal! She surmised that there was a better way to do the job. I’m delighted at her quality and ability to be able to reduce my sensitivity. She’s young, but has acquired a lot of experience and has a wonderful ‘bedside manner’, relaxing even the most nervous patient. I highly recommend her and everyone at Dentafix.

Unfortunately I had a terrible experience at this private practice. I went for a consultation to better understand which procedure would best suit my needs. At the end of the consultation I was asked to pay 300 euros even thought website stated 150. After a few days I was hoping to receive some more information regarding the results however instead of receiving an informed response my queries were met with a very rude email stating I should look else where for a practitioner. I then proceeded to email back to explain my concerns and again it was met with an emotional reaction which was unprofessional, uncompasionate and irresponsible due to the added stress it caused. I asked simple queries and they weren’t able to answer them directly and honestly. I would avoid this practice at all costs! I have left feeling vulnerable, taken advantage of and had added stress. I went to this practice for refuge, support and guidance and received the complete opposite. I wish they could have offered some kind of compensation for the mishap however they refused, so I felt compelled to warn others to not go to this practice.

This place has hindered my health due to gross misconduct. When I later questioned the cost of the consultation asking for breakdown I was met with insults I did not receive the results I had paid for even though I paid over double what it states on the website. I now need to go somewhere else to start the whole process again which is the last thing I need after putting my trust and health into their hands.The staff are rude, uncaring, unprofessional and have no sense of compassion.

I had a terrible experience. The tooth that was extracted got infected. The crown left me with sensitivity and pain because the tooth was not sealed beforehand. The prices are disproportionately expensive. Very bad service, I have bought lazer session more than 1 a go, anytime I try an appointment is not possible, they never pick up the phone, or when you reach them, they are short in personal and offer to book you 2 months ahead, and I managed to book it they did it wrong. Worst company ever! I made an appointment and sat there waiting, while the doctor was fiddling about with his phone, which I could see through the open door. After half an hour of waiting I decided to leave due to la k of time but they would not give me my money back. I had to fill in a paper which they were going to send me. They sent that three weeks later! I filled it out and went there personally. After that I heard nothing. I sent three emails with no reply. And finally this morning, they say that they are “reviewing the matter and it will take 90 days”!!! Don’t ever trust or use this company. They are crooks. 🙁

Good morning. This is very serious; whoever reads this review should take it seriously. That clinic is a real disaster. I almost lost my life due to an infection. I didn’t lose my life, but I lost 3 teeth and 2 molars. I lost cheek bone and was disfigured. All of that because they didn’t treat a tooth infection before placing an implant. The infection spread the moment they punctured the gum. My face swelled up like a balloon. They didn’t give me any solution, only antibiotics that had no effect. After suffering through the unbearable pain, I went to another clinic as an emergency where they operated on me immediately. It has been terrible, the pain, everything. Right now I have a bone graft, but most likely I will have to live with a prosthesis. I am telling you seriously, if you want to have teeth in your mouth, do not go to that awful clinic. It is terrible. They only want to take money and then they don’t know anything at all. That is my story. Be very careful. There are many clinics everywhere that do a good job. I made a mistake. I didn’t read the reviews, I went in to ask something and they hooked me. I do not recommend that clinic to anyone at all. Thank you for reading my experience. Be careful. They owe me 7 laser sessions because when they switched to Única, my data stayed with them and wasn’t transferred to Única. I spoke with them and they told me I could continue my sessions in San Pedro or Fuengirola, and I have been making calls for a year now, but no one gives me an answer, even though my sessions are still there. Great experience all round at this clinic. Wonderful help from Patricio all the way through, from making the dermatology appointment to helping me with parking and ensuring everything ran on schedule. I was treated by Dr Victoria Alegria Landa, who was super helpful, gave me lots of time, and answered all my questions. I wouldn’t hesitate to return to the clinic.

I went there and was referred to a doctor. Dr said have an ultrasound. Then see a general surgeon. This I did. Surgeon said. You have a problem. You need to see a vascular surgeon. And have a ct scan and blood tests. These I had. Made an appointment for a vascular surgeon. 6 weeks was earliest appointment. This was cancelled the day before but rebooked for a few days later. Presented myself. Ask him if he was a vascular surgeon as he didn’t seem to know what he was doing. He said he was not. ( turns out he was a varicose vein specialist Totally inappropriate for my needs)He referred me back to the original surgeon. I have now seen him. He says. I can’t help you. You must see a vascular surgeon. Seems they do not have one!!!!! But they say they will find one. So with tests and visits I have been there 5 times. All I know is that I have a major problem and basically could explode at any time. Not a great way to live. Meanwhile I’m sure they are billing fees to sanitas for unnecessary and spurious consultations. Fee farming is a great sport. Have since seen a top vascular surgeon in London ( self funded). They doubt that I have a major problem in my aeorta as I would be dead. ( and no competent medical facility would let you walk the streets if you had. Immediate surgery required). The worst for the true diagnosis goes on ……..

A clinic that doesn’t live up to its name. I never leave negative reviews. This is actually the first time I do. But this isn’t just a matter of dissatisfaction — this is a case of blatant disregard for the law. I went to Clínica Premium Marbella for a medical test required by my insurance company. After the exam, I simply asked to take a photo of my own medical results, as clearly allowed by Spanish law (Law 41/2002 + GDPR). The answer? A flat-out refusal from the receptionist. I reminded her that this is my personal health data, and that I have a legal right to access it. She smirked, and refused again — even after I showed her the legal texts. No explanation. No justification. Just open contempt for the law and the patient. And this wasn’t even my first bad experience there. A week earlier, during a blood draw at this same center, it took three failed attempts, unnecessary pain, and left me feeling like a test subject. I said nothing at the time. But not this time. Because this isn’t about comfort or competence anymore. It’s about fundamental rights. So I have one simple question for the management of this clinic: 👉 At your so-called “Clínica Premium”, is respect for the law optional?

The worst clinic in Marbella. They combine sessions to shorten the treatment and unprofessional. If you have private insurance do not go there because they treat you with no importance as they don’t get paid enough! Waste of patients time

Disgraceful service if you can call it service! No wonder they are having less patients using their facility. I was out there today and none of the seven people managing the counter could be of help. All I needed was to sign a consent form to have a minor surgery done by a dermatologist. Not only did they not provide the form but they had no clue I was there for that procedure which was scheduled for today. I am not going back to Clinica Premium Marbella.

I have been a patient of the Clinica Premium for over 12 years for an evolving Urological issue. I have found the service and advice to be prompt and to the highest standard. Appointments, investigations and surgery have all proceeded without issues and after effects- I could not be more pleased and have absolute confidence in the clinic. Barry P

These people can’t even manage an appointment book, if you decide to trust them with your health, good luck to you. Edited after reply received: I’ll gladly provide more detail, I arrived for my appointment, presented myself to your receptionist and got told I was mistaken, that my appointment was the next day. Presented myself again the next day, got told my appointment was the day before. There are only 2 people in Spain with my surname, therefore it’s impossible to confuse me with another patient. This is my first experience with this clinic, do you honestly think I should trust you with my medical data after his first experience of your professionalism?
