I engaged this firm in July 2025 for legal and accounting support for my Spanish company, clearly explaining from the outset that the shareholder is a Lithuanian parent company and that accounting output would be required for audit and consolidation purposes. All invoices were paid promptly, including additional requests made during the engagement. Despite this, the deliverables provided consisted of Excel-based accounting information which, while potentially suitable for internal use, were not usable for audit or consolidation purposes as required and previously communicated. No finalized written agreement clearly defining the scope of services was provided to me, despite repeated requests. This created a lack of clarity as to what was included in the engagement. Regarding the 2025 Corporate Income Tax and Annual Accounts, the firm’s position changed multiple times. The work was first indicated to be outside scope, then offered under specific terms, and subsequently withdrawn after acceptance. As a result, I was required to engage a new advisory firm to ensure compliance and completion of statutory obligations. This review reflects my experience based on documented correspondence and the outcome of the engagement.

a total scam. after less than 24 hours, i asked for a refund because i knew more about the process of extending a visa than my attorney. after many conversations about why i deserved a refund after receiving no services, they kept 150€. i asked for a refund from another place because they could not move as quickly as i needed, and i received a full refund without problem. BEWARE. this company is incompetent and dishonest.

Completely disgusted with this law firm. I’m a foreigner and I trusted them to take care of my divorce settlements. As they knew that I was not from here and completely unaware of the legal precedents of this country they began to act on my behalf without notifying first. I was only notified when it came to collecting legal payments. They then went on to withhold information to my current lawyer which is illegal, and they said they would not release it until they collected their legal fees. This is not ethical and I feel completely taken advantage of. Do not recommend at all.

Seems great, but unless you’re a vip client, chances are, you will be served by a less experienced lawyer, who may not give you minor information that would otherwise help you a lot, whoch is what happened to me. It’s a good idea to visit these guys, and then get a second opinion in a different firm. Good thing is, a consultation is just 30€.

First of all, this review is long overdue since I’ve been dealing with this firm for the last three years with two properties I bought on the Costa del Sol. I can’t say enough positive things about my real estate attorney, Sofia Lanza . Her attention, service, and professionalism go far beyond what you would normally expect from an attorney. My emails are usually answered within an hour or two, and her responses are always clear and straight to the point—which is extremely important when you live abroad. Recently, I had a very stressful situation involving my apartment in Marbella. Sofia immediately stepped in and arranged a meeting with another lawyer within 24 hours, completely free of charge. The meeting helped me calm down, and I felt reassured that everything was being handled in the right way. I know she genuinely has my best interests at heart. For example, as my power of attorney, she handled banking matters on my behalf, including arranging money transfers without requiring my presence. She also made sure everything was done in the most cost-effective way, saving me unnecessary fees. If I could give this firm 10 stars, I would. My previous comments have now twice been somehow deleted by the lawfirm and I received a nasty, threatening email from Gary Newsham. He seems to be manipulating and removing negative reviews to hide the true nature of his practice. There is no option to give 0 stars. This is the most unprofessional law firm I have ever dealt with in my life. I met with the firm in 2016 and paid them to assist them with my residency. They never did any work for me whatsoever. They then didn´t return my calls or emails for at least a year a half. Eventually, they wrote me and agreed to pay half of it back. The only reason I accepted such a terrible offer was that I knew it would be nearly impossible to recover any money from them in Spanish court. I met with another lawyer who told me I would pay the same amount in legal fees and it could take years. I am not alone in my sentiment, just read other reviews posted here. In at least one of his responses, Gary discusses specific details of client’s cases which I assume is a breach of confidentiality. Avoid this “firm” like the plague!
