Left feeling blissfully light and cared for. Really nice clean space. I did the essential head spa. It was very hair focused, but it was so gentle and calming. Products they used had nice quality, not scented, and very calming. It’s a very lovely experience to give your hair + scalp a spa treatment.

When I booked the appointment, it states in the email I received that they recommend arriving at least 10 minutes before scheduled treatment time to get the most out of your experience. I arrived 10 mins before my appointment and the door was locked. I ringed the bell once, but no one came. I waited 5 minutes and still no one came to open the door. I got nervous as you do have to pay beforehand when you book online for your appointment. So i decided to send a WhatsApp to the spa, & rang the doorbell again. I received a WhatsApp back from the spa & the therapist opened the door. Although it was time for my appointment, the therapist said that she needed 5 minutes more with the current client. So I waited til it was my turn. The therapist Luz Marina was friendly and she is good at her job. Although she could not speak English, we tried to understand each other. I am satisfied with the head spa. Although it is a bit pricey (i chose the basic one at 69 Euros for 45 mins), it is worthy to pamper oneself once in a while.

It was just amazing. I have regular SPA Treatments and this was on of the best I had in Marbella. Very professional and clean. My treatment was with Faby and I can highly recommend recommended her as she is very experienced. Definitely be back!

I took my best friend to Japanese head Spa marbella for her Christmas present. They offer duo times so you can have your treatments done simultaneously in separate rooms. From start to finish the experience was fantastic. We were looked after by Luz and Marina. We had the ” full experience ” which included scalp diagnosis, facials, facial masks, Japanese headspa treatment, full head, face, neck, shoulder, arm and hand massage with a complimentary tea or juice ( I opted for a ginger and lemon tea ) they then dry your hair for your after your dreamy treatment. I was in heaven from start to finish. 90 minutes of pure relaxation. Would highly recommend.

Today I had a 90 minutes Luxury treatment. It was an amazing experience, Luz Marina is very sweet, gentle, and has a calming energy. The place is very clean too. I will definitely come back again!

From the very beginning, it felt special – she started with a scalp analysis, followed by a relaxing scalp massage, hair treatment, a touch of facial care, and finally a beautiful blow dry. The highlight for me was the moment with the water beams – it gave me the most amazing, soothing feeling through my whole body. Truly unique! I received this as a birthday gift from my daughter, and it was one of the best presents I could imagine. Next time, I’m excited to combine the head spa with their Japanese lifting facial massage. I highly recommend this place if you want to treat yourself or surprise someone with a memorable gift. They also offer other great services, and I’m already looking forward to going back.

I went for this Japanese Headspa with my daughter and we loved it. We weren’t too sure what to expect but it exceeded all our expectations. It was so relaxing. All sorts of style head massages and super friendly and gentle approach by Victor and Luz Marina. Going back for sure!

I was walking through Puerto Banús today when a very friendly young girl stopped me, handed me a beautiful tulip, and wished me a Happy Women’s Day on behalf of this florist. It completely caught me by surprise in the best way. Such a small gesture, but it brought a big smile to my face and really brightened my day. I believe they’re doing this initiative over the weekend for Women’s Day, and I think it’s such a thoughtful and lovely idea. Even though I haven’t visited the shop yet, this kindness alone made a lasting impression. Hats off to the team for taking the time to spread a little happiness. I will definitely be stopping by the shop in the future!

I think the photos speak for themselves! Karen and all the team at Deseos were absolutely fantastic throughout the whole wedding planning process! The brief was colour colour and more colour and they nailed it! The aisle decor was honestly like something out of a movie! Karen really listened to our vision and was more than helpful to provide her expert opinion and advice along the way. Karen went above and beyond which was particularly helpful with planning a wedding abroad and really helped us with the budget we had to turn our day into everything we wished for.

We could never recommend Deseos Florist enough for the incredible floral designs they created for our wedding. Deseos (Karen and Magda) made the flower arrangements for our wedding at Casa de La Era. The flowers at our wedding were absolutely stunning! The ceremony arch looked like a dream, and the aisle arrangements created such a romantic atmosphere. During dinner, the tall centerpieces on the tables together with the floral canopy above created an elegant, magical setting that left our guests in awe: it looked like a fairy tale. I absolutely loved the flowers, the care handling them, the delivery process and use of a portable vase which was both secure and elegant. The handwritten note was a very beautiful touch. The accommodation was even more beautiful than the photos suggested, which is rare and a very pleasant surprise. The terrace was a highlight a stunning, holiday-worthy view that we kept coming back to. The kitchen was well-equipped, and we really appreciated that basic staples were included a thoughtful touch that made settling in so easy. The host was exceptionally kind and helpful throughout our stay. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a truly relaxing and charming getaway. Marbella Real is in a great location with many cafes and restaurants very close by. The grounds are extensive and very well kept. There are three blocks each with its own swimming pool and they feel very separate not in any way crowded due to the size of the gardens. The apartment that we had was very recently refurbished and the oven and cooker etc. looked unused. All very new and clean inside. We drove down from the UK so we were very pleased to see a fully secured underground garage with wide spots which can be unusual in Spain. The lovely beach is a five minute walk and Marbella a twenty minute walk along the walkway. Overall a wonderful visit. Ibrahim from Finest Rentals was available at all times and helped with anything we needed. They will be our go to company now as they are completely professional and reliable. We left after three and a half weeks completely satisfied.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Brisas. The house was well stocked with everything you could need — the kitchen in particular was excellent, with plenty of pots, pans, utensils and equipment, which made cooking and relaxing at home so easy. Plenty of towels to us and a clean during the week was much appreciated. The location was fantastic and very convenient, while still feeling peaceful and private. The house itself was well maintained, comfortable and had a lovely atmosphere throughout. We really appreciated all the thoughtful touches and how well organised everything was. We found it particularly helpful that the fridge was stocked with essential items for our arrival and much appreciated as the next day was a bank holiday and shops were closed. We would absolutely stay again and would highly recommend Casa Brisas to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-equipped place to stay.

Our family had an absolutely unforgettable stay at Las Adelfas! The apartment was spotless, incredibly spacious, and beautifully equipped, offering the perfect luxurious home away from home for both the kids and adults. The stunning views from the terrace and the peaceful yet convenient location made our holiday truly special. We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful villa. A very well-equipped home. It had everything one could need. It was especially nice to find two bottles of wine and everything for a first breakfast in the refrigerator when we arrived late in the evening. We appreciated that very much. The pool and backyard were wonderful. We spent many pleasant and relaxing hours there. It was close to the sea and the lovely promenade. The bedrooms and bathrooms were fresh and the beds were very comfortable. A few small suggestions for improvement would be: a table for the outdoor lounge furniture, cozy garden lighting, and plastic glasses to use outside by the pool and lounge area. We loved our holiday at Villa Elena and would happily return.

We had an excellent stay at Villa Soul and it genuinely exceeded our expectations. The villa was much larger than we anticipated, making it feel incredibly spacious, and it was spotlessly clean throughout. It was fully equipped with everything we needed, including a washing machine and dryer, which made our stay even more convenient. The bedrooms and bathrooms were immaculate, with plenty of fresh towels and all the essential amenities provided. It was clear that a lot of care had gone into preparing the property for guests. The hosts were also fantastic—very responsive, friendly, and quick to help whenever we had a question. The only thing I’d recommend to future guests is renting a car. While it’s not essential, it makes getting in and out of the villa complex much easier and more convenient. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would definitely recommend Villa Soul to anyone visiting the area. We’d happily stay here again.

Very nice bright apartment with glorious views to the Southwest and long evening sunsets. Appt was very clean and well equipped with a weekly cleaning team service! Excellent standard of cleaning and Ibrahim the Finest Rentals contact was very helpful and quick to respond to any of our questions. Definitely recommend this company for renting in the Costa Del Sol.

Exceptional service from Aure❤️✨ My husband and I visited the Louis Vuitton store in Puerto Banús on June 4th and June 6th, and we had the most amazing experience thanks to Aure. Aure (who is originally from Tel Aviv ) is such a warm, kind, and genuinely lovely person. She helped us so well while we were looking for a bag for me and a cap for my husband. She was incredibly sweet and attentive, and we felt completely comfortable throughout our visits. She truly deserves a 10 out of 10 for her outstanding hospitality. Lovely experience – from the moment I walked in I was greeted and attended to. I even got offered a drink and seat whilst I awaited complimentary stamping of my product. The staff had a small problem with broken card machine however was quickly rectified. Very pleasant staff and overall experience.

Worst Louis Vuitton store in the entire world!! This staff is absolute terrible. Over staffed by at least 5 people which makes it annoying and not private when you’re one on one with employee, got other employees interrupting your conversation. We wanted are passport holder stamped but the lady said it takes a few days. Which we figured out later was a complete lie. The manager, Sullivan, even admitted it could be done right away. Wasted an entire day of our trip having to uber back to get the passport. Total joke.

Shopped at this store in June of 2025. The sales associate Alis, was extremely helpful to us in showing my wife a variety of merchandise and helping her to select the perfect item for her. I recently shopped at the Puerto Banus store 9/6/26 and Lola was the adviser I dealt with. This young lady went above and beyond and couldn’t have been more helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I feel she is a total asset to your store and my experience dealing with her was totally amazing.

Visited the store at the end of May 2022 and was welcomed warmly though stocks were very scarce (almost NIL). The lovely Maria attended to all my questions and we tried on a couple of models and exchanged contacts. The owner very kindly said let me know what you want and we can try sourcing it. A few weeks later I ordered my fluted datejust with the bright blue dial and (to my surprise and delight) after 4-5 days was told it was at the store and ready for collection … when I was back in Spain (mid July) I went to collect and was taken into the ‘presentation suite’ (don’t know what else to call it) at the back of the store where we tried on the piece and had the links adjusted …. Extremely good service and attention to detail. Very happy with my purchase and with the amazing service I received. Highly recommended …

Amazing customer service! I visited the jewelry at the beginning of October looking for a watch for my wife birthday. As expected, there was no availability, but Mrs Maria was very kind, and my wife could see the watch she would like and we were told to come back again . We went beginning of November, Mrs Kati had the same warm attitude, and after a nice talk and looking again the watches, I had the opportunity to leave the phone number. With my great surprise, one week after I received a message that the watch was available. When we went there the day after, since it was the week of our wedding anniversary, Mrs Kati gave us a present as well, we really appreciated! Definitely a 5 star jewelry. I have bought a number of timepieces from this company during the last few years. The service I have received has always been excellent – the staff are accommodating, knowledgeable and very professional. I see no reason to go elsewhere for my future watch needs as they either stock or are able to resource most popular brands, and the prices are reasonable. Anyone reading this who is looking to buy a nice watch should pass by, and ask for the manager Mr Shashi. He is a very nice guy and will do his best to help.

The place looks nice and traditional but food was bad and overpriced !! The deserts weren’t fresh at all, the fruit tasted withered and the cream was old, it was very overpriced and not worth it. My son broke a 40gr bar of chocolate by mistake and it cost 8 EUROS the service was mediocre and waiter ware quite rude like they ware doing you a favor. All in all don’t go.

Bad staff, when I visited this store a few months ago I wanted to buy my first Hermes product (a bracelet). I hoped that it would be one of many products from Hermes. But when I entered I had to wait 40 minutes. I get that’s it is a luxury store and the like to sell you the image off being busy and exclusive but come on 40 minutes is insane. After that the sales person decided to not look me in the eyes when talking and be quite absent. Not the way you would like to be treated in a luxury store. When I was done with the measurements for my wrists the salesperson told me to hurry up. I haven’t been back at Hermes since and I doubt that I will ever be. I like the brand and the “exclusivity” that comes with it. But I have had way better experiences at other luxury brands. Please Hermes fix this.

There are two Hermès boutiques in Puerto Banús, one large and one smaller store dedicated only to shoes. A quick tip, be careful with the opening hours. We went on Sunday and it was closed, even in the middle of summer. It is only open Monday to Saturday, 12 to 2 pm, then 3 to 7.45 pm, so it is worth planning your visit carefully. When we went back on Monday, there was a short queue outside. Only two assistants work in the shoe boutique, and each of them serves one client at a time, but the system is smooth and we only waited around 15 minutes. Once inside, the service was excellent. The sales assistant who helped us was extremely professional, friendly, and efficient. She quickly understood what we were looking for, gave great advice, and made the whole experience effortless. Overall, a very positive Hermès shopping experience in Marbella. With a bit of planning around the schedule, it’s definitely worth the visit.

Disappointing experience at this store. I have asked sales about birkin and he repeated old story with wish list, so I went to other floor to check sneakers and heard him making fun of me out loud repeating my question. Such unprofessional and disrespectful attitude. Those sales representative think that they are higher rank of people. You are JUST sales representative!

In many Hermès boutiques, you’re met with a touch of arrogance. Here, not at all. The staff are kind, respectful, and genuinely attentive — a rare and refreshing experience. Even though the boutique is small, the service feels grand in every way.

Had an amazing experience. A lot of exotic shoes which you can never find in the states. Highly recommended visiting during off season (I visited in may). Amazing customer service. *Note quota bag wishlist is closed for now. I was told it’s about two years for birkin or Kelly.

Had the most wonderful experience in the store at Marbella Club Hotel yesterday. I explained that I was hoping to purchase a birthday gift but had no real idea what I wanted. Charles immediately selected a few pieces for me to look at and of course the first item was the one I purchased. He instinctively knew what would suit and also what would be within my budget without asking. Every member of staff engaged with my family in a very cheerful and pleasant manner. I made an appointment for this visit as I really did want a birthday treat. My entire family were treated to the Louis Vuitton experience and got to appreciate what a luxury brand purchasing experience should be like. We were made to feel welcome and part of the LV family. I don’t have an endless budget and was a little anxious about this, but I needn’t have been and was truly treated like a princess by everyone at LV Marbella Club.
