I brought in a car with steering issues. GuerreroCar acknowledged that there was a problem, took the car in, and had it for several days. After having had the car in for three days, they called me and said the issue was fixed – but it wasn’t. I tried to reach out to them again, but they never got back to me. My impression is that if GuerreroCar encounters an issue they don’t know how to fix, they simply claim it’s resolved and hope you don’t notice. This unprofessional behavior is, in my opinion, a clear indication of their lack of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.

Tried to get a spare key. €150 euros it was supposed to cost. Open 9-5 I was told on my first visit. Today I was there, but doors were looked, no information on open hours or any other notes. Nothing. Not alone outside of there either. Called the number but as soon as I explained that I was outside the lady answering just terminated the call. So expect expensive service at their leisure. No more Opels for me.

I did not have a great experience with Opel Marbella Which has now changed to a new company. (One car?) At the beginning of September, I rang Opel Marbella for an appointment for my car. It had some issues which my local mechanic wasn’t able to fix so it needed Opel mechanic to do. They didn’t have any appointments available until the 30th September so I took this. My car was delivered by Grua on 30th September to Opel Marbella as appointed. After 4 days, I had no herd any news about my car so I called OPEL to ask for some feedback. The staff who picked up the phone said that the garage wasn’t picking up their phone and they would get someone to call me. Afew days later I still had no returning phone call so I rang again. I got the same answer every time I rang. “Someone will call you back”. This went on for 2 weeks. In the end, i went in person to the Opel garage to find out what was going on with my car since they had it for 2 weeks and nobody was giving me any information. I was now told that after 2 weeks, the mechanic had only spent 2 hours looking at my car. Absolutely shocking and disappointing! The man on reception at the garage gave me his telephone number to keep updated directly With him and he was very apologetic. It was clear to see that the Opel garage is VERY understaffed and being managed poorly. The standard of customer service is the worst. Finally, afew more days later I got a quotation for the work that needed doing to repair my car. After confirming what I wanted repairing on my car, then came the next issues. It then took around 3 weeks for car parts to arrive. I understand that car parts can take some time to arrive but what angered me the most was the lack of updates. I paid a deposit of €1500 and was left not knowing anything about my car. I was always the one chasing for information. Very unprofessional in my opinion. All I wanted was some updates on my car. Since they had it for for afew weeks now. My final bill was €3285.20 and my car was in Opel marbella from 30/09 until the 14/11. I was without my car for over 6 week and paid a lot of money. I honestly expected better service. I have had Opel cars for 20 years. We used to use AUTOPREMIER MIJAS before they closed. Opel Mijas were fantastic before they closed. Now the customer service from Opel is the worst! I even tried Opel Malaga last year and they took my car, had it for 1 week and hadn’t even looked/touched it. All this disappointment and bad service from OPEL has now made me reconsider buying another Opel in the future. I will no longer recommend Opel. 👎🏻 Worst service I’ve ever had! Not happy!

What a terrible experience. My car is only three months old, but there have already been many issues. When I went to the service center, the women staff didn’t even check the car and told me she couldn’t see any problems at all. And every time I go there, she say there are no available appointments and I have to wait until the following week. I don’t understand how such a large authorized service center of the brand can have such poor customer service. The staff have an unhelpful attitude toward customers. I’m truly disappointed after putting my trust in buying a Peugeot.

Within one working week car was fixed again and running smooth. Of course not the cheapest option, but therefore Peugeot original equipment quality and service. We did not know what we wanted to buy and were a little sceptical at first about the new dash configuration, but David persisted to follow us and see how he could sway us To buying the new 3008 which we did and are very happy with the car. This dealership has been a breath of fresh air. We worked with Manuel Gavira a few months ago on the purchase of our peugeot. We had just moved to spain from the US and were nervous with the process as it was all new. Manuel explained everything to us. We got a great deal on our car, never felt pressured but instead felt reassured that they could be trusted. The car was excellent. 9 months later, we are returning to the US and again, Manuel Gavira came through and not only offered us the best buy back price, but he allowed us to keep the car an extra month till we flew home while keeps the same price. Moving to a new country is a stressful process but Manuel has helped make part of this process stress free with his trust worthiness, calm and friendly demeanor. Mr. Porcel, the manager of Rombosol Taller has been exceptionally helpful and service minded and his kind, personal approach is something we have always appreciated.

They very professional, good prices, speak English and always open. Good location as you can go shopping for for coffee or lunch while you wait for car. Simple but good waiting area too with hot and cold drinks in machine.

Avoid this place at all costs! I brought my car for an oil and filters change. After two hours they told me my car didn’t start because of the problem with the fuel pump. I gave them the car that was fully functioning and they returned to me a piece of metal on wheels. The car doesn’t start and nobody even cares for it. All the time that I’ve spent here they are telling me to wait for some person. And then this person tells me to wait for another person and this goes on and on. This is insane to bring in a car for a simple service and get back the one that doesn’t start. If you value your time and mental health better choose another service station. Norauto and quality service are two different things that don’t combine

I left my car at Norauto Marbella for a simple brake replacement. After more than three hours, I was informed that the car was “ready”. Nothing had been done. Their excuse? They claimed the brakes were “too rusty” and impossible to remove or repair. This is coming from a company that calls itself automotive experts. Now the humiliating part—for them. When I got home, I took a basic hammer. Within 30 minutes, the supposedly “impossible” brakes were off and loose. No special tools. No drama. No excuses. Let that sink in: What their “professional workshop” failed to do in over three hours, I solved myself in half an hour. This is not bad luck. This is sheer incompetence. Either their staff lacks even the most basic mechanical skills, or they assume customers are clueless and won’t question them. Both scenarios are unacceptable. ⚠️ Do NOT trust their diagnostics ⚠️ Do NOT waste your time ⚠️ Do NOT leave your car here If a workshop cannot remove brake components and then hides behind excuses, it should not be allowed to touch customer vehicles at all. Avoid Norauto Marbella. Completely.

Very poor and untrustworthy experience. The price for the tire change was agreed in advance at €200, but at payment I was forced to pay almost double. The shop justified this by referring to my signature on a tablet. However, this signature was taken when I handed over the car keys, and no price, contract terms, or agreement details were visible on the screen at that moment. As a customer, I was not given a fair opportunity to review or knowingly accept the final price. The situation was misleading and felt pressuring rather than transparent or honest. I do not recommend this business to anyone who values clear pricing and fair customer service. Be very careful and always demand everything in writing before signing anything.

Over charged for tyres only to find out they’re winter tyres and not sutible. It’s marbella! Why would I need snow tyres? Absolutely disgusting. Go anywhere but here, for your safety. Very poor service, was quoted 1hr for the works but was still waiting 2hrs later. Criminal 🤬

Just wanted to say a big thank you to Kevin for ensuring we were able to purchase a perfect bike for my son’s surprise birthday present. All done within three days of my initial enquiry and all dealt with via WhatsApp from the UK. Absolutely excellent level of customer service. I also rented a bike from Bike Philosophy a few years ago and the same comments apply. Faultless. Exceptionally good.

My car first was taken in at 29.10.25 for bodyworks. Now the car has been ,,ready,, for FOUR times. The first time I was given my car back so that they did not change one headlight and some plastic parts in the front bumper, I find it unreal that this was even possible to happen even when everything was paid for and the work order clearly had it written. Today 11.03.26 when almost 6months have passed my car is still not actually ready. There is visible overspray marks in many places and they also managed to paint rubber door sealants…. The list goes on and on and on. They seem to be good people and want the best but seriously lack the professional touch and experience needed for this job. I don’t recommend at all!!!

I was absolutely delighted with the service from the team at BMW in Puerto Banus. Originally we were interested in the X1 however the salesman told us about a promotion on a limited number of X2 cars. We immediately chose this option. We ordered 2 cars for our business. From our first enquiry about the cars until the last moment when we took the delivery of the cars, the 2 gentlemen at the showroom were helpful, polite, knowledgeable and everything, including the finance approvals was arranged in about 2 weeks. Worst garage Ive ever dealt with, left my mini in for minor body work, told it would be in 1/2 weeks which in itself sounded a lot of time, in the end they had it 5 weeks. My insurance company also found them difficult to work with. Never again……👎

Honest Review – Be Careful Before leasing from BMW Marbella I had a very bad experience with BMW Marbella. They never clearly explained the full details of the rental terms in the beginning. I paid every single installment on time, but when I returned the car, they started charging me huge amounts even for the smallest marks or tiny dots on the vehicle. The bill they sent was unreasonable and shocking. It feels like a total scam to make customers pay extra after returning the car. Please be careful and make sure everything is written clearly before signing or returning the vehicle. I truly regret trusting them.

Terrible experience at BMW Marbella. Had an appointment at 09:00, but wasn’t seen until 10:00. The air suspension had failed — they kept the car for a full day. When I came back the next day to collect it, I had to wait another hour. Then I found out they forgot to perform an obvious service task — replacing the front brake pads. They released the car like that. I had to go back, lose another three hours of my time and spend money on taxis from Estepona. After that, I finally got the car back — only to see a warning light again two days later: “Go to workshop.” I called them — they said “Sorry, we’re fully booked for a week.” This entire disaster cost me nearly 2,000 euros. This is not what a BMW service should be. Completely unprofessional, disorganized, and careless. If you value your time and money, stay away.

I’ve had consistently great experiences with the Mercedes workshop in Marbella. The service is professional, efficient, and everything is handled with real care. A special thanks to Cristobal, the head of service, who is always incredibly helpful and makes sure everything runs smoothly and flawlessly. It’s rare to find this level of attention and reliability.

The worst experience ever. Left the car to change the front bumper. Somehow, after 5 months they did it, but failed even to collect professionally. I do not advise this place. P.S. after picking up the car from them, noticed, that the headlights were in the wrong position. After going to the workshop to adjust the lamps, it turns out that the brackets were broken from one side. Personal advice, bypass their workshop

After having had my steering renovated in October 2025 my 500 SL needed some alignment. Cristobal took the car in, had it corrected while waiting. Senior mechanic tested it. Everything was corrected in a perfect way and at no extra cost for us. Very good and professional service. Thank you very much.

They have car wash , perrier and cash machine… FINDING ONE OF THESE ITEMS IS IMPOSSIBLE. ALL 3 IN ONE WAS SURREAL. FELT LIKE I WAS IN STATES. Southern Spainp typically cares not of desired convenience especially if it requires work or change. This petrol shop is an exception !

the gas station is okay, i only gave 3 stars because prices are around 10-15 cents higher/liter in marbella compared to basically anywhere else around (like 10-20kms away)
