We bought a car from this dealership in Marbella and we were very pleased with the unique service received from Mr Salvador Martin the Sales Advisor. He explained to us the process and helped us to choose the car. Excellent customer services, effective and efficient. Fully recommended.

Tried to get a spare key. €150 euros it was supposed to cost. Open 9-5 I was told on my first visit. Today I was there, but doors were looked, no information on open hours or any other notes. Nothing. Not alone outside of there either. Called the number but as soon as I explained that I was outside the lady answering just terminated the call. So expect expensive service at their leisure. No more Opels for me.

I did not have a great experience with Opel Marbella Which has now changed to a new company. (One car?) At the beginning of September, I rang Opel Marbella for an appointment for my car. It had some issues which my local mechanic wasn't able to fix so it needed Opel mechanic to do. They didn't have any appointments available until the 30th September so I took this. My car was delivered by Grua on 30th September to Opel Marbella as appointed. After 4 days, I had no herd any news about my car so I called OPEL to ask for some feedback. The staff who picked up the phone said that the garage wasn't picking up their phone and they would get someone to call me. Afew days later I still had no returning phone call so I rang again. I got the same answer every time I rang. "Someone will call you back". This went on for 2 weeks. In the end, i went in person to the Opel garage to find out what was going on with my car since they had it for 2 weeks and nobody was giving me any information. I was now told that after 2 weeks, the mechanic had only spent 2 hours looking at my car. Absolutely shocking and disappointing! The man on reception at the garage gave me his telephone number to keep updated directly With him and he was very apologetic. It was clear to see that the Opel garage is VERY understaffed and being managed poorly. The standard of customer service is the worst. Finally, afew more days later I got a quotation for the work that needed doing to repair my car. After confirming what I wanted repairing on my car, then came the next issues. It then took around 3 weeks for car parts to arrive. I understand that car parts can take some time to arrive but what angered me the most was the lack of updates. I paid a deposit of €1500 and was left not knowing anything about my car. I was always the one chasing for information. Very unprofessional in my opinion. All I wanted was some updates on my car. Since they had it for for afew weeks now. My final bill was €3285.20 and my car was in Opel marbella from 30/09 until the 14/11. I was without my car for over 6 week and paid a lot of money. I honestly expected better service. I have had Opel cars for 20 years. We used to use AUTOPREMIER MIJAS before they closed. Opel Mijas were fantastic before they closed. Now the customer service from Opel is the worst! I even tried Opel Malaga last year and they took my car, had it for 1 week and hadn't even looked/touched it. All this disappointment and bad service from OPEL has now made me reconsider buying another Opel in the future. I will no longer recommend Opel. 👎🏻 Worst service I've ever had! Not happy!
