1 year ago I ordered internal doors at a cost of €5,500 today they are still not complete. The architraves are now on the fourth attempt of manufacturing them to an acceptable standard as the last three have been a disaster there are zero quality checks and even less customer service my home has been a mess since your fitter ripped put the old doors to discover all of the new doors we’re damaged. Every single doors scratched marked. We have doors now but still the quality is terrible, you’ve offered nothing in the way of compensation. Truly a disaster every ticket I open you close because you’ve arranged another future date. This is not acceptable. I want financial compensation for the mess you’ve caused. Here we go again another update to this mess. The architraves have been delivered today and they are the wrong size again they are all damaged and the colour does not match the door. One whole year and the order is not complete a house could have been built in this time. The order number is 883014

Whole of the paint section meaning paints , tools are under refurbishment, so instead temporarily relocating to another sectionike construction or finding space , they decided to do lazy way , very typical of Spanish . Manager needs to be sacked and someone with brain put in charge

Got a new kitchen designed by Ana and fitted by the team as well. It looks fantastic and the service from Ana in design, Jose planning the install and the whole install team of kitchen and marble fitters were first class. A brilliant result, really pleased.

I am writing to express my frustration with the service I have received from Leroy Merlin. About a month ago, I purchased a mirrored bathroom cabinet, which was delivered damaged due to improper handling by the delivery team. Since then, I have been waiting for a replacement. I was initially told it would arrive a week ago, and I stayed home all day for the scheduled delivery. By the afternoon, as I was still at home waiting, I contacted you to ask where the delivery was. Only then was I informed by email that it would not be delivered on the day confirmed delivery by Leroy Merlin. After reaching out again a few days later, I still received no proactive update. Now, I have been informed that the delivery has been postponed once more, this time to April 8th (an uncertain date nonetheless), with no clear installation date provided. WE ARE STILL WAITING! Today is 12 April 2026. It is unacceptable that a paid product, delivered damaged through no fault of the customer, has still not been replaced after nearly two months. Even more concerning is the lack of communication, updates are only provided when I actively chase them. This experience reflects a serious lack of customer care and accountability.

Very Good garage! I had an accident with my Sprinter 4×4 and had an excellent service and treatment form my first visit, cost estimation for my German insurance and the actual repair. All was perfectly done, cost efficient and effective. Waiting times were short. I was already in the Volkswagen branch of Guerrero Car and was super happy there, too. Well, two ⭐️⭐️, one for the guys in the office for being super kind and always helpful and the second for the person ordered original spare-parts but thats all. I waited the car 1,5 months and what I got back was not nice. Ok, the car looked fixed, it wasn’t damaged anymore 😂 but seriously think twice if you need to paint your car, find another talleres for painting jobs. How is this possible that an Official Mercedes representative workshop can offer its clients this low crap service, I bet even I myself can paint it better. They damaged a part what didn’t need any work , now we need to fix that too. The all painted surface has the paint running and dripping and pieces dried on the paint We chose ac99 because it is official MB workshop, we knew the waiting-line can be longer but hoped to get the quality. Now we have to paint it all over again and of corsé we choose another place, what a shame. People are asking to go back and ask them to fix but how can a person/s do it differently next time, if you don’t have the knowledge how to paint then you are unqualified and next time it can end up who knows how

I’m sorry to say that the service I received was completely unnacceptable and was nowhere near the levels of service that are provided by Mercedes in the UK. I have subsequesntly found a reliable and trustworthy Mercedes specialist service in Elviria and would not consider going back to Gaetano for any reason at any time.

Due to a technical issue with my motorhome – a snapped V-belt and a jammed pulley responsible for engine cooling – the vehicle had to be transported to the service center. Mercedes assistance reacted immediately and arranged the towing service incredibly fast, efficiently, and without any complications. From the moment the motorhome was handed over, I was welcomed by very friendly, helpful, and professional staff. Just got my BMW M3 G80 CS back after a full covering job and I’m honestly speechless. The quality of the film itself is insane, super clean finish, deep gloss, and it sits on the bodywork like it was painted that way from factory. No grey peel, no haze, no visible seams anywhere. You really have to put your face on the car to even tell there’s film on it.What got me is how precise the work is. Every edge wrapped perfectly, every curve followed exactly, even on the trickier areas like the front splitter, the carbon mirrors and the rear diffuser. Not a single bubble, not a lifted edge, nothing to redo. The kind of job where you know the guy actually cares about what’s leaving his shop.And the speed honestly threw me off. I was expecting to leave the car for a long stretch knowing how complex the CS bodywork is, but they delivered way faster than I thought, and the quality didn’t drop for a second. Fast hands, sharp eye, real craftsmanship.The car looks better than the day I picked it up from BMW. Just got my Huracán EVO back and honestly I keep walking around it. The finish on the film is mental, super deep, clean, glossy. You really can’t tell there’s anything on the car unless someone points it out. It just looks like the paint was always meant to be this way. The Huracán is not a car you wrap easily. Sharp angles all over the place, the front splitter, the side skirts, the vents at the back, the carbon bits. They nailed every single piece. Every edge is tucked properly, every line follows the body perfectly, no bubbles, no lifted corners, nothing weird. Just a clean job from front to back. What really got me is how fast they pulled it off. On a car like this I was ready to leave it for a long while, but they turned it around way quicker than I thought, and the quality didn’t drop for a second. Usually shops are either fast or clean, these guys are both, which is rare. Car looks better than ever, paint is properly protected, and I can actually drive it without stressing about every stone or scratch. If you’ve got a supercar and you care about how it’s looked after, just go straight to them. Properly impressed.

With Sportwagen Marbella, our experience has been transparent, professional, and reassuring — exactly what you expect when dealing with a premium brand. Unfortunately, our experience with Porsche Puerto Banús Marbella was the complete opposite. We took our Taycan in because of what seemed to be a simple dashboard warning. Instead of a clear and professional explanation, we were presented with what appeared to be a very serious diagnosis and an estimated repair cost of almost €15,000. On top of that, we were charged around €500 just for diagnostics. What is unacceptable is that despite charging for diagnostics, they did not provide any proper written diagnostic report, not even the fault codes. That alone is a major red flag. Even more surprising, after paying the €500 and collecting the vehicle, the dashboard warning disappeared and has never come back, even after 3 months of driving. That naturally raises serious concerns about the accuracy of the diagnosis and whether the issue was ever as serious as we were told. In our case, it felt like a minor warning was being turned into a massive repair bill. Based on this experience, I would strongly advise anyone dealing with Porsche Puerto Banús Marbella to be extremely careful before approving any major work. Ask for the full written diagnostic report, including all fault codes, and always get a second opinion — ideally from Porsche Málaga, or Sportwagen Marbella — before paying anything significant.

Worst service ever, worst attitude. Paid 2500, before paying asked question is car okey, no other issues? Yes, car is okay. When they gave me car there was check engine and full dashboard of mistakes. Instantly said to same man that car is not okay, he said 10 minutes and just ignored me 40 minutes till i was necessary to leave. I just left car with the key near their entrance and they tried go threat me with police, that i should take car and leave. 🙂 i said call police, no problem. I will return when i can. So when i returned car was moved by them but they didn’t fix nothing and said me that i have to make another appointment and its okay to return car after their service full of mistakes. Service was issue with the key and they decided themselves change car battery, without my approval before. Germany and lawyers gonna be involved in this scam and unprofessional organization. Think twice to go there.

**Be very careful** with Porsche Puerto Banús Marbella. My experience was extremely poor. David, a salesperson at this premium car dealership, does a commendable job once you make a purchase. However, their customer service, led by Carmen and the repair team, is utterly non-existent. For a dealership of this caliber, this level of service is unacceptable. If I could give their customer service a 0, I would. When I brought my car in for an inspection, they completely overlooked the need for brake replacement, despite multiple indicators on my car. Do not recommend using them.

Terrible services. The car stayed 2 months and 1 week at Porsche garage without any repair as the garage had “discussions” with the insurance company which visited the garage 3 months ago.Today the garage called me that my car is finally repaired. So, today (09.05.25) after 2 months and 1 week I collected the car and found out that the A/C does not work from the damaged side and there is some problem with the starter. The repair must be completed after more then 2 months staying in the garage. This is just terrible

I’ve been driving Porsches for 40 years and this dealership is terrible. I’ll never go back. It’s a shame that they’re the only ones in Marbella because everyone is fed up with their disastrous and poor service.

Worst Porsche center ever! Everytime you need service or repair it will take you hours to just book an appointment, hours when you leave the car and hours to pick the car up. Never answers in the phone either. I’m coming from the car business for 22 years and I can not understand how this dealership is not bankrupt with all this poor service and “manana manana” They text me “the car is ready to pick up” and when i came there to pick the car – sorry car is not ready…jisses. If you are interested in to buy a new car – nobody is even says hello and Welcome. Hope somebody buy this dealership and make any thing good out of situation.

I was happy to meet José and am grateful to him for the high level of service, speed, and efficiency in handling everything. I found the car and, without an appointment, was able to see it the same day. An hour later, I made the decision to purchase and asked the team to prepare all the necessary documents and the car for sale. That same day, we signed the papers, completed the payment, and arranged for the car to be delivered to my hotel the next morning. The team not only managed to complete all the paperwork but also prepared the car by changing the oil, replacing the filter, deep cleaning it, and getting it ready for the road. I am very happy with the car. That same day, I took it out on the highway and drove over 500 kilometers. A big thank you to the team for their service and help with the car purchase. I highly recommend stopping by their showroom.

Don’t trust this company!! We rented a mercedes in marbella and made a little scratch and had some other little damage to the tires. When delivering the car the person that worked their told us that this damage will reduce the deposit with 150+150+200. We paid 2k deposit and rented the car another extra day. So total the person told us we would receive 1200,00 in return. The would withdraw the amount the same day and I would receive a confirmation. Unfortunately its now 8 days further and still not received any deposit in return. I sent multiple messages to the whatsapp and every time the same answer ‘I will check with my boss’. This was not the agreement, they would sent us the 1200 in directly. We had trust in the company to sent us the deposit, which obviously we should not have done. Also I call 2 times but they dont answer the phone. So untill today we have not received our 1200! Dont trust this company!

My partner bought a car here, but it’s still on a temporary plate. We later learned from Hacienda Málaga that VAT was never paid. We contacted Ryan Mille, explaining we couldn’t drive the car and offered two fair options: 1. Full refund back to us, or 2. A new car with Spanish plates of equal value. Instead, Ryan kept lying, avoided responsibility, was rude, and even blocked me on WhatsApp. Jose Manuel Cayela ignored calls, messages, and showed zero respect — only cares about money. This company is dishonest, money-driven, and completely unprofessional. Honestly, even one star is too much.

Not only have they failed to pay what they owe under a signed agreement, but it’s becoming clear they may be using other people’s money to keep their operation running. It feels like they flip cars and fund inventory off the backs of unpaid deals — leaving sellers hanging while they front as a luxury business. Total lack of transparency, zero accountability, and no respect for time or trust. If you’re considering doing business with them, think twice. What looks like a high-end brand might just be smoke and mirrors.

Tried dealing with this place but honestly, the communication is terrible. Calls and messages go unanswered for days, and when you do get a reply, it’s vague and delayed. Not the kind of service you’d expect from a so-called premium dealership. Feels disorganized and far from serious — wouldn’t recommend trusting them with anything important.
