For a recall I booked my X3 in for a new starter motor. A C 99 told me on arrival that BMW had a software update in addition to the recall. I specifically said do not update the iDrive software but they said the software update was needed for the starter motor, how a starter moter effects the iDrive I do not know. Subsequently my iDrive is broken. All data is lost. Navigation just says ‘Loading’ and never loads. Voice Assistant is ‘available shortly’, but after 2 days its not available. A C 99 are now waiting for BMW to advise them what to do. Really!! I now have a 40 grand paper weight as I could never sell it with a broken iDrive. What have A C 99 offered to resolve this – NOTHING. A C 99 say they can fix it but have not and wont even book an appointment. Unbelievable!!!.

I would say the only place in marbella that can handle any type of cars, any type of problems and even to sell your car. I have had my car and my buggy fixed (that I flipped with), plus sold through them my X5 M. Even rented a car through them! Now going to do a widebody and ppf on my new car too! My ipad screen was broken. In appstore La Cañada they told me that they couldnt change it. I came to this shop and they repaired it in a few hours, now working perfectly fine.

Worst service, the camera lenses inside of the phone are dirty and there is dirt inside of the camera lenses that are just flying around also the back panel is coming loose, only the front screen was supposed to be replaced

Furthermore I found the outlet had special arrangements for a rental car should a repair take longer, whereas my insurance policy only covered for road accidents.

I have been dealing with this garage now for over 5 months, honestly I have never seen anyone rob me like they did, I have lost over 10k now with my car and still not fix and they want more money, they keep giving me excuse after excuse on why it has not been fixed and they lie, the owner diagonal is a scum of this earth really who have no heart and no customer care, I got recommended by my insurance company linea directa who can’t help me get my car back and still I am asked now to pay 4K to get my car fixed, been to the law to complain and no one seem to help, can any lawyer help me on the step I. Red to go through I have no problem paying for the right reason. But really stay away from this place you will pay a heavy price.

I’m giving one star because I can’t give any. TERRIBLE SERVICE, whatever you want to call it. After being without a car for five months and they hadn’t even started fixing it, they tell me mine is ready, but when I show up to pick it up, it’s a lie. To top it off, they tell me that if I stay one more day with the replacement car they gave me after three months (a car I need for work and that they told me while it was in the shop I could keep until they delivered mine), they would charge me a rental fee.
