I am sorry to leave this review, especially because I have been a customer of this restaurant for years and have always enjoyed the food. However, I do not think it is acceptable to be treated the way I was during my last visit. Despite the restaurant being very quiet and having very few customers, I waited quite some time without being attended to. When I politely asked if someone could take my order, I was met with a rude and aggressive attitude. As a result, I decided to leave without eating. I normally do not write negative reviews, but I believe the owner should be aware of this experience, as it does not reflect the level of service I have come to expect from this restaurant over the years.

We visited Los Mellizos Marbella quite spontaneously around 2 PM and it was a great experience. The place was busy with locals, which created an authentic Spanish atmosphere that we really enjoyed. It’s great that the restaurant specializes in seafood only, which makes everything feel very fresh and delicious. We were very happy with our meal and the overall quality of the food. Overall, we really enjoyed this place and would happily come back again.

Amazing food, stunning decor, and a wonderful atmosphere! We always come back to this place. The Paella con Mariscos is outstanding, and the calamari are fresh and delicious. The desserts are excellent as well. The service is super – very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

We’ve known this restaurant for many years and have always had a good experience, which makes this last visit even more disappointing. Unfortunately, the service was not up to standard. The staff seemed inattentive and not particularly interested in the guests. As we were dining with a small child, I had to ask for a baby seat—and even then, it was just left next to the table for me to set up myself. Not exactly what you expect. The table wasn’t properly set (no cutlery), and when it finally arrived, the knife and fork were simply placed together next to the plate without any care. The bread was dry and honestly not enjoyable. When I asked for water, the bottle was brought, but I was then asked how many glasses I wanted—as if that should have been obvious or already taken care of. At one point, my credit card was taken directly out of my hands, which felt quite inappropriate. The food has always been good here, but this time it was noticeably below the level we were used to. Overall, a real shame. After many positive years, this experience left us quite disappointed—and we don’t think we’ll be coming back.

A little gem in my old town! This tapas restaurant never disappoints. The service of Danielle & Marco was absolutely fantastic—warm, attentive, and welcoming from the moment you walk in. Highly recommend this place for dinner in Marbella. The food and service was great! We were served by Marcos, who was very helpful and gave us fantastic recommendations. We had the entrecote, lamb shoulder, suckling pig, anchovies, aubergine fries, and octopus salad… everything was delicious and reasonably priced! Will definitely come here again.

We have been coming here for the past 7 years, and the food quality has remained consistently excellent- never once disappointed. Marcos and Daniel always serve us exceptionally well and make the experience even better. The Sunday paellas are absolutely delightful and a must-try.

A big variety of options. It has seefood plates and meet plates. All were good and tasty. The service was quick. We didn’t wait to be seated.

Food was lovely and fresh with lots of variety on the menu! As we ordered a bunch of similar looking tapas, they were all served on one large plate so we were confused as to what was what. When we asked the waitress, she seemed confused (maybe it’s a language barrier?) as to what was actually what. On top of that, there seemed to have been a mixup of opening times as my party arrived for lunch based on what was written on Google. However, when we arrived, the man by the door told us to come back in half an hour as they were not ready…

Service was super quick. No reservation was required, but I think that might be because it was off season? We literally didn’t have to wait at all for service. The atompasher was amazing and beautiful. It has outside seating and in the winter time it’s a little chilly but you have an amazing view of all the Christmas decor they have EVERYWHERE. Again, service was awesome and they all were quick and super friendly. One of they guys stopped and chatted with our table for a few minutes. The foooood!! So delicious. The tomato cherries were SO good. And the anchovies were so fresh and yummy!! Recommend getting a few things and just sharing between the table so you can try it all! Nothing was leftover.

A great place for a tapa with a large choice of tasty and well prepared food – all by the ladies in the open kitchen. The place is very popular and super busy but service is only let down by the failure of all the meals to arrive at the sane time. Great Spanish atmosphere and food

The location was lovely, we sat outside and really enjoyed the cool, relaxed atmosphere. Service was also a strong point; the staff were friendly, accommodating, and the food arrived quickly. Unfortunately, the food itself was quite underwhelming. It lacked flavor and presentation, which was disappointing given the setting and service. The Cherry Peppers were very inconsistent, some were cold, some warm and some were hot. The potatoes with spicy sauce had so much sauce that it wasn’t pleasant to eat.

It is quality food. A friend of mine insisted to go here, and she was not wrong. We all loved the food. The fish was perfection!

Pintxos (tapas) are very good. I liked the concept they bring the plates to your table and you choose which one you want. Sometimes need to be a little patient waiting for the one you want. Was difficult to understand at the beginning the price as they didn’t offer to see the menu and started bringing the pintxos as soon as we arrived without any explanation. Small pintxos – 2,20 euros, big – 3 euros.

Lekune is always worth a visit, been coming here for years in a row and it never disappoints. We waited for about 20 min after arriving at 9PM, which is really ok. The pork ribs and the different salads were amazing but everything else as well. The cake was a bit too much heavy cream for my taste.

The food is good and coming fast. There are no prices, but waiter told us that there is a price for large and small stick. But we paid for large, small and extra small sticks. We were waiting 20 min for the bill. Waiter brought a bill for 2x things that we ordered. If we would not say anything, probably we would pay 150 euro instead of 80…

Really beautiful place, service was top tier, booking is advisable but we manged to get a table after a little wait, the setting is beautiful and the food was amazing truly to die for. Price was very reasonable, I would highly recommend this restaurant. A must if you’re seeking seafood cooked to perfection.

A good place to stop and eat with amazing Mediterranean Sea views. The food is delicious! Spicy prawns pasta and grilled fish is what we chose and not disappointed. Service is fine, not great but good enough. Place would need some nice music to lift up the vibe a bit. Overall a good choice!

Our waiter John was absolutely brilliant for our dinner tonight. We booked for a hen do and he was the perfect balance of professional and entertaining with making us feel invited with jokes and even taking brilliant photos of our group on request which were great quality! The food here is amazing, the service on para, very good prices for Marbella. Jorge was very good and friendly. The only issue is when you sit outside by the front tables, and sewer stink will come and go.

Today we tried tapas at Taberna CasaBlanca and it was great, the food was amazing and we really enjoyed it. We tried pil pil, pitta pitta, the Iberian burger, and much more. It was amazing.

I was pleasantly surprised by how great this place was. Their sangria and croquettes were both excellent, and the rest of the menu was quite enjoyable as well! I don’t know many amazing places around here besides Picasso Pizza, but this is definitely a very good option nearby. I’ve stopped giving 5-star ratings because I feel that it makes every place look the same, so I rated it a 4 instead. The food is very good, but it isn’t among the best I’ve ever had. There are probably 10 places in the whole world that I would rate as a 5/5.

We came here because of the huge queue, thinking it must be amazing. It turns out the place is mainly famous for its ham and pork dishes. We ordered the burger, goat cheese salad, and grilled fish. The goat cheese salad was delicious, but the grilled fish was bland and lacked seasoning, while the burger was far too salty for my taste. If you don’t eat pork, I’d personally recommend giving this place a miss, as that’s clearly their specialty and the rest of the menu didn’t live up to the hype for us.

The food arrived at our table almost immediately, and I was genuinely surprised by how efficiently everyone worked (especially by Spanish standards 😉). They offer a great selection of small tapas, which is perfect if you want to try a variety of different dishes. Everything we ordered was fresh and full of flavor. Just found our favourite Tapas lunch spot in Puerto Banus. Bustling restaurant with excellent friendly staff. Ordered variety of fish, meatballs and chicken, lots of the dishes coming with chips. One of the best restaurants I’ve ever been to with my girlfriends! The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, and the food was absolutely amazing. We had the best paella in Marbella full of flavor and cooked perfectly. Everything we ordered was delicious, from the drinks to the desserts and even the shots.

I just had lunch at Dolce Vita and honestly, it was such a good experience. We started with a salad with lettuce, berries, and cheese that was surprisingly good—really fresh and nicely balanced. Then we had the parmigiana, which was excellent, proper comfort food and full of flavor. Also worth mentioning: the walnut and raisin bread, which was something different and really, really good. For the mains, we went for three different paellas. The chicken one was solid and tasty, the black rice had a deeper, more intense flavor, and the one with octopus and artichokes was probably my favorite—just a bit more special and very well done. All of them had a great socarrat, which always makes a difference. Overall, everything we tried was on point. You can tell there’s care in the cooking. Definitely a place I’d come back to.

Tons of Spanish and locals eating here. Chaotic and busy, you gotta love that – we didn’t mind. The waiter told us Paella would take 1 hour, considering how busy it was we thought it was acceptable. We killed time by swimming and he even came to get us when it was ready, very attentive!

Amazing service and food here. We came here for my best friends hen do and they gave us a lovely bottle of alcohol to have shots on the house which was so sweet. Bread and chips were 10/10! Would definitely recommend!! Gracias!

Very good food and service! We stayed nearby and we saw that it is highly rated on Google so came here to eat. The food was as good as advertised. All of the fried seafood was done exceptionally well. The batter was light and the seafood fresh. Would definitely recommend getting the fried seafood platter. The paella is really good as well and the portion size was humongous. It fed the 4 of us well. Definitely do order as it’s value for money. The 12 piece croquettes is good as well. I loved the variety and freshness. Overall a perfect experience.

The restaurant is good and the food is delicious, but check your receipts. We didn’t ask for bread and butter, but they brought it to us and charged us for it. THE BIGGEST DISAPPOINTMENT WAS THE YOUNG WAITER. HE WAS RUDE. HE KNOCKED MY CHAIR OVER THREE TIMES. I ALMOST FELL, BUT HE DIDN’T APOLOGISE ONCE. Not all the staff speak English so they have a menu with the translation of most of their regular dishes. It’s easier to find a table during lunch, but dinner service is recommended because their specialty dish (Spanish omelette) is only available in the evening. We were surprised by the generous portions of salad (and we had a half portion). The oxtail stew was fantastic, homemade taste but with a quality restaurant level. We also had the meatballs which were great, but they were overshadowed by the richness of the oxtail stew. I really love the authentic Spanish family restaurant vibe. It’s a rare gem in an overpopulated industry in the heart of Marbella where people usually focus on aesthetics rather than the soul food. I look forward to visiting again to try their tortilla de huevos y patatas during dinner service.

One night while strolling back to our accommodations we walked by a restaurant filled with locals enjoying dinner. We returned the next day for lunch, unfortunately there were no tables available, however reservations were offered to us. We returned 2 days later for our reservation. The wait was worth it. Our meal was amazing! The dishes were presented beautifully and the flavors were delicious. We enjoyed every dish. The malaguena salad was delicious. The cod, potato & orange combination was so unique. Service was friendly & helpful. This is truly a hidden local’s gem. Make a reservation so you won’t be disappointed.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience at Taberna Gaspar. This place truly lives up to its reputation for authentic homemade Spanish food. We started with the pisto, which was outstanding — full of flavor, perfectly cooked, and clearly made with fresh ingredients. The tortilla de patatas was one of the best we’ve ever had: artisanal, perfectly balanced, incredibly juicy and melt-in-the-mouth. You can tell they take real pride in this classic dish. The sole was also tremendous — beautifully cooked, delicate and fresh. We also tried the meatballs, which were rich, comforting and full of homemade character. Every dish felt traditional and carefully prepared. To accompany the meal we had a Louro white wine, which was excellent — crisp, elegant and a perfect match for the food. The whole experience captures what Taberna Gaspar is about: honest, traditional Spanish cuisine with a cozy, local atmosphere. A must-visit in Marbella if you’re looking for authentic flavors and unforgettable homemade dishes. Highly recommended — we will definitely be back.

My family had the best lunch in last seven days, travelling on southwest coast of Spain. The food was fresh and tasty, we had meatballs, steak, avocado salad, paella and musaca…. We cannot decide which one was better. In the end big thanks to the service and local staff… everything was on above our expectations ❤️❤️

The cheese, dressing, and avocado were all perfectly balanced, and the presentation was beautiful. I would definitely give the salad a 5/5. However, the service was disappointing. Most of the staff did not speak English, and although I noticed one person who could speak it well, communication was still very difficult. We ordered two drinks and had to follow up several times, but after a long wait, they brought us two dishes instead. It was clear that they hadn’t understood our order at all. The cuscus vegetal was also very interesting .it had a unique combination of flavors and was quite enjoyable.

We had a delicious dinner here with our 19 year old son. We all loved the tasty dishes and Theo home-made sangria. The decoration inside is warm and cosy with a light music and positive energy and the staff we friendly and fast-responding. Unfortunately not possible to transfer the nice smell of the food via photos…😇😋 Strongly recommended!

The paella was perfectly prepared and absolutely delicious, and the tapas we chose were just as tasty. Overall, a great restaurant that I would definitely recommend. The terrace in particular is very cozy and worth sitting at.

Such a lovely place, delicious food, super friendly staff, and a warm atmosphere! The tapas were excellent as always, tasty and served with a smile. Sitting on the terrace by the water makes it all the more special. One small thing I noticed: the beef tenderloin tapas, which used to be my favorite, are no longer on the menu. Maybe just temporarily unavailable? I really missed them and hope they’ll make a comeback soon!
