We brought a very young duckling, approximately 2–4 days old, to this hospital after finding it in our neighborhood. The duckling had been with us for around 24 hours before we brought it in. During that time, it was active, warm, eating, drinking, and pooping normally. We kept it warm throughout the day and night and monitored it closely. It did not appear sick or weak to us. We left the duckling with the hospital on Monday, trusting that it would receive proper care. On Wednesday morning, we were told that the duckling had already died on Tuesday, supposedly because it “didn’t want to eat.” This explanation was very difficult for us to understand, because the duckling had been eating and drinking well with us before we handed it over. We understand that very young ducklings can be fragile and can sometimes decline quickly. However, based on our experience with the duckling, the explanation we received felt incomplete and unsatisfactory. We trusted this hospital with a vulnerable animal that seemed stable when we left it, and we are deeply upset by the outcome and probably negligence. Unfortunately, we would not trust this veterinary hospital with another duckling in the future.

Excellent veterinary care. The doctors are equipped with very thorough and helpful staff, and the follow-up care is also completely genuine and takes great measures to ensure the well-being of your pets. We have had 2 of our cats undergo operations, one for a sterilization operation, and the other kitten had eaten a string. We had the pleasure of working directly with Sergio, but the team took time to care for them and left us completely at ease. They are now healed and are happy! Changed from another vet to GreenVet and Im very happy! They treat my girls really well. One has been sterilized and one they removed a lump. Very attentive, answer on WhatsApp easilly. Recommend 100%

This vet office is wonderful. We have had several dogs taken care of by their professionals. They were able to find the problems that our Golden Retriever had within a couple of months. He has lots of different issues that make his life uncomfortable. They solved the problem and were able to give him a good life. I recommend them wholeheartedly. They also speak English. They are the only vet we will continue to use in the area.

We took our dear baby this morning to this clinic to remove the fish hook she swallowed at the beach. The vets were all very cooperative, quick and attentive. Within the first 5 mins of our arrival, we had the xray done and knew exactly what the procedure is going to be. We also appreciated excellent English. We know we will come back if needed! The best vet ever! Our cat had been scratching constantly and developed wounds all around his neck. We went to several other veterinarians with no improvement, but when we brought him to Greenvet everything changed. Right away, they gently fitted him with a collar (something other vets told us wasn’t possible—but it was). They started treatment immediately, and within a short time he began to heal. Just a couple of weeks later, he’s almost completely fine and has stopped scratching altogether. They identified the issue, explained everything clearly, and charged a very reasonable price. We couldn’t be happier!

Amazing vet clinic and great professionals. My cat has been their patient for a little over a year and I must say, we have been a bit unlucky in that time. Many more vet visits than I would have hoped for, including an emergency after hours one. All the vets, nurses and reception staff have been incredible but I want to particularly highlight Alfredo as genuinely loving vet. His manners and ways of working with my cat – who is terrified of going to the vet, are so gentle and respectful. It’s incredibly reassuring. On top of that, he diagnosed him accurately based on a collection of weird symptoms and experiences even though in the almost 4 years I’ve been my cat’s custodian no other vet had been able to figure out what was going on with his health. I recommend them to all cat parents

I am so grateful for this veterinary practice. My dog always has a very positive experience here and shows absolutely no fear of visiting the vet, which means a lot to me. The whole team is extremely well-organized, always reachable when needed, and incredibly friendly. You can truly feel that they are doing this not just for the money, but because they genuinely care about the animals. They all have a big heart for animals, and I really appreciate the warmth and professionalism they show every single time.

If you’re questioning if you should bring your pet here (either for an annual exam, or for a surgery), take this as a sign to do it. The team is absolutely amazing, you can see that they love what they do. All my long questions were answered in details and both of my pets were treated greatly! One of them had a surgery which went well and I felt like she was in the best hands. The doctors are also very kind and friendly. They helped us with documents traveling back to another country the last minute. Even though they were fully booked and then about to close, they squeezed us in. My point is that, besides them being absolutely awesome vets, they’re also always there to help. Highly recommend it to everyone!

We were so relieved to find this vet. We’d only been in Spain for four days (and do not speak Spanish) when our 9-year-old black Labrador needed emergency care. Dr. Barth saw us right away, appreciating our situation. Both he, the front desk receptionist and the head nurse all spoke English, making it easy to communicate our dog’s situation. They showed great care—even allowing us to sit with our dog while his sleep medication took effect. The follow-up care was also excellent. Dr. Barth was very responsive on What’s App. Thank you to the entire team!

The prices are perfectly reasonable for the excellent service, spacious and comfortable waiting room and cute shop with aircon, private parking, private pipican, they send me text reminders when vaccines are due, and are helpful and attentive if I need to call and ask something. Wait times for appointments are short. Marcus is very skilled and friendly. The best vet!

We have emailed many veterinay in Marbella but they are the only one who replied to us. We got pet passport for our dog and he got vacine. They were so friendly and professional. We phoned to ask some questions and they were so helpful. I recommend them 100%!!! See you next year

Rafael the vet is charming and gentle. Whilst my Spanish language is passable. It certainly helps to talk in English in a matter as important as one’s pet health . Highly highly recommended

What a saviour! Pablo went above and beyond to ensure my chihuahua was looked after pre-surgery, during and post-surgery. Fantastic place! Took my toy poodle once for a sudden skin problem and then to take the milk tooth out and teeth cleaning. Both Patricia and Sandy are true professionals, very kind and explain everything very well. They work as a team to provide the best service possible. The attention we received couldn’t be any better – always made time for us, called a few days before the surgery to remind of the procedure, amd took great carr of the dog. I trust them fully.

I’ve used this clinic for chipping my cat 1 year ago. And I was shocked when three different vets told me that there was no chip. So I paid for it. There is a chip number in the passport. But there is no chip.

This Sunday, I called beforehand worried about my dogs ear as she was experiencing a lot of pain and they said to bring her in, they were super helpful and looked after Ruby with great care. Really friendly, overall great experience and Ruby is now on the mend. Grateful for how efficient and kind they were!

My dog couldn’t pee for a day as she was holding it due to the car ride to Spain. I called the clinic at 10pm, they said we should come in. After a thorough examination my dog was treated with anti inflammatory medication. We felt taken good care of and treated with respect and kindness. I would recommend this clinic.

Woke up Sunday morning and my dog was throwing up blood. Had a warm welcome the minute we got there and they treated Frankie with the best care! Kept him overnight for observation. Thank you for looking after him so well.

Friendly and attentive staff, my dog is elderly and suffering from severe arthritis. The vets there gave my boy a thorough examination and some medication for pain and swelling. I was happy with the cost of emergency treatment as it was bank holiday Labour Day..

I brought my cat in late at night after she had a suspected fall and head injury and was confused and bleeding in the eye nose and mouth. They treated her very well and were very kind and gentle, and their calmness made me feel at ease too. They kept her 24hrs to treat her and monitor her condition to make sure she didn’t develop symptoms of a brain injury, and she has returned home and looks/feels so much better, and they advised a check up on her eye. They also speak English which was helpful. Thank you for helping my cat. ❤️ The price was fair too for emergency care, so yes I would recommend this clinic.

WORST VETERENARY CLINIC I VISITED IN MY WHOLE LIFE! I called them 2 hours before as i live far from Marbella, as i was worried for my pet i explained what was going on with her. ( She fell 3 meters from a balcony) The person in the phone told me to bring her there asap as there can be an emergengy. As she told us to we came. First we waited for 1 hour. As i enter the room with A veterinarian named (Kira), the first sentence she tells me is “Why did you even bring her here, she is not in a life or death situation?” What the hell??? She didnt even check nothing before saying this. Bloodtest/ listening to the heartbeat etc. After i tell her how can you know without checking, she starts listening to the heartbeat. While she is doing this she is repeatedly telling me to hold the cat and “chill out” “aaaah” etc. Then when i confront her and explain to her that this is not the right way to work as a veterinarian showing 0 empathy and trying to make the situation a little more comfortable. HER EXCUSE IS WE HAD 3 DOGS dying today. Never visit this place, if they treated my pet like this infront of me, only god knows what they are doing behind those closed doors! I do not speak for the other vets in there, but if i was the manager i would Fire the lady named Kira on the spot.
