They let the plumber, along with his family (wife and son), live in our house, arguing that “we gave them the keys for any necessary management.” They had to be forcibly removed from my house two days before we moved back in. They damaged several high-value pieces of furniture. Be careful. The company has a report with the Civil Guard and will have a complaint in court for illegal occupation of my property, as well as for the damage to the furniture and for the work not completed. I was recommended this store. It seems they have variety and quality. I am editing because I have returned to the store two other times and they served me quickly (which was something I didn’t like the first time). I am moving from 3 stars to 4 because I like to be fair. Additionally, they let me use a cart to take the paints to my car. Tania has asked to pen a few words about the experience I had when arranging the interior design of a new build apartment. Overall I am extremely satisfied with the service provided. Communication was excellent throughout the process. Timescales was adhered to perfectly For anyone thinking of engaging Tania I would certainly recommend her. My advise would be to not be afraid to say what you like and more importantly what you dislike once the initial plan is produced.
