Stayed in apartment 602 and it was great. Lovely newly refurbished kitchen with everything we needed. Lovely to have the duplex so felt spacious and the extra downstairs loo was an added bonus. Lovely and clean with a hoover to enable us to give the place a once over when we got back from the beach/the apartment needed it. The washing machine was a dream to have to rinse out towels etc. Sun all day from the afternoon on the balcony. The only thing I’d say was missing was a full length mirror but simply an observation. Getting beds round the pool was a bit manic as people were queuing to get their lounger mattresses from over an hour before it actually opened though I expected this having visited the SKOL annually growing up with family and it was the same then. 🤣🤣 Plenty of room on the beach though. You cannot beat The SKOL for location. A walk to the old town and harbour etc with a supermarket/great bars and restaurants just along the front out the gardens gate which is literally directly onto the beach. Fab long run towards Puerto Banus every morning was glorious. Daniela was very quick to respond to emails when booking. I’ll definitely go back to this apartment. ❤️

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Marbella. The location is amazing, right on the boulevard, with beautiful beaches, great restaurants, and lovely cafés all nearby. It is also the perfect place to enjoy Marbella’s lively nightlife. The apartment is cozy, very clean, and has everything you need. We had a wonderful holiday and really enjoyed our time in Marbella. We will definitely return!

We stayed in Skol 541B and had a wonderful time. The location was perfect, right in the heart of Marbella close to the beach and Old Town with so many lovely restaurants to choose from just a few steps away. The pool was great, sun beds 3 EUR each for all day. The apartment was clean and well equipped with beautiful views. The service we received was excellent – Daniela + Vincenzo answered all our questions and ensured we had a comfortable stay. 5 Stars from me!

Great apartment in ideal location – very close to the beach yet within easy walking distance of the old town! Apartment is a lot larger than many others in the area but does not have a seaview. The balcony, which easily seats 4-6 people, overlooks a crossroads and sits above some restaurants but we’ve never had any issues with noise! The two bedrooms are extremely spacious with lots of storage, and each has their own full bathroom, one of which has a bath and the other a walk in shower. The kitchen is modern and has all mod cons, from microwave to full oven and hob, American fridge freezer, washing machine and dryer and even a wine fridge! Much appreciated. The Nuevo Venencia restaurant downstairs is fabulous and caters for many locals – indicative of how good it is! A cocktail bar opposite which does extremely good cocktails, pizza place and bakery within 30 seconds of the front door provide additional food options but being so close to all the other amenities make this the perfect apartment for short or long stays!

Really lovely, modern and well equipped apartment. The gardens and pool area are very good and well managed for a very reasonable price per day. Booked for next year already 👏👏

Great 2 weeks spent at Skoll Apt 544C, the Ocean view was perfect , I had a friend staying with me for a week and other friends in another apt. We loved Marbella, so many things to go and visit by walking distance. Also visited other cities Malaga, Gilbraltar, Malaga, Porto Bannus so close to do day trips. Looking fwd to return next Year. We’ve stayed at Skol a few times over the past few years and we love it. Feels like coming back to an old friend. This time we stayed in 703a which is a lovely apartment with a separate lounge area and a balcony with fabulous sea view. We enjoyed spending lazy days around the pool and beach. There are so many restaurants and bars you’re spoilt for choice but our favourites are La Ola and Basillio on the beach. Would definitely recommend and we will be back again ☺️

Earlier this year, Elena Evstafieva (of Nordica Real Estate Marbella) helped us find our dream penthouse in one of the most sought-after gated communities in Marbella/Nueva Andalucia. For our family summer vacation 2025, we went back to Spain this year and entrusted Nordica Marbella to help us find the right place to stay. This is the 4th time we use them and as always they everything was arranged perfectly. We arrived in the middle of the night, but the key was available as per instructions. Coming to the apartment, everything was perfectly clean and prepared for us, including a small welcome basket. We could go straight to sleep without any worries. This time we did not have any issues that needed attention. But during our previous stays, whenever there has been an issue (like locking the key inside the apartment) Nordica has always responded immediately and helped to find a solution. Our favorite is Juan, but all the Nordica staff we have interacted with over the years are always friendly, supportive and responsive. We will for sure use Nordica Marbella for our next visit and can highly recommend them to anybody else.

Holiday perfection|We stayed in a 3 bed townhouse. This has been our most successful holiday over many years. We were so lucky as our house had direct access to one of the shared pools. It was so quiet (end of Aug) that most of the time we had the pool to ourselves. |The cleanliness and attention to detail was second to none.|The flowers and greenery around the pool and indeed the whole holiday village were so beautiful. |We didnt hire a car and instead walked into Puerto Banus (25 mins very safe walk. Most of walk is pleasant but you have to go under a busy underpass briefly). Of course if we wanted to venture further we would have hired a car. But we only wanted sun, pool, sea and restaurants so PB met needs outside of a accommodation. We also ate Brunch and/or lunch many times at both of 2 local restaurants which I would highly recommend 👌 |We were honestly so happy. We are a family of 5 with kids age 14, 12 and 6. |Ticked all our boxes and more.|We will surely be returning!

Huge space, 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms as well as a well appointed kitchen with washing facilities. Communual pool, terrace all easy access and easy to use. Parking right outside gates too made it super convenient!

Very good place and well located. The facilities are excellent and it’s near the beach, city, and supermarket. A great spot that provided us with a wonderful vacation. As a bonus, they allow pets, which made my dog very happy.

We stayed here from 20/07 – 25/07 check in was easy just punch ur booking number into a screen at reception and get your keys and a map that leads you to ur room. ||Apartment was spacious and well air conditioned, pool was very big and a good temperature. ||The complex felt very secure with gates needing a resident key to open. Within the complex there is a mercado which was very convenient, we bought food here everyday. ||The complex is only around 10 minutes from Puerto Banùs. With other amenities within walking distance as well. ||All in all a fantastic place to stay. Highly recommend.

I had an amazing experience at Apartamentos Serinamar, the staff were lovely and helpful, the apartment was spacious and clean, and there were beautiful gardens and surroundings! We walked to Puerto Banus which was only about a 20 minute walk away through a beautiful promenade. We decided to come here after seeing Marbella was voted Best Destination in Forbes and our apartment made it all come together giving us a home away from home! I highly recommend!

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service I received from Real Deal Estates. Unfortunately, my experience has fallen significantly below the standard of professionalism and reliability that your company publicly claims to provide. Throughout our interaction, communication was poor and inconsistent. On multiple occasions, I was unable to reach anyone despite repeated attempts via phone, email, and messaging. When responses were eventually received, they were often delayed, unclear, or lacked the necessary follow-up. In addition, the overall handling of my case appeared unprofessional. Commitments that were communicated were not met, important details were overlooked, and there was a noticeable lack of accountability. This created unnecessary frustration and a complete loss of confidence in your ability to manage matters in a competent and client-focused manner. Given that real estate transactions require trust, availability, and clear communication, this level of service is unacceptable. I believe it is important to formally document these issues so they can be addressed and prevented for future clients.

By far the worst, least helpful and unprofessional letting agents I have had the misfortune to come across. I’ll keep it brief as their failings are too numerous to list here. They failed to collect the final months rent from the tenant, despite contacting me to assure me the payment would be in “at the start of next week”. They failed to collect his final payments for electricity or water. They did an inspection on the property after he left and said it was in good condition. A second letting agent who viewed the property drew up a long list of damage that had been done, the repairs ran into thousands of €. Daniela, at Marbella Hills Homes, put forward the proposition that we could lower the price of the property, if selling it, or, and I quote here, “The alternative is you fly in and put everything right”. Thanks Daniela, very helpful when we are based in Ireland. They have since ignored all correspondence.

None of us had been to Marbella before and (admittedly) didn’t have a ton of time nor the energy to do extensive planning for the trip. The staff at Spain Realty Estate was outstanding. The house itself was more than we could ever had asked for. The transfer from the airport was ready when we arrived, friendly, and professional. The margaritas, salsa, and ceviche were the perfect welcome to Marbella, along with the stunning views from the house. Having the pool at hot tub right at the house were perfect, and the beach was less than a minute’s walk down the hill. Since we were in the corridor and away from the resorts, it was like having a private beach the entire weekend. The house was in excellent condition and had everything you could ever want in it. The value for the price paid was outstanding. Our entire group consensus was that this is the best vacation we’ve ever taken. We’ve already started making plans to return next year and insist on staying at the same property. I cannot recommend the location and property highly enough. Our stay was fantastic.

Amazing !!! The Villa was very nice inside and the kitchen was perfectly appointed for our stay. But it was the outdoor space that really captivated us with stunning views, a fabulous pool and jacuzzi, shady palapa, and comfortable seating and chairs for sunning. Steps from all this was a cobblestoned walk down to the beach that was perfect for long walks in the surf. We had an incredible stay and will do it again!

We chose Costa del Sol for the location and the views. We spent 9 days at this beautiful home and absolutely loved it! The home is very clean, very well equipped and the view is spectacular!! Loved breakfasts on the patio and night swims under the stars. Location is perfect! Day or night. The beach is a quick walk and is gorgeous!!! It was not safe in August but this made absolutely no difference to us at all and went down several times to soak up the beauty! We just can’t say enough about this home! WE LOVE IT and cannot wait to get back! The staff was exceptional from start to finish! Antonio took care of the reservation, the arrival, the rental car, answering all our questions, making recommendations etc. Antonio did it all and was very friendly. Shuttle driver from airport was great. Arrived at the villa to find our rental car waiting in the driveway. The door swings open and Manager, greets us with a warm welcome! He gave us the tour and was on his way. We had absolutely no issues but called him with a couple questions and he was always immediately available. Very friendly! He will help set up fun things to do too! The rental car rep finished up our rental right on site and was wonderful. We drove ourselves to the airport and returned it with ease on our day of departure. Thank you one and all! To sum it up, Costa del Sol is a must visit! Much thanks to Spain Realty Estate !!!

I am writing this to inform anyone who wants to rent long term property there… They falsely advertise what they are actually offering on their own website… Normally when you offer monthly prices and tell others that a villa is available for 5 months, you would think that they are offering it for long term… But they don’t. They will tell you that it’s only available for short holiday rentals and not for long term because with this they can get more money in. So I cannot speak for the properties itself, but just letting you know that you won’t be able to rent anything long term even when they do advertise it on their own website. Very misleading advertising for anyone looking for a monthly rental. Because we were about to pay upfront for 6 months fully and wanted to live there in absolute low season, I also asked if I could speak to the owner and negotiate with him, but of course they wouldn’t give out the number of the owner.

We stayed in a wonderful house by the beach in Las Dunas Bahia de Marbella and had a fabulous holiday. Homewatch kept in regular touch and were really helpful with suggestions for restaurants etc. Check in instructions were clear and the house was very clean and well equipped. I hope that we can return one day! We were very happy with the service we received and would recommend this company!

We stayed at the Jade Palace complex, great property outstanding facilities etc We had the best holiday ever the central, secure location. I loved everything about it but especially the gym, the kids came over for a weekend and loved the pool and spa. I found homewatch very efficient. Even when I had a small issue at the weekend they were straight on to it. I plan to use homewatch again in the very near future and woyld have no hesitation recommending these guys. Seamless and efficient

Great experience with Homewatch. They were very accommodating when requesting an early check-in and late checkout, nothing was ever too much trouble. The apartment itself was absolutely beautiful, immaculately clean, very spacious. So much storage throughout the apartment. The pool/Terrace area was lovely and clean. We will most definitely be returning.

Like others we had a lot of (and severe) problems (eg hygiene, electricity, heating, false advertising etc) in our house and stay and we cant recommend renting from them or trusting their listings. This agency is dishonest, unprofessional and does not take care of the object.

I did enjoyed my stay however, the appartment was not check properly. I agreed to pay more a property to have 3 bedrooms during 2 weeks to enjoy more space when parents joined us the first week. At the end 1 room was not useable due to awfull smell of moisture. My son sleep in the coach. The 2nd week he went to the 2nd room. Back to the coach due to heavy works being the wall from 8pm… no consideration, no refund, no rebate… just a Sorry. Hate that. ( deposit still not refund after a week)

I had an amazing stay! The property was spotless, well-equipped, and exactly as described. The location is perfect, quiet yet close to everything. The Homewatch Team was extremely professional, responsive, and made the whole experience seamless from start to finish. I will definitely come back for future stays and I’ve already recommended this place to my friends and family. A truly exceptional experience – highly recommended!
