Didn’t accept my Amazon return, as it was too big for the driver to take with him. Went to the other Celeritas store in Marbella which happily accepted my ‘large’ parcel.

Very cool store with a large variety of comics, action figures, and different cards for popular card games: Pokemon, MTG, Yu-Gi-Oh!

They tried to refuse to refund a product I bought 30 minutes earlier, in it’s packaging and with it’s receipt. I know my consumer rights, I’ve had some refunds in Spain over the years, “Is necessary ticket” and your money back (sometimes onto the card used for payment) is the rule. Two stars as I’ve bought things from various Flying Tiger shops including this one over the years so I can’t give it the end star this evening’s experience merits.

Always fun to walk in the store and there is no way that you are coming out with empty hands. Fun stuff although they don’t rotate much the variety so at times is more of the same.

This shop entices you to spend in small doses the products are for all ages. Prices to me are worth what you are getting for your money. Love it.

What a funky place… Cheap but reasonable quality… Really lived it and you will always find something you wanted but never knew that it exists there…

I just discovered this shop and it has been a great find. They have absolutely everything: figures, Funkos, t-shirts, mugs, notebooks, keychains, backpacks, socks, fans, Pokémon cards… merchandise from movies, series, manga, video games and more. There are things from Disney, Pokémon, Minecraft, Nightmare Before Christmas and a ton of other franchises. The lady who works there is super friendly, she’s a pleasure to talk to. The shop is in the square, on the corner, and even though it was new to me, I loved it: very well organized, with a huge variety and everything is super well-kept. Terrible terrible staff here! I bought a 79€ rocking horse. I asked to leave it in the shop for 1 hour after I paid for it to save carrying this big rocking horse around the shopping center. To a very rude response of No and impossible but couldn’t give me a reason why. I asked for the horse in the box and they didn’t have it as it was the last one and they had already built it for display. I then went to pay and tapped contactless not realising they added €10 euros on. When I questioned why it was now €89 they said because it was built. I asked for it in the box and not built but because it was the last one I only had the choice for display and they didn’t even tell me it was 10 extra they just added it on. I asked for this to be refunded because it wasn’t my choice to have the display item that was also damaged and they would give any money off the damaged item. But my goddaughter really wanted the pink one and that was the only option. They then proceeded to act like they didn’t speak English when I was trying to get the money back. Very very bad staff and attitude from them both in there!!!

Your hours are incorrect. It says you’re open until 10pm. We spent 20 minutes looking for the store at 6pm. Only to find out it’s closed. Explaining that a toy store is closed to two children is really difficult. Edit: thank you for correcting your hours after I left the review. It now indicates you are closed on Sunday. But that was only made after I left the review.

I recently visited this toy store to wrap a gift for a friend. They told me I needed to buy wrapping paper. After I paid, I found out they only wrap items purchased from their store. They only informed me of this after I bought the paper. As a result, I left the unnecessary paper at the counter and left. It was a very unpleasant situation due to the lack of information. I do not recommend this store.

If this is the level of service in stores, the death of the store will go much faster. If children and adults are not allowed to touch or try toys in a toy store, it is better to just shop online. There are also many ways to give a message to a customer without seeming grumpy or pedantic.

It is not even open at 2 o-clock,the listing is wrong

My son bought a plastic gun for 20euro in this store and after shooting once the gun did not load anymore. We brought it back and they said they would call us. They did and said that the technical services tried the gun and that it was not a problem which is covered with a guarantee. You kidding me? Even though it is plastic it should not break immediately! If only I would have bought it in the internet!!! For sure my claim would have bee responded to differently. Well, one client less. Don’t go to shop local!

I bought a life jacket at this store, explaining that I needed it for my 13-month-old daughter’s safety in the sea/pool. The shop assistant assured me that it was very safe. Upon first use, I found that the girl was sinking while wearing it. When I returned to the store, they refused to refund the money, claiming it was dirty and shifting the responsibility to the manufacturer, even though it was the shop assistant who recommended it without actually knowing the product. I have had to file an official complaint with the Junta de Andalucía. Very disappointed, not because of the initial mistake, but because of the lack of responsibility and because it concerns a matter of child safety.Compré un chaleco flotador en esta tienda explicando que lo necesitaba para la seguridad de mi hija de 13 meses en mar/piscina.
