Very nice and easy walking. Beautiful scenery, you can take a long walk. Many different sort of flowers.

The beach is the best one we have found near Marbella/Estepona. To the West of the stone jetty is clothing optional but there weren’t many nudists around when we visited (stay East of the jetty to avoid altogether). Parking is easy up to about 10:30am but beware the self appointed car park organisers who cause chaos and expect to be tipped for it (just point blank refuse if, like me, you think the local council police should be doing something to stop them)

Parking is close by. You can walk by the wooden footbridge. There is an old tower which you can spot at the beginning. Nice descent to the sandy beach. In the sunny days, water is crystal clear. In general, it is a great area for walking.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff was friendly, the food was delicious, and everything was clean and well organized. A special thank you to Francisco for his excellent service—he was kind, attentive, and made us feel very welcome. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!

This hotel is gorgeous! We stayed for a week and loved every minute. The rooms are really big and beautifully done, very modern and clean. Food was great at breakfast and would recommend the restaurant as well. Great location, there’s a supermarket just 2 minutes away and it’s about a 5 minute walk to the port and all the action. Me and my best friend had an amazing stay here in July 2026. Service is amazing especially the hostess Paola. The rooms are incredible and so so clean. The newly gym here was also a highlight of our stay!! Stunning hotel overall <33

This hotel was almost perfect. Yes the noise from the A7 is constant but it really made no difference to our enjoyment or sleep!|We originally booked as it was close to Marbella arena were we had tickets to see UB40 |Google maps was wrong when it said it would rake 40 minutes to walk, as it’s really close and only a 10 minute walk under a tunnel. |Breakfast was varied and plentiful.|The room was massive with two double beds snd a walk in shower there was a safe, fridge and kettle.|Only problem was that there was no late check out availably.|Well done to everyone at the Occidental hotel

We had a wonderful stay at the Occidental hotel and truly enjoyed the welcoming, child-friendly atmosphere. The facilities are excellent for families and it made our stay very comfortable and relaxing. All of the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and always greeted us with a smile, which made a big difference to our experience. Nice hotel, seems like it’s newly renovated, the rooms are kept nice and clean. The beds are pretty good, pretty soft for Spanish standards, but still a pretty firm. The breakfast is very nice, with lots to choose from, cava included. The location is perfect in Puerto banus, right in the middle. There were a lot of nice personell, especially francisco.

What an incredible hotel! Everything about our stay was outstanding. The hotel was beautifully designed, exceptionally clean, and had a welcoming atmosphere from the moment we walked through the doors. The staff were professional, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure guests felt comfortable. For a hotel that costs minimum 800 euro per night I expect more. It’s hard to relax by the pool since there’s loud party music from early morning. The breakfast doesn’t have fresh berries and you have to pay extra for the à la carte menu as well as ordering small amenities such as hand cream / face cream to the room. I just expect a little bit more from paying this much and hope it changes the last days we’re here

My family and I, recently stayed at Villa Lina in Marbella, managed by Vacation Marbella, and we had an absolutely wonderful time! From start to finish, everything was perfect. We had a fantastic experience renting a villa from Vacation Marbella, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them or use them again. We stayed at Villa Nadal in Elviria and had a wonderful time. The property was beautiful and spotlessly clean. We also used their shopping service which made everything so much easier on our arrival. The team were really responsive through the booking process and in advance of our trip, providing helpful information.

The house was exceptionally well organized and spotlessly clean, including the swimming pool. Everything was in perfect working order, and our stay was absolutely flawless. We have no complaints whatsoever. I highly recommend this property and would gladly give it 5 stars. I would definitely rent it again.

Villa Hanami is incredible. From the first moment it felt like we are at home. The house is super spacious and bright, nice decor. The best part is in the master bedroom the sunrise in the morning, the view was amazing. Neighbourhood is quiet, walking distance to the shops and beach. Communication with the company was super easy and smooth. Reply fast. Highly recommend!

⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5) Our experience with this villa and the agent, Carmen, was extremely disappointing and stressful. From the moment we arrived, it was the worst check-in experience we have ever had. As first-time visitors to Marbella, we expected at least basic hospitality and support, but there was none. Another group arrived before us and could not even access the villa because the payment link had never been sent to us in advance. This caused unnecessary delays and confusion. When we finally got access, the villa was not ready. The rooms were not prepared, and it was clear the property had not been properly prepared for our arrival. On the second day, another serious issue occurred. The security/access system stopped working, and the main gate would not open. My niece and her nanny returned to the villa while everyone else was asleep, but they were locked outside and unable to get in. We repeatedly tried to contact Carmen, but she did not answer our calls or messages. After almost 10 hours, we finally had to contact the intermediary who introduced us to Carmen, and only then was the villa owner contacted to resolve the issue and restore access. This level of support is completely unacceptable, especially in an emergency. The villa was also advertised as having a security system, but once you enter the property, the alarm has to be deactivated because it continuously goes off. In reality, we did not feel that there was any effective security. The most upsetting part of our stay was that we were robbed on the third day. Despite knowing what had happened, Carmen never came to check on us, never asked if we were safe, and never offered any assistance or support. We were left to deal with the situation entirely on our own. The villa is in an isolated area, and we did not feel safe throughout our stay. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend staying in this location. We expected much better communication, professionalism, and care from the agent, especially after multiple serious incidents. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst villa rental experiences we have ever had, and we would not recommend booking through Carmen.

This was, without question, one of the worst rental experiences we have ever had. Before our arrival, everything seemed fine. The villa looked beautiful in the photos, and the booking process was straightforward. Unfortunately, the experience changed completely the moment we arrived. The property manager, Karmin, was extremely rude, aggressive, and unprofessional. Instead of welcoming us, we were treated with hostility. We were refused access to the bedrooms and were not given the keys immediately. The remaining payment was demanded in a confrontational and intimidating manner, making us feel like we were being treated as suspects rather than paying guests. The security system at the villa also gave us a false sense of safety. During our stay, four masked men broke into the property while our children were inside with their nannies. The intruders stole valuables worth well over €300,000 and left our children and our entire family deeply traumatized. It was one of the most terrifying experiences we have ever been through. What was even more shocking was the complete lack of care and compassion shown afterward. When we contacted the owner and the management company for help, we were told that we were calling outside working hours and that what had happened was “not their responsibility.” Despite living only a couple of minutes away, no one came to check on us, offer assistance, or even ask if the children were safe. There was no empathy, no support, and no sense of responsibility during what was clearly a traumatic emergency. We understand that no property owner can always prevent a crime. However, how you respond when your guests experience a life-changing event says everything about your professionalism and your values. In our case, the response was cold, dismissive, and completely unacceptable. A luxury villa is not just about the building it’s about the service, the safety, and the way guests are treated when things go wrong. This property failed on all three. We would never stay here again, and we cannot recommend it to anyone looking for a safe, professionally managed, or genuinely hospitable place to stay.

We had a perfect few days staying at this beautiful boutique hotel. The location was ideal for us in terms of walking distance to grab a taxi, the beach was only 8 mins walk and the old town shops and restaurants were on our door step. ||The staff at the hotel were exceptional and did everything they possibly could to make our stay amazing. Cristina was the lady who looked after us all and I can’t thank her enough for everything she did. She was the perfect hostess and went to great lengths at the end to make sure I didn’t miss my flight too!! ||We would love to come back again, thank you thank you thank you!!|xx

Couldn’t fault the staff or cleanliness both were exceptional as was Christina absolutely brilliant with advice and booking restaurants for us, hope she is appreciated. The bed was very comfortable and the sound proofing in the room brilliant. Breakfast was good and the location is ideal to access the beach, the front with all the bars, restaurants, same to access the old town and all it has to offer, great. Some people may be disappointed with the bar not being staffed and no tapas menu, so not quite as marketed. Our main disappointment was the balcony was so small with no room for chairs and table to sit out, we made use of the roof terrace this is very nice. However, not set out with tables et cetera as implied in photos.

I couldn’t recommend the Town House highly enough. A stunning boutique hotel, beautifully decorated, hidden in a little cobbled side street, but literally steps away from fabulous bars and restaurants in the old town of Marbella. Beautifully furnished rooms, very comfortable large beds, spotlessly clean, air conditioning which was a godsend, and we absolutely loved eating our lovely breakfasts outside in the plaza under a shady tree. But the icing on the cake was the warm welcome from Christine, who treats every guest like one of her family, always had a lovely smile, and who along with her fabulous staff, ensures everything in the Town House is perfect. |We cannot wait to come back. Spent 12 days in this fantastic little 10 bedroom boutique hotel. So romantic quiet and peaceful. The decor is so tasteful, every room has different beautiful furnishings. The beds are so comfy and the rooms are very clean. There is fresh plant’s all over the hotel. The smell as you enter the hotel is so nice with little scented candles glowing. The staff are all beautiful friendly helpful ladies. Every guest is made to feel special and welcome. Cristina is a wonderful hostess and goes above and beyond to make your stay memorable. The breakfast has a good variety of quality food and drinks and there is a good selection of alcohol in the little bar. The roof top seating area is a nice place to relax and enjoy the sunshine and hear the church bells. I will definitely be back I loved it so much.

We absolutely loved our stay at this amazing and beautiful townhouse hotel. From the moment we arrived, the entire team was fantastic. A special shout-out to Melissa and Cristina, who are wonderful, genuinely helpful, and incredibly attentive people. Our rooms were impeccably clean and tidy, providing some lovely, memorable views that overlooked the charming old town and the iconic clock tower. The service was consistently top-notch. And, of course, the breakfast was wonderful, perfectly setting us up for a long day of relaxation (and reading!) on the beach. We stayed in October and enjoyed great weather. We’ll absolutely be returning in the future!

We were booked to stay early November 2025 but following a medical emergency we had to cancel and asked could we postpone for a few months and in no time we were given the available dates which suited us and we went on March 5 2026.The amazing part of the process was the best wishes and messages we constantly received from Cristina the hotel manager regarding my illness and nothing at all was a bother to her.When we checked in it was like old friends meeting up and her assistant Georgi (can’t spell her name) was just as welcoming and was very knowledgeable about the area.The room was spacious and the bed extremely comfortable which made for a good night’s sleep.The breakfast was continental which in my circumstances was perfect for both my wife and me with endless coffee top ups.The hotel is in the beautiful old town with 100s of cafes tapas bars within yards with a great relaxed feel and the beach prom was 5 minutes away. I can’t praise the staff or the hotel highly enough.This was the second time we’d stayed here and it will not be our last. Peter & Lorraine Paterson.

It’s a wonderful, very peaceful place with beautiful gardens and a bar serving food, drinks, and desserts. The apartments are very comfortable and have everything you need for a pleasant and comfortable stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Vasari Resort Marbella! It’s a beautiful, family-friendly place with a charming Andalusian style. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Marbella Puerto Banús, within walking distance to all the shops, restaurants, and attractions and beaches. The pools were fantastic for both kids and adults, and the poolside bar/café served delicious food and drinks, all made fresh onsite. Highly recommend staying here—we’ll definitely be back!

Why 3 star? No sleep. The apartments are so ill noise insulated that you can hear any conversation your neighbour may have. Moreover ‘my’ block sits next to a garbage collecting station = from 6am there is noise. Other than that it’s ideal so if you are not sensitive to noise you’ll have a great stay 😊 I slept a total of 3 hours, so not for me.

Just arrived home after a 2 night stay here.||||Fast check in and room was spotless, comfy beds, huge 6 bed apartment and a great view of the pool and good aircon. Quiet location and gated security. ||||Bar staff were friendly and the food from around the bar was quick and delicious. Reception staff were helpful, always rang a taxi for us when asked.||||About a 10 minute drive from the main town in Puerto Banus, 5 minute walk to a supermarket and a burger bar. We didn’t walk into the town. ||||Check out was easy, would 100% recommend and stay here again.

Stayed 10 nights last wk of June-2 bed Duplex Apartment,Family of 4,mam dad +2 teenagers. LOVED everything about this place. |Apartment was big, not dated like I read here -was fabulous, immaculately clean. Cleaners every 2nd day, wash floors make beds replace towels. Big kitchen oven Hob, large fridge, microwave toaster coffee maker, separate small laundry room with washing machine. 2 TVs. 3 balconies. Lots of space in seating dining area for separate bed, we payed 700 for pull out bed as our daughter and son won’t share but really we would have been able to move the single bed out to here lots of space. Cleaners every 2nd day,Beds changed during stay. Grounds immaculate &beautiful. Secure parking over ground or underground- will need a pin it’s great. Very attentive Lifeguard at Swimming everyday from 10 until approx 6. Pool gorgeous temp perfect in June, deep part is in the centre, very safe. Small baby pool to one side. Jacuzzi up steps from pool area, No balls or floaties allowed in pool so not the location for you if you like to go mad in the pool but when it was quiet we threw a ball to each other, this rule is probably out of respect for other holiday makers. Lots of apartments are owned by people here and I was told by someone who has been coming here for 10 years that they all arrive in July and August so that’s when it gets very very busy. It was very quiet for us which we loved.Cafe beside pool, good tasty, sml portions. Closes 5.30. |Location is in a quiet secure enclosed residential area with a security guard on the entrance. 5-10 minutes walk to nearest shop, which is 2 supermarkets. Food Co is one of them and has Irish and English produce, supermarket across the road has cheaper products. 15 – 20 minute walk to Peurto Banus beech and nearest restaurants – not far for us but not the location if you don’t like walking in the heat. Avis Car closeby, walking distance beside the supermarket. Ubers here are very expensive, taxi’s were cheaper. €5 in taxi v’s €25 in uber one day down to Peurto banus which is 5 mins in car. |Staff and cleaners very friendly and helpful, reception area will call a taxi for you. Can hire Towels for €10 deposit but make sure you keep deposit receipt for might be trouble getting it back, I lost ours but after a little fuss receptionist made we were let sign for it. Reception area has a lovely cool seating area and books to borrow and leave – nice touch. They take a photocopy of your bank card for a deposit. I was afraid, like some reviews here said that we would be charged for something we didn’t do but All was ok, I talked to the receptionist about it and if we wanted we could get someone to review the whole apartment before we leave so there wouldn’t be any surprises- they very flexible. Would definitely recommend to family and friends but would mention the distance to walk to everything.

We had to find somewhere in Marbella whilst our campervan was being fixed in the garage. We stayed here and found a little gem. The family run hostel is very welcoming and they speak very good English. Breakfasts available were lovely. The room had a lovely little terrace and was very clean and homely. Very good value and would recommend to anyone.

Nice, clean place . Very close to the beach, literally 5min walk . I had a room with balcony and beautifully view on mountains. Hotel is at very beginning of town. 1h walking distance to old town. Big minus for not having kettles and coffee at the room . In general, recommend 👌

We stayed here for one night in June. The staff were very friendly and nice. They have free parking and wifi. The hotel is about a 20 minute walk from town. On the day we checked out, we were able to keep the car there until we decided to drive to our airport hotel in Malaga. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The bathroom wasn’t equipped with a hairdryer and the shower amenities weren’t the best, therefore one less star. Would definitely recommend for a cheap night in Marbella.

I’ll start with the location. Just 2 minutes from the beach, which is great. We tried a few beach restaurants, but the one closest to the hotel was the best. I highly recommend La Dolce Vita Beach to anyone staying at the hotel—they offer a free umbrella and sunbed if you have lunch there, and the food is excellent. It’s a bit far from the city center, but the walk along the waterfront is wonderful and didn’t feel tiring at all. The free parking is a huge advantage and was important for us. The rooms are clean and spacious, and we even had a sea view from the balcony. The amenities and furnishings match the price. We tried the breakfast twice—very classic and a convenient solution. I have no complaints—considering the price, we had a wonderful stay.

This is a wonderful little no-frills hotel. The rooms are clean and well-equipped, and it is located very close to the beach,in the chill, relaxed, non-posh part of Marbella. The staff os exceptionally friendly and makes you feel at home, and will offer advice on where to find good food while avoiding local tourist traps – do ask! Parking and breakfast are available.

I really enjoyed my stay in Nueva Andalucía. The area is beautiful, elegant, and very well maintained, with a pleasant atmosphere that makes it easy to relax and enjoy your time. Access by car was excellent, making it convenient to get around and explore the surrounding areas. The building itself was clean, spacious, and well organized, which made the stay even more comfortable. Overall, it was a place that left a very positive impression on me, and I would happily return in the future.

We have stayed with Banus Rentals a couple of times. Everything was absolutely flawless. Friendliness, booking, cleanliness of accommodation, check-in and check-out, even special requests like local support / recommendation of doctors, change of location, parking. There is no pain-in-the-butt question they weren’t at least trying to help with. I couldn’t think of anything that didn’t go well. For us, they are a keeper and always the first address when in the area. Strongly recommended. Attached pictures are from Las Gaviotas and from Andalucia Del Mar apartments. Both recommended. We’ve stayed multiple weeks in January.

We rented multiple apartments in Playas Del Duque, Puerto Banus for our wedding party and Banus Rentals could not have been more helpful. Eduardo & Elena were particularly amazing in helping us organise everything. The apartments were beautiful and really central. We couldn’t recommend using Banus rentals more.

Booking experience was excellent and checkin was good. I booked following surgery so was very specific about the need for no construction. When this started outside my terrace they did nothing to solve it. Just made an excuse that they were not told about it even though it’s a huge project to put a fence around the pool. Apartment is lovely and well maintained but construction above my apartment and now outside with metal cutting is very unfair and they said they will not even consider a discount but said I could leave. Shame as the check in and everything else was so nice but the service then goes away. Use an agency and at least you have some sort of guarantee

We were 4 friends who rented a 4 bedroom apartment via Banus Rentals. Communication was easy/fast. Via WhatsApp. Apartment was gorgeous, all en-suite. Very clean but also very nicely decorated. 2 minute walk to the beach, buses are excellent. Absolutely recommend. A bus trip to Ronda essential, 6 euro each way. Rosa’s at the end of the road is the perfect brunching spot.

We have spend a great week in this splendid house! We were astonished with a great design and superb equipement! Everything is fresh and new! 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms were More than than we needed for 4 people. Additionally roof terrace, pool and 2 minutes walk to the beach!!! Good location – 10 min to Marbella and 1-1,5 hours drive to Gibraltar, Ronda, Malaga, Granada We are already recomending the place to our friends!

We stayed with Banus Rentals in Marbella. While the unit (H marina Banus) needed a little extra cleaning (I did not ask for them to rectify during stay as it was minor) the communication and instructions from booking to arriving to vacating was 5*. I would only use a Banus Rentals property when returning to Marbella to have such excellent staff on hand if any real problem arose. Do not hesitate to book with them and have staff available to answer all your questions on your holiday!

We just returned from a short break here. The apartment was lovely. Very nice and very clean. Was just perfect for us. Location is perfect. literally 2 min walk to the nearest beach. 5-10 mins to a good supermarket and maybe 15 mins max to the Harbour & shops area. Or you can walk along the beach, it really isn’t far at all and such a nice little walk. The apartment had all the facilities you would need and everything so clean. We didn’t use much but very handy to have there if you want to cook etc. Lovely apartment grounds too all kept very nice and the pool was nice too, not even that cold so that was pleasant and was very refreshing. Security desk at the front so all very secure too as need your fob to gain access. very nice stay and would recommend.
