Our check-in manager Yera was really friendly on arrival and also accommodated us to check-in early. Also, she brought a bottle of rose wine on arrival which was a really nice touch. She showed us around the house and was very helpful with recommendations etc. The property is stunning as well as the surrounding area, and was perfect for us girls on our holiday. There is a really nice pool however no sunbeds but was fine to have towels around. There is also a really cheap supermarket so we were able to make food. The air-con wasn’t working however, we were fine with this but am sure the staff would come out and sort it as they have been very attentive throughout the experience. The only downfall is that the beach is about a 30 minute walk to puerto banus. Taxis are very easy to get though so didn’t bother us too much. All in all we really enjoyed our stay 🥰

We absolutely loved our stay at Mirador 211 in Marbella. The apartment is beautifully decorated, very spacious, and has a warm, welcoming feel from the moment you walk in. We recently stayed at Casa Adel as a group party of 7 and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The villa was absolutely superb- everything from the cleanliness of the property to the condition of the pool was faultless. The entire place was beautifully maintained and clearly very well looked after. It felt comfortable, welcoming and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The pool in particular was a real highlight and kept to a high standard. A special mention must go to Marie, our check in manager, who was great. She made the arrival process smooth and welcoming, and her friendly, helpful approach really set the tone for our stay and is an asset to your team. Overall, we couldnt have asked for more and would highly recommend Casa Adel to anyone looking for a villa stay. We would definitely return in the future.

We had a fantastic experience renting a villa from Vacation Marbella, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them or use them again. We stayed at Villa Nadal in Elviria and had a wonderful time. The property was beautiful and spotlessly clean. We also used their shopping service which made everything so much easier on our arrival. The team were really responsive through the booking process and in advance of our trip, providing helpful information.

⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5) Our experience with this villa and the agent, Carmen, was extremely disappointing and stressful. From the moment we arrived, it was the worst check-in experience we have ever had. As first-time visitors to Marbella, we expected at least basic hospitality and support, but there was none. Another group arrived before us and could not even access the villa because the payment link had never been sent to us in advance. This caused unnecessary delays and confusion. When we finally got access, the villa was not ready. The rooms were not prepared, and it was clear the property had not been properly prepared for our arrival. On the second day, another serious issue occurred. The security/access system stopped working, and the main gate would not open. My niece and her nanny returned to the villa while everyone else was asleep, but they were locked outside and unable to get in. We repeatedly tried to contact Carmen, but she did not answer our calls or messages. After almost 10 hours, we finally had to contact the intermediary who introduced us to Carmen, and only then was the villa owner contacted to resolve the issue and restore access. This level of support is completely unacceptable, especially in an emergency. The villa was also advertised as having a security system, but once you enter the property, the alarm has to be deactivated because it continuously goes off. In reality, we did not feel that there was any effective security. The most upsetting part of our stay was that we were robbed on the third day. Despite knowing what had happened, Carmen never came to check on us, never asked if we were safe, and never offered any assistance or support. We were left to deal with the situation entirely on our own. The villa is in an isolated area, and we did not feel safe throughout our stay. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend staying in this location. We expected much better communication, professionalism, and care from the agent, especially after multiple serious incidents. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst villa rental experiences we have ever had, and we would not recommend booking through Carmen.

This was, without question, one of the worst rental experiences we have ever had. Before our arrival, everything seemed fine. The villa looked beautiful in the photos, and the booking process was straightforward. Unfortunately, the experience changed completely the moment we arrived. The property manager, Karmin, was extremely rude, aggressive, and unprofessional. Instead of welcoming us, we were treated with hostility. We were refused access to the bedrooms and were not given the keys immediately. The remaining payment was demanded in a confrontational and intimidating manner, making us feel like we were being treated as suspects rather than paying guests. The security system at the villa also gave us a false sense of safety. During our stay, four masked men broke into the property while our children were inside with their nannies. The intruders stole valuables worth well over €300,000 and left our children and our entire family deeply traumatized. It was one of the most terrifying experiences we have ever been through. What was even more shocking was the complete lack of care and compassion shown afterward. When we contacted the owner and the management company for help, we were told that we were calling outside working hours and that what had happened was “not their responsibility.” Despite living only a couple of minutes away, no one came to check on us, offer assistance, or even ask if the children were safe. There was no empathy, no support, and no sense of responsibility during what was clearly a traumatic emergency. We understand that no property owner can always prevent a crime. However, how you respond when your guests experience a life-changing event says everything about your professionalism and your values. In our case, the response was cold, dismissive, and completely unacceptable. A luxury villa is not just about the building it’s about the service, the safety, and the way guests are treated when things go wrong. This property failed on all three. We would never stay here again, and we cannot recommend it to anyone looking for a safe, professionally managed, or genuinely hospitable place to stay.

Upon arrival we were lacking appropriate keys to enter and exit the parking garage. There was also a lack of instructions one inside of the apartment – such as garbage disposal, pool etc. The beds only had a top sheet and no comforter. We reported all of this to the company and they arrived the next day with everything we needed. The apartment is clean and the beds are comfortable. Being right on the beach was amazing.

Absolutely superb. Best location! The sea views are better than advertised. The kitchen is fantastic. Clothes washing machine and a full size fridge and dishwasher . Great WIFI and television. Lovely helpful residents in building. A really nice modern and bright apartment, great shower with rain shower head. The team at Skol were incredibly helpful. I accidentally lock my keys inside late one evening and Lucy was on it immediately. Karin was super helpful and didn’t he hesitate to help me out with anything I needed. A lovely, professional and friendly team and would not hesitate to recommend them and the place thoroughly. Will be rebooking for sure. Thanks guys you made my trip a pleasure!!!

The location of the Skol building is perfect being on the sea front and a short distance from restaurants and supermarkets. ThI s apartment on the third floor is a bit overshadowed by the tree outside but it’s an ideal size for 2 people. We found the beds to be very soft and had to opt for sleeping on the sofa bed, which opened to a comfortable king size bed. The apartment was very week equipped with a very good bathroom.

The apt had a spectacular view and great location. Very good value. However, the person in the office was never there after our first few days. Calls did not reach her or even a way to leave a message. Our washing machine never worked and we needed help with the tv. The broom& dustpan were on the deck which we never used until the last few days because of bad weather so we didn’t find them until then. Had to buy our own cleaning supplies to keep it clean.

Amazing few days in the sun. Our apartment for 3 adults was perfect, lots of personal space and 2 full bathrooms, lunch on the balcony, recently upgraded and overlooking the pools and boardwalk. Easy access to restaurants, bars, and the city of Marbella. Comfortable beds and quality sleep. Easy check in, bus to Marbella (€6.33) from airport with a €10.00 cab if you have luggage from the bus station to the Skol. Planning our return.

This is a nice size apartment for two people and has 2 single beds (which I guess could be pushed together to make a double bed. There is a very good view along the cost and the apartment is literally a front line build seconds from the beach. The only this I didn’t look closely at, was the fact it doesn’t have an oven, although it does have a hob and a microwave. Overall good value for money and is near a supermarket and Marbella old town with its many restaurants just 5 minutes away.

Rating: 2/5 The location of this apartment is excellent—easily the strongest aspect of the stay. It’s well situated and convenient, which made getting around simple and enjoyable. Unfortunately, the overall standard of the apartment and the complex did not meet expectations. The apartment itself feels quite dated and in need of upgrades. We experienced issues with the balcony door not closing properly, which led to drafts and a noticeable amount of outside noise. The floors were also very cold, which became a challenge for us as we were traveling with a 10-month-old baby. Adjusting the air conditioning didn’t help much, as it only warmed the air and not the overall indoor comfort. There were also some hygiene concerns. We found mold in the shower, which was uncomfortable, especially with small children, and noticed the presence of silverfish in the apartment. In addition, the general standard of the complex was below what we expected. The pools were extremely cold and not usable for children, and the staff in the area did not come across as particularly welcoming or service-minded. We understand that not everything is within the host’s control, but taken together, these factors significantly impacted our stay and ultimately led us to leave earlier than planned. With some upgrades and better maintenance, this could be a much better experience, as the location itself is genuinely very good.

For our family summer vacation 2025, we went back to Spain this year and entrusted Nordica Marbella to help us find the right place to stay. This is the 4th time we use them and as always they everything was arranged perfectly. We arrived in the middle of the night, but the key was available as per instructions. Coming to the apartment, everything was perfectly clean and prepared for us, including a small welcome basket. We could go straight to sleep without any worries. This time we did not have any issues that needed attention. But during our previous stays, whenever there has been an issue (like locking the key inside the apartment) Nordica has always responded immediately and helped to find a solution. Our favorite is Juan, but all the Nordica staff we have interacted with over the years are always friendly, supportive and responsive. We will for sure use Nordica Marbella for our next visit and can highly recommend them to anybody else.

The accommodation was even more beautiful than the photos suggested, which is rare and a very pleasant surprise. The terrace was a highlight a stunning, holiday-worthy view that we kept coming back to. The kitchen was well-equipped, and we really appreciated that basic staples were included a thoughtful touch that made settling in so easy. The host was exceptionally kind and helpful throughout our stay. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a truly relaxing and charming getaway. Marbella Real is in a great location with many cafes and restaurants very close by. The grounds are extensive and very well kept. There are three blocks each with its own swimming pool and they feel very separate not in any way crowded due to the size of the gardens. The apartment that we had was very recently refurbished and the oven and cooker etc. looked unused. All very new and clean inside. We drove down from the UK so we were very pleased to see a fully secured underground garage with wide spots which can be unusual in Spain. The lovely beach is a five minute walk and Marbella a twenty minute walk along the walkway. Overall a wonderful visit. Ibrahim from Finest Rentals was available at all times and helped with anything we needed. They will be our go to company now as they are completely professional and reliable. We left after three and a half weeks completely satisfied.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Brisas. The house was well stocked with everything you could need — the kitchen in particular was excellent, with plenty of pots, pans, utensils and equipment, which made cooking and relaxing at home so easy. Plenty of towels to us and a clean during the week was much appreciated. The location was fantastic and very convenient, while still feeling peaceful and private. The house itself was well maintained, comfortable and had a lovely atmosphere throughout. We really appreciated all the thoughtful touches and how well organised everything was. We found it particularly helpful that the fridge was stocked with essential items for our arrival and much appreciated as the next day was a bank holiday and shops were closed. We would absolutely stay again and would highly recommend Casa Brisas to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-equipped place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful villa. A very well-equipped home. It had everything one could need. It was especially nice to find two bottles of wine and everything for a first breakfast in the refrigerator when we arrived late in the evening. We appreciated that very much. The pool and backyard were wonderful. We spent many pleasant and relaxing hours there. It was close to the sea and the lovely promenade. The bedrooms and bathrooms were fresh and the beds were very comfortable. A few small suggestions for improvement would be: a table for the outdoor lounge furniture, cozy garden lighting, and plastic glasses to use outside by the pool and lounge area. We loved our holiday at Villa Elena and would happily return.

We had an excellent stay at Villa Soul and it genuinely exceeded our expectations. The villa was much larger than we anticipated, making it feel incredibly spacious, and it was spotlessly clean throughout. It was fully equipped with everything we needed, including a washing machine and dryer, which made our stay even more convenient. The bedrooms and bathrooms were immaculate, with plenty of fresh towels and all the essential amenities provided. It was clear that a lot of care had gone into preparing the property for guests. The hosts were also fantastic—very responsive, friendly, and quick to help whenever we had a question. The only thing I’d recommend to future guests is renting a car. While it’s not essential, it makes getting in and out of the villa complex much easier and more convenient. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would definitely recommend Villa Soul to anyone visiting the area. We’d happily stay here again.

I contacted Marbella Luxury Homes at the end of last year with the aim of finding an apartment in Benalmádena. My real estate advisor was Sixten de Haan, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Despite the Christmas holidays and the New Year period, Sixten handled everything extremely quickly, professionally, and with great dedication. He was always well organized, highly responsive, and took the time to fully understand my preferences and expectations. Thanks to his excellent support, I found a perfect dream apartment at a very good price at the beginning of the year. The entire process was smooth, transparent, and completely stress-free. The apartment only had one useable shower as the other two showers were above individual baths without a screen or shower curtain so could were unsafe to be used. The beds were cheap and uncomfortable as was the sofa unit. The restaurant previously was always consistently good this is now not the case. The only star was Danny who was attentive and helpful. If the quality of the complex is not addressed quickly then bookings will decline further.

What a fantastic experience! Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted at the reception and promptly shown to one of the available apartments at Aloha Club. Over the course of three weeks, we enjoyed the serene location, just a short 10-minute drive from the beach. The apartment was fully equipped with two bedrooms and bathrooms, making it perfect for our family of two adults and a baby or two small children. Despite the peaceful atmosphere, the amenities like the gym and spa were top-notch and used daily. With only around 20 people at the club during our stay, it felt exclusive and tranquil. We can’t recommend Aloha Club highly enough and look forward to returning. A special thanks to Augustin for his invaluable tips on exploring Marbella!

Lovely place, pristine apartment with comfortable beds and power showers. Amazing restaurant and bar within the complex. Spa and heated indoor pool amazing too. Location not a problem just a short drive to Aloha / Banus. Will definitely return

Worth a visit. Had a light lunch (just a mixed salad) and a beer on the restaurant terrace in the sun. Lovely view. Excellent copious salad with plenty of variety for 12 euro, extremely good value. A bit out of the way (8km walk from Marbella) but there is a bus service to & from Puerto Banus (3km).

Super nice development. Nice size apartments and cozy urbanization with pools and restaurant. The restaurants food was really nice. Easy access to puerto Banus. Would recommend it million times!

Very nice club resort, large apartments with a you need. Excellent service by the concierge office, always with a smile from the staff. The restaurant on site is excellent meaning nice food, friendly staff and not expensive. Pool area works however the Semi olympic pool needs maintenance. A lot of tiles is missing in the pool leaving dark spot under the water, does not look nice. The surroundings of the pool is cleaned every morning by staff. Gym on site but you will have to pay extra for the use. Not okey considering the price for renting the apartment. All in all a nice stay.

Stayed in a large, well appointed 2bed 2 bath apartment in the resort. Bed was comfy and room was clean. Location is a bit out of the way, about 15 mins from Puerto Banus. No amenities nearby, the nearest supermarket was a 12 min drive away. Nothing within walking distance. Communal facilities were lacking, the kids club was shut and never looked used, there are 3 pools but the shallow kids pool and the one next to it were not cleaned and were pretty filty. Lots of floating dead insects and strange black crumbly dirt which I suspect is dried bird poo (there was a lot of dried bird poo across the whole resort). The onsite restaurant is decent and reasonably priced. Check-in was a rather confused process, reception is not sign posted at all and when we eventually found it we were given the keys and very basic directions to find our parking garage and almost zero directions to find our apartment. Concierge is open only limited hours especially at weekends. There are about 9 different blocks and non existent signposting. We were told our apartment was on the 1st floor but it was actually the ground floor (or 0 in the lift. We’re not Americans nor in America!). Took us about 15 mins to find it after parking. There is also no cleaning done during our 3 night stay. Worst thing is that after our stay we were expected to clear all rubbish in the 3 bins ourselves. Worst still, there are NO communal bins in the resort to dispose of the rubbish, a staff member told us we had to take in our car (which was already full of luggage as we were checking out) to the public bins by the main road which are about 200m OUTSIDE the resort gates! Absolutely ridiculous given the price we had to pay for this place yet we have to dispose of our rubbish in public bins!

My wife and I had a great experience with Costa Golf. We requested an early check-in due to our early flight, and they kindly accommodated us. The apartment was very clean. As a coffee enthusiast, I was delighted to find they provided free Nespresso pods. When we discovered one of the AC remotes didn’t have batteries, our co-host quickly brought us a new set. We will definitely book with them again!

Rent an apartment was easy. The apartment was clean and nice! Everything went well. The end of vacation we forget our home/car keys in the apartment. I contact the staff and they handled mailing to Finland. Excellent and reliable service!

We booked Villa Arte with Costa Golf Rentals on Thursday 4th September. Full payment was taken, booking confirmation and arrival instructions were provided to us. Two days later we received a text message and email saying our booking had been cancelled due to them having taken two bookings across two platforms for the same dates, and that we would be refunded. It took two business days for the refund to show on account, some 5 days after the initial payment was made. Due to the exchange rate we received £109 less than what it cost us to make the booking yet no service was received! If we had cancelled the booking we would have lost the total of €1915 yet they cancel two days after taking payment and provide no compensation for our loss caused by their mistake! £109 for nothing! Terrible service and a complete lack of any attempt to put it right. In fact we received one response saying these are charges that are not their responsibility and then no further response to emails attempting to resolve. Would avoid booking at all costs. Your booking is not safe with Costa Golf Rentals and neither is your money!
