Terrible. Wait one week, get a call saying your lenses don’t fit the frames, can you come in to change them. 10kms drive and done. Ready in a week, ‘special speed up’ and we’ll call you later. Now TWO weeks later, no call and they cannot locate my glasses or order. “Will call you back in 5 minutes”. Now 15 minutes and zero again. Pointless. Cancel, money back and compensation the only option.

I want to share an experience I had today at your shop in La Canada. To congratulate and thank the assistant Ivan. He was all the qualities you would expect from a Solooptical employee. I had a poor experience at the Miramar shop in Fuengirola. Ivan is an important asset to your business. Please reward him accordingly

I ordered glasses from them last year for 600 euros. Even though I explained the lenses will be too heavy for the frame they suggested, they insisted they would make sure that doesn’t happen. After all, they were too heavy and I would get tremendous headaches and wasn’t able to actually use the glasses. I came back to see what we can do, they said they have no other frame that would be able to carry the weight of my glasses (which is not true) and couldn’t help me. Then my glasses fell off my face into the sea because of the weight but I had paid for insurance for loss or damage. They told me I didn’t have the insurance coverage. When I filed an official complaint, they arranged for me to meet with the manager on a certain day. I drove 100 km to go and the manager was off that day. No one from the staff could help me and they kept refusing to show me my record in their system to prove that I hadn’t paid for insurance. I have been buying glasses for over 30 years in different countries and this is honestly the worst one ever.

I was given an appointment with Yaxira Garcia. I had no intention of buying hearing aids. But after my appointment with Yaxira her brilliant professionalism and understanding my concerns. She was extremely helpful explaining and doing various test(I have never had so intense and worn hearing aids for 17 years ) I was and still am so very impressed that I’m happy to buy my hearing aids. The people tending this store are extremely nice and professional. My glasses were getting a little loose and needed to get tightened, I was in the area and decided to stop by. They ended up unscrewing the glasses, tightening the frames and re-screwing it back together. Although this took them over an hour to do, they didn’t charge me at all would not take any payment

We went here for our son whilst on vacation. I must say that I never was this disrespected. The employer was very rude and didn’t even help us, she directly yelled at us to wear our masks while nobody had one on. Really shocked, this ruined our entire day. We don’t recommend this place at all. This doesn’t even deserve one star!

The cataract surgery on the first eye 2 days ago was efficiently done and relatively painless. Already the difference between the eyes is noticeable. The new lens is brighter with whiter whites. Assuming the surgery on the other eye goes as well, I would recommend Vistalaser highly.

Coming all the way from Scotland to have my eye lense replacement surgery at Vistalaser was a great experience. Staff and medical staff very professional and friendly. Today, one week on from my operation my eyesight is better than 20/20. Cannot thank Vistalaser enough. John McNulty

I can’t recommend this clinic enough. From the first appointment right through to the day of surgery and to the post op appointments, the staff have been nothing but accommodating and polite. They explained the surgery and after care process carefully and clearly. Every single member of staff are extremely professional and welcoming. Dr. Luis Villalba, the surgeon, is excellent. I felt no pain and was able to see perfectly not long after the surgery. The rest of the staff: Sandra, Monica and Hector are wonderful and a joy to liaise with. Had an appointment with one of the doctors yesterday here at Vitalaser, it was very insightful. I went to have a test for an operation. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Everything went very smoothly. The doctor was very patient and was very very thorough in the checkup. It was a very easy and pleasant experience. The offices are situated in the centre of Marbella, but just out of the main centre very easy to get to there is parking around which was very easy for me to get to the clinic. I would recommend giving them a visit .

Just returned from Soloptical (Puerto Banus). I had a fantastic and efficient service from Emma. Being on vacation far away from home, I was in a pickle when I realized that my Theo glasses were missing a screw. Although they do not sell that brand, Emma was able to install a screw that fits perfectly in my glasses. I was over the moon! They also have a huge selection of high end glasses, regular and sun protection. I highly recommend this store for its huge selection of glasses and superb 5* service.

Super helpful staff. I went to the store around 10pm – just before closing as it was the only opened store around. I needed help to fix bended arms of glasses (which I did not buy there). The lady in the store said someone will look at them first thing next day morning and right after opening on second day the store called me to say my glasses are ready to be picked up. They have not charged me and also gave me glass case. I highly appreciate their help.

Great pharmacy with so many products, you can get almost everything here. They have lots of staff and are very conversant in most languages. The prices on most products is very good with lots of deals. The pharmacy is open 24 hours and with very quick service. The use of the medical card helps greatly as they know what you need fast.. They also have a optical section which are very helpful and always fix most problems with loose glasses for free..

Reliable and well-stocked!

After a surgery I’ve been there to ask for sleeping pills. Although I asked the pharmacist about interactions with the other medics and side effects she denied that there are any. Later we found out that there are plenty of them and she should have never given us that pills. It resulted in panic attacks and anxiety for >36 hours. Absolutely irresponsible and unprofessional!
