I signed my 4 year old up for this summer camp. It took place at her school and for familiarity I thought it would be a good choice. I had heard good reviews from parents whose children attended last year so felt confident she would enjoy it. I signed her up for July and she loved it so much I’ve extended until mid August. The activities have been brilliant, she comes back home with a variety of quality art pieces, not rushed but thoughtful. The teachers have all been enthusiastic, kind and loving and we’ve not had one day where she has said she didn’t want to go in. It’s superb value and I won’t hesitate to sign up next year, hopefully for both my children!

Amazing camp for the kids. Always full of ideas and energy. Our kiddo was very happy with his teacher and they were very responsive when we would need their help. They really try to make it an incredible environment for the kids.

It is an excellent camp where they look after each of their students and do everything possible so that the children have a great day. Every year my daughter asks me to go back to the camp and she has been lucky to have had the same teacher for two years in a row. We had the worst experience ever!!! The nanny they sent was completely unqualified, left my 2 years old nephew unattended and he fell into the pool. When she had to travel with the family, she abandoned the job abroad. Totally irresponsible and unacceptable service. we never got her references only a video of her , and the company sell her as the best of the best …, making us think we got the best Lady and must keep her

We had a very smooth and pleasant experience with Mary Poppins: Carmen is super friendly and reacted quickly to our request to find a temporary housekeeper/nanny. After a short period they presented us a very qualified candidate that has now worked with us for over 6 weeks and I’d have only good things to say about her. Thank you Carmen for making our summer more easy !

I strongly advise against using Mary Poppins Agency. Despite living between Marbella and New York for 10 years and being very familiar with the going rates for domestic help in Spain, this agency quoted us an inflated salary — more than double the standard — reaching over €2,500/month for a housekeeper. Even our lawyers flagged the amount as irregular and risky. It felt clear that this inflated salary was tied to the agency’s own fee, which makes their insistence on such a number extremely suspicious. Especially after I wanted to replace the employee they still insisted on this rate even though some of my demands were removed. That’s when the cost became even more suspicious. We also felt they believed they could take advantage of us simply because I am American — even though I have been living and hiring people in Spain for nearly a decade and know very well what the true market rates are. We were told the candidate was exceptional and fully vetted (deserving of this inflated rate) but almost nothing aligned with what we were promised. Her background was misrepresented, she had little domestic experience, and serious issues were never disclosed — including a past domestic abuse arrest in the U.S. Either the agency failed to check or knowingly ignored this. The employee herself voluntarily told us her real background (janitor and restaurant work, not private homes recently – more than 2 years ago) and contradicted nearly everything the agency had told us. Before traveling to the U.S., we made it clear we could not offer a contract at such an inflated salary. She insisted she wanted the job anyway — partly because it gave her the chance to see her daughter in America. Yet after we paid for her extremely expensive travel, she quit just 7 days into a planned 3-month stay, leaving us with roughly €7,000 in losses. It became clear she had used us to get into the United States, and to this day she remains in the country unaccounted for. This has put us at huge risk, as we do not know where she is or what her intentions are. Mary Poppins also failed to disclose that she had repeatedly visited their office expressing anxiety about the role and about traveling with us. This information would have been critical for us to know, as her erratic behavior only made sense after the fact. The entire process left us feeling misled, exploited, and unsafe. This agency is neither professional nor trustworthy. Be warned: they overcharge, misrepresent candidates, and fail to properly screen the people they place inside family homes.

We held our daughter’s birthday party at Ludoteca Boquerón. Also many times we come for kids’ workshop or just play. It is a fantastic, creative place! Professional and kind people! Fantastic place. I take my son here every week to a playgroup which he loves! You can leave your children or stay to play also. Ester is amazing I. Everything she does <3 We have attended a birthday party here which was perfect as the kids can play and there is an area for parents to sit and have a coffee with full view of the kids. We have also been to an art workshop here which was incredible and very imaginative! I look forward to attending more workshops in 2024!!

We recently celebrated our daughter’s birthday at Ludoteca Boquerón and it was absolutely perfect! The team took care of everything, from the beautiful decorations with balloons to a delicious cake, pizza, and snacks for the adults. It was such a relief to have everything organized so seamlessly. The activities were fantastic, slime-making was a huge hit, the face painting was so cute, and the piñata was great fun. But honestly, the kids were just as happy playing in the well-designed indoor play area. It’s such a safe, fun, and engaging space that kept them entertained the entire time. All of our guests had a great time. I couldn’t recommend enough Ludoteca Boquerón for anyone looking for a stress-free, fun-filled party experience.

Sina is a very pleasant, charismatic person with a rich general culture and an excellent professional in mathematics. With his help, the difficult subject becomes fun and interesting, but most importantly – you gain lasting knowledge!

It only has been a couple of months since the start of my journey with Les Roche, I have joined the ambassador program and it has been a blast! Being able to meet and connect with more then just peers, but with people that are like family. The school offers many different things, but the ambassador program is truly one of the best!

Les Roches Marbella was a major disappointment for me. The program feels more like paying for a lifestyle than pursuing a real education. Classes are short—around three hours per day—and the academic standards are extremely low. There is very little intellectual challenge, yet tuition costs €30,000 per year, which feels completely disproportionate to what you actually receive. Retaking exams requires paying the full price again, which shows that revenue is clearly prioritized over student learning. While the school promotes diversity and inclusivity in its marketing, the reality on campus is very different. Prestige, lifestyle, and networking are sold more than academic rigor. If you are looking for a serious, demanding education with real value, this is not the place to go.

As a student at Les Roches Marbella, I’ve had an amazing experience that has truly shaped my career in hospitality. The professors, who are industry professionals, bring real-world insight into the classroom, making our learning dynamic and impactful. The curriculum offers a perfect blend of theory and hands-on training, greatly enhancing our skills. I’ve also had the pleasure of meeting classmates from diverse backgrounds, enriching my perspective and teamwork abilities. The campus is good and provides a great environment for both learning and relaxation. Overall, Les Roches Marbella is not just an educational institution but a launchpad for success in the hospitality industry. I recommend it to anyone pursuing this field!

Les Roches Marbella has been one of my life’s best decisions and experiences. I’m currently on BBA3 and I’ve had the opportunity to travel, meet new people, immerse myself in the hospitality industry, and become part of the amazing community of Les Roches. Learning Spanish with Jose has been such a great experience! He’s incredibly patient and never makes me feel uncomfortable when I make mistakes. He goes with my pace. If something feels overwhelming, he simplifies it first and then builds it up. Sometimes I pick things up quickly, other times I completely blank out, and he’s always flexible with that. He explains grammar so clearly (which I personally love), and if I don’t get it right away, he finds another way to explain until it clicks. He challenges me in a way that pushes me to improve without ever making me feel bad. On top of that, he has such good energy and makes lessons feel more like conversations with a friend. He’s also flexible with scheduling while still taking time to prepare and personalize each class for his students. I always leave lessons feeling like I’ve really understood and learned something new. I can’t recommend learning Spanish from Jose enough!

A teacher and a friend 💎 I moved to Barcelona 3 years ago and I didn’t speak any Spanish before taking classes with José. After two years of lessons, now I’m very comfortable. He’s very patient and brings an amazing energy in his classes, talking about culture, and topics that are actually useful for everyday life. His energy, Spanish lessons and even life lessons were so invaluable for me – he made this life transition super enjoyable, and I can never thank him enough. I recommend his classes 100% ❤️

Languages has always been a skill that I have struggled to a grasp of and disliked learning. When I came to move to Spain, I decided to really commit to learning Spanish. When I found Jose, he was super nice! Throughout my time with him, he was always super patient and engaged with my learning. The lessons he provided was not just any simple ‘language’ lesson; he opened my eyes to the wider culture to really understanding the spirit of learning the language. Jose always tailored around my learning style and understands the commitments this needs. Whenever he was in the area, he would always jump at the chance in learning in person which I really appreciate. I have no moved back to the UK, however I have come out really appreciating the learning process of learning a language and to actually have fun with it! With Jose, as well as coming out of it knowing a new teacher; I came out having a new friend!

I did a search online as I was looking to learn Spanish, and I came across a recommendation written from someone on Facebook and I received the details for Jose and his company – Embrujo Castellano Spanish online. It is very difficult to say how much I love these classes, and it has become a ritual for me, not only am I learning a new language, I have also made friends because of this class. What I appreciate the most about these online classes is that José has never once made me feel like I was not doing well or that I was stupid, he uses humour and a very gentle way of getting the words to somehow magically stick into my head! I have had the pleasure of meeting José in person and doing interactive classes with him in Malaga and was able to learn and practice and see the sights with him and learn even more Spanish, we were asked to leave the art museum because we were laughing so much at all the funny pictures. I highly recommend José and his classes. There is a depth to him and his work and his work ethics that I truly enjoy. Lynette Assad

I had a good experience learning Spanish with Jose for 2 months. My language level improved drastically from only being able to buy coffee, to actual conversation. I selected him as he offers in person classes, and we visited various interesting spots around town to talk and learn about them. Definitely more interesting than sitting inside a classroom, or worse, online in front of a computer.

When we were looking for ways to improve our spanish while in Malaga, all we could find were the usual inflexible language schools. The ones that cram you in a classroom with a bunch of other people and try to teach you based on a fixed lesson plan, regardless of your needs and preferences. Needless to say, we didn’t want that, so we looked for alternatives until we found Jose. He was very attentive, understood our needs and offered us a unique learning experience. Instead of the usual, formal classes, we met up in bars, talked about music, beer, social issues, travel and so much more. Learning with Jose was a one of a kind experience. Besides teaching us the language, he shared a lot of cultural facts, making us understand the spanish and andalusian society better. He also helped us with a lot of awesome tips for our trip to Granada. We were lucky to find Jose and get the chance to know him. We looked for a teacher and we found a friend.

Jose is the best, funniest and the most kind teacher I ever had!!! He made my Spanish lessons interesting by choosing the topics I like in life (food, travel, partying).😂😅 His classes are half hour talking half hour grammer and half hour reading. The perfect balance! OH and yes sometimes we sing together Spanish songs😂😂 Thank you Jose for making studying Spanish easy and fun! 🙏🏻 I learned so much from you!!!
