I had an excellent experience with DRN Radiology Center in Marbella during my holiday in Spain. I underwent both a CT scan and MRI there. No delays. The staff was not only fluent in English but also incredibly professional, making the process smooth and comfortable. The results were conveniently delivered online, adding to the efficiency of their service. As a private facility, their prices were fair and well worth it for the quality of care received. Highly recommend DRN for anyone in need of radiological services!

Completely useless organisation – avoid at all costs. The x-rays are accessed using an internet link – which didn’t work. We sent it to 3 other people – all medical professionals and one of which had used the DRN service previously – and none of them were able to use the link. We advised DRN, who sent, successively, about 4 or 5 new usernames and passwords. Again we sent these out to the medical professionals that needed to access them – but we and they were unable to do so. DRN suggested we have a CD – which would be ready for us to collect. When we arrived it wasn’t ready and we had to wait 20 minutes for it. When we got to the hospital, they tried to read the CD but it was empty. Eventually we had to repeat the x-rays elsewhere – at extra cost and additional pain and suffering to the pacient. We requested a refund from DRN, but they never responded. Awful company with bad technology and worse customer service.

Good clinic shame they are always so behind schedule. Last 3 times I’ve been I’ve been made to wait over 40 minutes to be seen. Why give appointment slots if you are not going to stick to them. Crazy how disorganised they are.

Very good facilities. I have severe claustrophobia and Anna the radiologist went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and able to get through the MRI. I was in an open scanner and she was very kind and understanding and very professional. I highly recommend the clinic to anyone needing a scan and anyone who has claustrophobia of MRI machines. I would have agreed with all the previous comments that have been made, a few months ago. Both my husband and I have been for scans, in this Clinic. Sonia is a brilliant asset for the Clinic. Unfortunately, I had a really bad experience on Tuesday of this week. I was sent for a MRI scan from the Rumatolagist doctor in Clinica del Rio. The young girl that put me into the machine, did not tell me to take my mask off, I was not given any war plugs, bearing in mind you’re in this noisy, scary machine for approximately 20 minutes. Because the mask was making me sweat and also, fear!! I now have two 2 eye infections and have not got over the whole experience, still shaking!!!

This office has the best ladies to help us, they are always so professional, helpful and polite. Excellent service at DRN

There are several good reviews, but they’re just far far too many serious complaints about the processes and rudeness of staff. I was looking for a new place for radiology services, but I’m going to avoid here. I hope they can address the serious training issues about reception and about delivering results via a CD. Seriously.?

Disrespectful attitude towards clients. My CT scan results were returned to me on a CD, but they refused to email them. I asked several times, explaining that my dentist lives in another city and there was no way I could give him the results on CD. Now that I’ve paid for my scan, I can’t quickly send it to my dentist. And sending the results on a CD these days is so old-fashioned. Who uses them anymore?

Absolutely amazing clinic. Nowhere the MR are that fast. Called Friday. Had my appointment Tuesday al 6:30 pm and diagnostics the morning after at 9 am. Staff is very helpful and nice.

The name is changing from DRN to HT…but the service is the same high quality with Sonia, Pilar and the rest of the team.

Very poor service, bad answers to patients. To work facing the public, one needs to be friendly, especially when dealing with sick people. There was no empathy and, above all, the bad energy felt between them. In my case… I arrived before my appointment and waited for half an hour to be attended to at the counter; they asked for my health insurance slip and the doctor’s slip, which I didn’t have with me… I made a call and gave them to them, and what was my surprise… that according to them, my appointment had passed and I had to wait until the end. The serious thing is that the delay was theirs, as I repeat, 30 minutes waiting in reception. I waited another hour and a half to go in; I asked the lady who was going to perform my MRI about what happened, that I wanted to file a complaint, and in a rude, arrogant, and defiant manner, she told me to file as many as I wanted against the company. Honestly, it is a shame that people like this are facing the public in a place where one doesn’t go for pleasure, like a clinic and hospitals. One thing that caught my attention was the suggestion box full of comments, some of them positive… which makes me think of their manipulation, since in the two hours I spent there… there wasn’t a single second of kindness from them toward any patient. It would be good if the company paid more attention to the image and treatment of its workers.Muy mala atención, malas contestaciones a los pacientes. Que según ellos , mi cita se había pasado y tenía que esperar al último. Lo grave es que el retraso fue de ellos como vuelvo a repetir , 30 minutos esperando en recepción. Esperè hora y media más para entrar , le pregunté a la señorita que me iba hacer la resonancia sobre lo ocurrido , que quería poner una reclamación y de malas maneras y arrogantemente y desafiante me dijo que pusiera todas las que quisiera a la empresa . La verdad que es una pena que personas así estén de cara al público y en un lugar no de no se va por placer como Clinica y hospitales. Una cosa que me llamó la atención fue el Buzón de sugerencias lleno de comentarios y algunos positivos… lo que me da a pensar en la manipulación de ellos , ya que en las dos horas que pasé allí … no hubo ni un segundo de amabilidad por parte de ellos a ningun paciente. En resumen.. ayer fui a la comsulta del traumalotogo y me tuve que marchar sin qie el medico virse los resultados. Me da cita para la próximasemana el traumatologo.
