Premier Pet Travel have been fantastic in flying our dog from Spain to the UK last week. Every question or odd message sent leading up to the day of flight was answered quickly and with all the information you would need. Stacey was a god send in what will always be a stressful process. She easily sets your mind at ease. Our dog is an anxious one to start with and Premier Pet Travel has experience in it all. I was kept up to date throughout our dogs journey with msgs and photos. Their experience with customs requirements for Spain and UK is invaluable. Our dog was cleared at Heathrow and delivered to us in London by their friendly UK contacts. Premier Pet Travel are top level in what is a confusing process, in an industry of various levels of service. I would not hesitate in recommending them and I will definitely use their services in the future.

We found a kitten on the road while on holiday in Malaga and soon fell in love! We decided we would love to adopt him. We found an amazing charity ‘city cats Malaga’, they supported and helped us with a microchip, passport and any injections he required. They ensured he had a safe place to stay until he was old enough to receive the correct jags to come to Scotland to his forever home. We soon found out it was very difficult to transport a cat from any country into the UK. We were very worried we would not be able to have him home! This was until we found ‘premier pet travel’. We could not have asked for a better experience! They supported us from the beginning, offering us many options on how to transport him. We chose to have him transported via car from Malaga to Carlise. Stacey ensured the entire process pre travel was smooth, answering any questions we had. Once it was time to begin the road trip,we felt very comfortable knowing our cat was safe! Lucy and James sent us constant updates- videos and pictures and messages letting us know where they are! It was SUCH a smooth process! We are forever grateful and appreciate the work this company does! We cannot thank them all enough, they are heroes!!!❤️I cannot recommend them enough. The best animal rescue shelter! I visited for the first time since moving to Marbella, and I was truly amazed by this place. The surroundings are beautiful, the staff are incredibly caring, and the animals all seem so happy 🙌🏼 Everything is done on the animals’ terms, which I really appreciate. Before my visit, they even sent me a video with guidelines — such a thoughtful touch 🤎 I didn’t go inside the shelter itself, as they explained that too much traffic can make the dogs overly excited. That makes complete sense. Instead, the staff calmly bring out the dogs that are ready to be walked. They also asked about my experience with dogs to ensure the best possible match, which I found very reassuring. I had the pleasure of walking Tina, a very cute and happy Staffordshire mix 🤩 She was full of joy and loved playing as we walked through the mountains. Afterwards, we went to an area where the dogs can run freely, and I met some of the dedicated volunteers who make it part of their daily routine to come and help before work — truly inspiring. I will definitely be back to help again 🙌🏼

You can really tell that they take good care of the animals. It was a pleasure meeting the team and the little doggies! They provide you with everything your future pet needs, including vaccines, chips and passports. They have their own vet, so all very complete!

Triple A is a really special place where all animals are cared for in a very intensive and caring way. All the staff and volunteers are friendly, helpful and committed without exception. With the few resources that are available here, really great things are done. There is really a lot of attention, love and care for all the animals.

Our dog is always excited to see Jesús when he takes care of her. He sends photos and videos, all of which she is wagging her tail and happy. He has taken care of her about a dozen times and we are so glad we found him.

We are very happy! Our dog has stayed here several times now for walks and day care, and once for four nights. Already on the second visit, our dog was genuinely excited to see him again, which immediately gave us a great feeling. It’s clear that our dog really enjoys being here and feels comfortable and safe. We can see that he is well cared for, gets plenty of attention, and is treated with kindness. Very happy with the great care Jesús gave to our dog Charmander. Our pet stayed for seven days at Raico Mascotas. Communication with Jesús was fluid and constant, which allowed us to know the status of our pet at all times. Every day, Jesús sent us several videos of Charmander throughout the day (at least three) very well narrated, describing each day with Charmander. We felt that our dog was in good hands: we saw him taking good walks on the beach, playing with other dogs at the accommodation, etc. The direct contact and daily interaction of the sitter with the pet makes both the dog and its owners feel comfortable and confident about the stay, seeing that our dog felt at home. On the last day when we went to pick up Charmander, our dog was calm and relaxed, clean and happy. We left Jesús a suitcase with Charmander’s bed and his things. Alberto and Isabelle are truly the loveliest couple…they walk Daphne for my while I’m at work always going in different walks and runs. Daphne also gets the pleasure of going out with them on big hikes and even has sleepovers !! It’s a great feeling when you have to travel or work that your most treasured pet is in great hands happy and always looking forward to seeing them !

4 months ago I broke my hip and was in urgent need of a dog walker to walk my large German Shepherd girl Luna. I was so blessed to have found Alberto on the internet. He responded almost immediately to my call for help, the very next day he was at my house mornings and evenings to walk Luna for almost 4 months whilst I recovered. Always on time, completely reliable, kind and always with the biggest smile. Luna was so pleased to see him everyday and enjoyed her morning and late afternoon walks with him. My dogs arrived Friday afternoon after leaving Spain Wednesday morning. I was really pleased to see them, as one of my dogs in particular is nervous and can get quite stressed. They were happy and healthy and very excited to see me. Alexsa and Archie are truly amazing. They looked after my Staffie, Kingston, with so much love, care and genuine warmth. From the first moment, I felt completely comfortable leaving him with them. I want to leave my review for Poop and Scoop because the service has been fantastic. I have trusted them for several days to walk my dog, and I also recently had to leave her for a couple of days. I notified Alexsa and, as always, she was lovely. Both she and her boyfriend took care of Lady with so much affection. When I picked her up, she was happy and you could tell she had spent an amazing weekend.
