I had been thinking about getting a hair transplant for many years and was researching multiple options. Through word of mouth I heard about Dr.Pannos clinic in Marbella and decided to go for it. It was a great decision and I couldn’t be happier with the results after 8 months. The process itself was seamless and Dr.Panno was there at every step. The aftercare was also great and the clinic is always very responsive to make sure you have a smooth and tailored experience. After many years of researching hair transplants all over the world, I had mine done with Dr Panno and his team yesterday. Unlike other clinics, Dr Panno is actively involved at every stage (although nurses/technicians perform alot of the work too, with excellent precision and patience). Dr Panno was waiting for me personally at the clinic when I arrived and took me through all of the admission forms. The procedure itself was long (approx 11 hours for me) but I was always able to take bathroom/water breaks as and when needed. Whilst it is still early days for me, I would not hesitate to recommend Dr Panno and his team to anyone considering a hair transplant. His prices are also very affordable.

I have had 2 procedures with Dr Panno and his team. The first one was 6 years ago and I am very happy with the results. The second one was yesterday and so far so good. The team are fantastic. The consultation is informative and you feel very comfortable. The price is also very good. Turkey has become very popular for transplants but for the very affordable price Dr Panno charges I don’t see why you’d waste your money or time going there. His quality is second to none and a great price. The days leading upto the surgery you get regular updates from the team. On the day there’s no messing or waiting around so if you’re a little nervous or unsure then there’s no time to stress or worry. Other than the injections at the start you feel nothing during the surgery. I had a follow up today and both Dr Panno and I are happy with the results. Another follow up in 3 days time. The aftercare is second to none. I highly recommend using this team. You won’t regret it.

I traveled from the United States to Marbella for an FUE hair transplant with Dr. Panno — 2,500 grafts — and I can honestly say he completely exceeded my expectations. This was a big deal for me. Bigger emotionally than I probably expected. I did not choose Dr. Panno just because he was reasonably priced. I chose him because, after doing my research, I believed he was one of the best in Spain — and after going through the whole experience, I honestly feel like he may be one of the best in the world. What stood out immediately is that he is not just experienced; he is an artist. He looked at my face, my age, my hair, and explained that the goal was not just to give me a hairline, but to give me one that would look great and still be age appropriate. That meant a lot to me. I did not want something fake or overdone. I wanted natural, smart, and well-planned. The procedure day was long, but Dr. Panno kept me calm and comfortable the whole time. The cataract surgery on the first eye 2 days ago was efficiently done and relatively painless. Already the difference between the eyes is noticeable. The new lens is brighter with whiter whites. Assuming the surgery on the other eye goes as well, I would recommend Vistalaser highly.

Had an appointment with one of the doctors yesterday here at Vitalaser, it was very insightful. I went to have a test for an operation. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Everything went very smoothly. The doctor was very patient and was very very thorough in the checkup. It was a very easy and pleasant experience. The offices are situated in the centre of Marbella, but just out of the main centre very easy to get to there is parking around which was very easy for me to get to the clinic. I would recommend giving them a visit .

A new year is around the corner, and it feels natural to reflect on good things happening to me in 2025. I think being introduced to Dr A. Álvarez López will be on top of my list. I have Nordic fair skin and earlier this year a piece had to be removed from under my left eye because of melanoma. Happily a successful surgery was preformed, but being so close to the eye made it necessary for a second surgery, to make the eye closed in a natural way and to make it in line with my right eye. And here is where Dr Álvarez came in. After examining my face he came up with a good plan how to fix the problem and I felt immediately relieved. When I later decided to go ahead with the suggested procedure the doctor’s Coordinator assisted me through the pre-surgery appointments and she made herself constantly available for all my questions. The atmosphere in the operation theatre the day for my surgery was relaxed and I felt comfortable. Dr Álvarez informed my husband about the details around the procedure right afterwards and the follow-up from both the doctor and his coordinator was excellent. I have been healing well and happy the problem with a too open eye exposed to infections and windy weather has been solved. The areas around the eyes are sensitive and complicated, but Dr Álvares did an excellent job with me. Forever grateful for that.

I had lower blepharoplasty 4 months ago and although 74 years old at the time I was extremely happy with the result Dr Alejandro Alvarez Lopez is an excellent surgeon who informs you at each step exactly what is going to happen. I had upper and lower blepharoplasty almost 4 years ago. The surgeon involved didn’t recognize the lower eyelid laxity or he took off too much tissues or both. I had retraction on the lower eyelid. I had three more corrective procedures with the same doctor and they all failed, it was a nightmare. Eight months ago I fortunately met doctor Alvarez. He preformed eyelid revision surgery using hard palate grafting with canthal ligament revision. The surgery was hard but I’m happy that I did it especially with Dr. alveraze. He is very skillful, knowledgeable and a master of his trade. Consider yourself lucky that you came to this page to read this, you won’t find better hands than Dr alveraze. New Dr at the practice called Dr Jamie Weber-Macarthney I took my daughter to him this morning. She’s normally extremely difficult with doctors but he was wonderful with her, really mad a fuss of her and made her feel very comfortable. Didn’t do unnecessary checks stressing her out just listened to the issue and checked the related areas. When we left she even said how much she liked him. High praise from a kid who hates going to the doctor. Very happy

Out of all the clinics I’ve been to in Spain. This was by far the most hospitable. That two women working the front desk were super nice as was the doctor. I came in as a walk, and there were no spots available, but I told them it was an emergency and they made room for me. The doctor was very very accommodating very easy to talk to you. listen to what you had to say and wasn’t just typing on this computer and when is the front again we’re the ones that made it happen to me. I’ve been to many hospitals in Costa del Sol, but honestly, nothing compares to this one. I’ve visited the ER several times and they are always quick, efficient, and incredibly professional. The nurses are caring and attentive, and the receptionist, Manal, was especially welcoming and kind. I had a fracture last month, and Dr. Julia Camusso took excellent care of me throughout the entire bone-healing process. She is extremely kind, hardworking, and genuinely caring — hands down the best orthopedic and traumatologist in town. I would recommend her to absolutely everyone. Even the cafeteria deserves a mention: delicious food and such friendly staff. Everyone makes you feel truly at home. Highly recommended!

I have been a patient of Dr. José Ignacio Gerchunoff for about a year at Hospital Recoletas Salud Marbella and I cannot recommend him enough. He is incredibly knowledgeable and professional, and also very attentive, sensitive, and genuinely caring. I booked an appointment with a specialist over a month in advance. Unfortunately they were out sick and I was only informed 30 minutes in advance. Traffic and parking are not the easiest in this area so I had already arrived in Marbella. Fortunately, the receptionist was able to direct me to their urgent care. I was able to get an emergency prescription refill while waiting for the next available appointment with this specialist in the upcoming weeks/months. Emergency care for expats with private health coverage should be fairly quick and straightforward.

One of the best hospitals in Marbella they are so professional , helpful & caring. It is always busy but clearly because the word around town of how good a hospital it is. I went in for emergency knee surgery and Surgeon could not have been better Doctor Coralles 🙏 thank you. He sent me to their physiotherapy Clinic for two months of incredible treatment by a wonderful woman, Ava 🌟who got me back to normal with her kindness and patience and professionalism. Visited today for sciatica treatment (injection administered), but the receptionist insisted I speak Spanish. The sign clearly stated “international receptionist,” implying English communication should be available. However, about 10 minutes later, another patient arrived and was fully assisted in English. This felt like selective treatment based on appearance, despite all patients paying for the same service.

I’m very pleased with the hospital staff specially with my ophthalmologist Dr. Ramirez and his assistant. My eyes surgeries went very well and I happy with the results. I recommend anyone having any eye problems to come to this hospital.

I don’t recommend this hospital. After visiting the ER with kidney and stomach pain, I was told to return anytime the next week for a scan. On Monday, I was turned away because the doctor wasn’t available, and on Wednesday I was refused again because I hadn’t been told to prepare by drinking fluids beforehand. Poor communication and organisation led to two wasted trips. Emergency care might be fine, but for anything else, avoid this hospital.

I booked an appointment two weeks ago at this private hospital. I clearly know the name of the doctor, and this was my first time coming here. Before the appointment, I asked for a confirmation and was told that it was not necessary, that I only needed to note it on my side. On the day of the appointment, I was informed that the doctor is on holiday. No prior notice. No message. No call. Nothing. Despite this, the staff suggested that I may have contacted another center, which is completely incorrect. This appointment was made with your hospital, and the lack of organization is entirely your responsibility. For a private hospital, this situation is frankly shameful. Total waste of time and a very poor first impression. I absolutely do not recommend this hospital.

If I would be able to put 0 stars, I would do that because this place doesn’t deserve any. I spent here 3 hours yesterday on the correction of nail extensions, paid them 75 euros and got uneven nails, each of them being different length, curved nail polish on top, but this is not the end… After 1 HOUR 2 of my nails were broken! 1 HOUR passed! I called the salon immediately and they said they will make a refund, but when I came today they said they can refund me 5 euros! This is hilarious. Terrible place. I would never come here if I would knew, but master’s Victoria’s Instagram is full of fake works, not hers. Save yourself time, money and stress and never come here.

Was rude, was in a hurry from the beginning and kept looking at the clock behind me. I felt rushed since the beginning: to choose the colour etc… She was so rough on my nails that she hurt me multiple times and made me bleed. She refused to file my nails shorter (I did it afterwards at home). The total was really expensive and they made me come back because they forgot to charge me for something.

I have been to Cerum for all my midwife appointments / baby scans. Dr Benito and Estela have been so helpful throughout the whole experience. Estela even helped me with my suprise gender reveal and helped with booking my daughters birth registration. The team have been so lovely and my only regret is not having my Birth here. Every step of the way there was reassurance, as my past experience was not good at a previous hospital in Malaga. And they were aware of this and told me everything would be perfect. And they sure stood up to that expectation. I met doctor beneto only a month before my delivery date, had some check up and scans. And I had to have a c section in the end, my son was sitting too high up and wasn’t engaging. I booked in and got there first thing in the morning, and was looked after from that very moment. Head nurse was Fantastic, and John who looked after us on a night time. Also took my son into the baby room over night so I could rest and I am the most anxious mum ever and I felt so relaxed with this and give me the rest I needed. It was like a hotel weekend away. Not a hospital, dr beneto is truelly experienced with 40years behind him of delivering babies. The C-section and pain relief afterwards was on top of at all times. Nothing ever missed, very attentive. Looked after my husband while he was staying with me also. Making sure he had a drink and something to eat. All the staff were wonderful didn’t manage to get all there names. If there a bad review about this hospital regarding having babies here I really don’t know why they would write something bad. As it’s the same staff for years here and are all very caring. I came home a very happy content woman. We can’t thankyou enough! Highly recommended don’t think twice about having your baby here. I had my baby girl here in March 2018 she’s my first child and I was adamant I had a completely natural birth. I also wanted a very personal experience and that’s exactly what I got. The entire team are amazing!!! I couldn’t recommend it more I had Elena as my midwife she done all my antinatle classes so by the time I was in labour I really felt comfortable with her and knew she was aware of my birth plan. I was also very spacific with what I wanted when my baby arrived ie no vaccinations, no eye drops and I didn’t want her bathed I also wanted delayed ambilicalcord clapping, I got ALL of these things which I know many “natural mothers” who requested them in other hospitals and still the child was given these things. Although they do recommend them they was very respectful of my choices. As for the labour itself again I couldn’t have wished for a better experience, I had a water birth my partner and my sister was in the room the entire time as well as Elena who was calm and encouraging and Dr Benito came in and out. The room was lovely and tranquil with no lights except from the red bulbs in the water that along with the hypnotherapy music we brought with us made a very calming atmosphere. Elena was beyond amazing she’s got a wonderfully warm way about her and towards the end when I was in unbelievable pain she kept me calm and motivated. Dr Benito was also fantastic again I felt he knew me and my plans very well as I had all my monthly scans with him. Even the receptionest remembers your name here it really is that personal. Huge huge thank you to the entire team and especially Elena and Dr Benito for taking such great care of me and delivering my baby girl. I will 100% return for my next baby xx

If you are English I would not advise you go to hospital ceram. I had major surgery here as a private paying patient and I was treated terribly to the point where I left crawling on my hands and knees with drains attached internally and externally. The reception speak English but the nurses do not. I have been in Spain 12 years and this is the first time I have experienced discrimination to this extent. After surgery I was put in a lovely room – for 6 hours no one checked on me, no one gave me water or offered food. When I asked the nurse why.. she begrudgingly brought me a bottle of water along with a syringe full of something to ‘help me sleep’. I said stop please what medication is in the syringe? The lady started huffing shouting at me in spanish and walked out the room. That was my first interaction with a nurse, at this point 7 hours after surgery. I asked her to remove my iv so I could leave and she laughed in my face. I removed my own IV drip and left the hospital with stomach drains and bottles of blood still attached. 2 doctors just came to my home and removed the drains ten minutes ago of me writing this (the day after). I would not recommend this hospital they have actually traumatised me. There is more but it’s too much to write. The fact I left with drains, crawling and crying my eyes out should be enough for you to understand how my experience was… There are plenty of amazing hospitals in Marbella and Malaga, if you are English do not go here – it was 100% discrimination at its finest.
