Very nice company to work with. Everything is really transparant in terms of costs and hours spend. This is very rare in Spain. Quality is good they did 400m2 of big (120×120) tiles in my home and it was made perfectly. Staff is also polite and nice 👍

We were very lucky to stumble upon JD, initially to just floor plan our small apartment but eventually project managing the renovation (or reform as they say here). Having found G2 in a google search one naturally worries that you might fall foul of a dodgy builder. Absolutely no need to worry here. This project was on time and on budget. JD and Almudena helped with excellent design suggestion and execution, communicating effectively along the way. We are very happy with the outcome. We’ve made great use of the small space we have, it’s been hassle free and represents excellent value. Lastly, the workmanship is spot on. We have a lot of tiles and it’s the best tiling I’ve seen in a building project. What a lucky find these guys were.

Got an Airbnb here during trip to Spain and stopped a few days to visit Marbella. The townhouse is really nice and modern, gated community is very secure with 24/7 guard station and cameras. Easy access to nearby spots but the beach here is a total disaster and should not even be considered a beach.

I have dealt with many Real States over the years and I can say without hesitation that Marbella Unique Properties goes above and beyond for their clients. Yolanda, my agent, was very knowledgeable and always displayed such great level of professionalism, integrity and experience, making my home buying process a lot easier of what I thought it would be! I cannot thank you enough for the invaluable knowledge and assistance that you provided from start to finish!

I dealt with Lucio. He was very aware of the need to match a suitable buyer with my house. He contacted a prospective buyer who he had not spoken to in 3 years as my house had the all specific features the client had mentioned but still had not found. House sold after a long time on the market with other firms who just expected sales to come through the door without any effort from them. Best€ 500, 000 commission I have ever paid!

If there was an option to not give any star rating at all then that’s what we would give. Paid a substantial deposit for a mediocre (at best) and overpriced villa only to not have the deposit returned. DO NOT BOOK through this company. Biggest shower of crooks in Spain. Customer Service is appalling and business ethic is non existent. The furthest thing from reputable you can imagine. Avoid at all costs holidaymakers, RIP OFF MERCHANTS!!!

If using this company ensure you get a sign copy of the report on return and take photographic evidence to protect yourself. As on many other reviews below, the company changed their mind on the state of return AFTER saying everything was perfect when keys returned. Now a large amount of money out of pocket over a month later as no deposit returned

Please do not use! £4000 deposit required for villa which they have now refused to return despite agreeing villa immaculate when the keys were returned. Stay away!
