1 star service. As a long-standing customer of Suntransfers, this review is particularly disappointing to write. For this trip, I paid for a premium minivan. What arrived was an old, heavily worn vehicle with significant external damage that bore little resemblance to what most customers would reasonably expect from a premium service. The air conditioning was also not functioning properly despite temperatures exceeding 30°C, making the journey extremely uncomfortable for the entire family. The situation deteriorated further when the driver advised that he needed fuel but was unable to obtain authorisation from his manager. We were then delayed at a petrol station for approximately 20 minutes while he attempted to secure payment for fuel. Being delayed during an airport transfer because a driver does not have sufficient fuel or authorisation to purchase it is not something any customer should experience. Following the journey, I raised a formal complaint with Suntransfers. I expected the matter to be taken seriously. Instead, for the return journey, the company sent the same driver and the same vehicle. That decision alone demonstrated a complete disregard for the concerns that had been raised. The return transfer concluded with a further issue at Faro Airport. Rather than using an appropriate drop-off location, the driver stopped on the main road. While unloading our luggage, he was approached by police after stopping in what appeared to be a bus lane. My young children witnessed the interaction and became distressed, believing that we had done something wrong. What disappoints me most is not that things went wrong. Problems can occur in any business. What matters is how a company responds when they are made aware of them. In this case, I reported multiple serious concerns, only for the company to repeat exactly the same service failure on the return journey. After many previous bookings, I can no longer recommend Suntransfers based on this experience. The vehicle quality, operational standards, complaint handling and customer care all fell well below expectations. Unfortunately, this will be my last booking with the company.

An absolutely dreadful experience and completely unprofessional service! We used Suntransfers for our holiday in Ibiza, and we were treated with a total lack of respect and carelessness both upon arrival and departure.On our arrival transfer to the hotel (Booking reference: suntr_w02103), the driver refused to drop us off in front of the reception. He abandoned us on the street, 300 meters away, falsely claiming that the Ibiza municipality bans minibus access to that area. This was a blatant lie: I have clear photographic evidence showing other companies, with identical minibuses, stopping right at our hotel door without any issues! We were forced to drag our own luggage all that distance due to the driver’s misinformation and sheer laziness.However, the worst of it happened on our return journey (Booking reference: suntr_wu0065). Two days before departure, we modified the pickup time and accepted a change proposed by them: instead of the initial minibus, they offered to send a taxi. Even though everything was agreed upon and confirmed, no car ever showed up on the day of departure. When we desperately contacted them to find out where the taxi was, they offered a pathetic excuse: they claimed they “remained on the old time zone”.Because of this unacceptable organizational error and the fact that they completely stranded us, I was in imminent danger of missing my international Lufthansa flight to Frankfurt, with a connection to Bucharest. We went through an indescribable amount of stress looking for emergency solutions at the very last minute. Avoid Suntransfers at all costs! They are unreliable, disrespect their customers’ time, and put your return flights at serious risk!

Blue Sky made the entire process so so so easy and enjoyable. Their fleet of cars is incredible and their flexibility allowed us to enjoy multiple cars throughout our stay. Their staff is fantastic and such a pleasure to deal with. They made sure that we had everything we needed and also suggested amazing scenic routes to enjoy the vehicles and our time to the fullest. They weren’t pushy like others I have dealt with in the past, they truly just wanted to make sure that we had the absolute best time possible. Beware, this guy is not to be trusted. He was supposed to sell my car and a10% fee for him (contract). Sold it and I met the new owner 6 months later by accident. Turned out he sold the car for way more then he told me. He is not the trusted third party you expect him to be. Edit as a reaction to Cunild: Yes you explained, but its simple you sold it on the same day that you bought the car from me. I have the contracts to prove it. Very dodgy.

Our tour of Gibraltar was absolutely fantastic. Juan, our driver, was punctual in picking us up at our hotel, and the ride was very comfortable. Our guide in Gibraltar, Tommy, was the best tour guide we’ve ever had. As a lifetime resident of Gibraltar, he had so much knowledge and personal history to share, all of which was fascinating. He was great with our kids, answered all of our questions, was so kind, and made our experience truly special. I would give more than five stars if I could!

Amazing experience! We decided literally last minute to do a walking tour of Ronda. We contacted the office at 1:30pm and Rocio was amazing. She was on it immediately. Managed to find us a guide do some administrative magic open the system send us a link and book a tour for 3:00 pm all in under an hour. She also sent us a great parking spot next to our meeting spot. Everything was smooth. Our guide Antonio was on another level. Great guy. He was very knowledgeable managed to entertain us all. He is a local in every meaning of the word. Showed us every place worth seeing explained the history and left us with many recommendations and a desire to visit again soon. Would definitely recommend the tour especially if you are short on time and want Antonio’s help navigating. Amazing experience, fantastic company and lovely team. Thank you.

We booked a private wine tasting experience with Full Vitality Events during our stay for a group of 10 people, and it exceeded all expectations. The entire experience was organized at our Villa, making it very convenient. The sommelier was professional, knowledgeable, and made the tasting both informative and entertaining. We enjoyed a wonderful selection of wines, learned about the different regions and grape varieties, and had the opportunity to discover some excellent local wines. Everything was really well presented, and the atmosphere created was perfect for our group. It was one of the highlights of our trip and a fantastic way to spend an evening together.

Fresh, great bread. Occasionally very good but limited wines on offer. It is worth stopping by. The staff is friendly. They speak mainly Spanish, however. For those who are of the opinion that they must be able to speak German and English… we are in Spain, my dears, and if after 5 years you still don’t know what bread, milk, and butter mean in Spanish, it is simply embarrassing!!Wurde vor kurzem umgebaut. Beware of this Car Park centre, we paid over € 18.00 for about 2 hour and 15 mins parking, there are no prices displayed anywhere we could find, no carpark assistance, no pay machine that we could find, the spaces are quite small and very tight, I would not park my private car here, only we had a rental car and we did find a safe spot, (very rare), on the good side, it is located beside good shopping, so if you have a rental car and going in to spend a lot of money in these shops, you won’t mine € 20 or € 30 for parking,

RIP OFF!! Park anywhere but here. This rip off lot has the highest rates that I have ever paid globally. The fact that there were no posted rate should’ve been the tip off that they are a rip off.
