Toni Pons is a lovely shoe shop in old town Marbella. They have a great selection of shoes for women’s and a selection for men. The women who worked there were patient and very helpful. These guys a truly amazing! They went above and beyond to make my dress perfect. I always knew I’d struggle to find a dress as I wanted something different, they helped me customise my dress by adding on feathers, glitter sleeves and glitter socks, making it totally unique. I went to drop off a new order and mentioned, with no intention of making a complaint, that they had made a mistake on the two previous orders (they embroidered the towels as if they were bath mats). My surprise was immense when a lady appeared with a document for me to sign, demanding that I accept that they would not be held responsible if they ruined the garments. I placed a test order because it seemed cheap, and I ordered 4 things. After 15 days, I haven’t received the order; I call and no one answers, and they ignore my WhatsApp. I asked for a refund but nothing happened; they only asked who the order should be in the name of and nothing else was heard. Yesterday I was in this shop in Marbella. I am totally disappointed from the attitude towards me! I went in the shop around 21:15, it closes at 21:30. I was looking for a specific dress for a long time and I found it there. I asked a girl from the staff where is the fitting room, she told me it is at the second floor, she allowed myself to go to the fitting room no matter the shop was about to close in a few minutes.I went to the second floor where another girl roughly refused me to go to the fitting room and try the dress. I explained her that I was in the shop for 15 mins already. I really wanted to buy this dress but she didn’t allow me to go to the fitting room. I guess this behavour towards clients is inadmissible! I saw a broken communication between the staff. I don’t want to go anymore in Mango foe shopping, even if I like somw of your models!!!!!! I am totally angry! I believe your staff has to be educated how to behave with clients!!!!

I wanted to exchange a skirt, the zipper wasn’t working nicely, and the manager try to convince me that it’s was working fine instead to help me. I ended at a tailor, which understood and changed the zipper.

Lacoste store in La Cañada and bought a pair of sneakers for €120. This was my first purchase from this brand, and I am very impressed! The sneakers are incredibly comfortable and high-quality, with great attention to detail. I didn’t pay much attention to Lacoste before, but now I see how much the brand has evolved, offering stylish and interesting items, including footwear.
