We’re from the UK and have an apartment near Marbella. We drove down with our poodle, Ruby, after Xmas but knew we would have to leave her for a long weekend in January ’25 to attend a family event in Germany. We found Hogar Pets on the app Rover and having visited to introduce Ruby to Jose we were happy to leave her in his safe keeping for 5 days. We got videos and updates daily and it was clear that Ruby had settled in well and was enjoying her time with the other dogs under Jose’s care. My standard poodle seemed to enjoy staying at Hogarpets. When I took her back there, she stood happily waiting to enter and greet Jose and the few other dogs. Jose sent two or three videos per day of the dogs walking or lounging. Jose does not speak English, but his girlfriend speaks enough to communicate. I will use him in the future.

Our dog is always excited to see Jesús when he takes care of her. He sends photos and videos, all of which she is wagging her tail and happy. He has taken care of her about a dozen times and we are so glad we found him.

We are very happy! Our dog has stayed here several times now for walks and day care, and once for four nights. Already on the second visit, our dog was genuinely excited to see him again, which immediately gave us a great feeling. It’s clear that our dog really enjoys being here and feels comfortable and safe. We can see that he is well cared for, gets plenty of attention, and is treated with kindness. Very happy with the great care Jesús gave to our dog Charmander. Our pet stayed for seven days at Raico Mascotas. Communication with Jesús was fluid and constant, which allowed us to know the status of our pet at all times. Every day, Jesús sent us several videos of Charmander throughout the day (at least three) very well narrated, describing each day with Charmander. I’ve been bringing my dog here for 12 years – since he was a puppy. It’s the only place where I feel 100% comfortable. I travel a lot and want my boy to have the best possible care. They know him well and give him loads of love. He’s so happy – and I’m incredibly grateful! I only wish they had a branch in New York (where we live 1/2 the year) – there really is nothing like it anywhere. And as I always say – it makes me wish I was a tiny dog!

Tiny Dog Hotel has my heart! When it comes to the level of care and comfort for my Bichon Frise I source only the best! This luxury pet hotel came by a word of mouth recommendation. From the moment I contacted them they were so customer service oriented. This was Coco’s first time being boarded in Spain but after touring the facility and meeting the staff and owners my worries melted away. They executed all my requests perfectly down to the timely drop off for her brand photo shoot with a fresh haircut! I’m definitely using them again!

I couldn’t be happier with the care my little rescue Pomeranian received. She’s naturally very shy and usually struggles to socialize, so I was honestly amazed when they showed me videos of her feeling safe, relaxed, and even enjoying time with other dogs. When I picked her up, her face said it all, she had the biggest smile and looked so happy and confident. That alone meant everything to me. Fantastic Doggie hotel! I have just collected my 7 month old chihuahua from a 5 night stay! He is so happy and has grown with being around the other puppies and small dogs! He went to stay with his big sister and they shared the same kennel 🙂 this made me feel a lot more relaxed. My partner has been taking his furry baby to the tiny dog hotel for years! Alexsa and Archie are truly amazing. They looked after my Staffie, Kingston, with so much love, care and genuine warmth. From the first moment, I felt completely comfortable leaving him with them.
