Our check-in manager Yera was really friendly on arrival and also accommodated us to check-in early. Also, she brought a bottle of rose wine on arrival which was a really nice touch. She showed us around the house and was very helpful with recommendations etc. The property is stunning as well as the surrounding area, and was perfect for us girls on our holiday. There is a really nice pool however no sunbeds but was fine to have towels around. There is also a really cheap supermarket so we were able to make food. The air-con wasn’t working however, we were fine with this but am sure the staff would come out and sort it as they have been very attentive throughout the experience. The only downfall is that the beach is about a 30 minute walk to puerto banus. Taxis are very easy to get though so didn’t bother us too much. All in all we really enjoyed our stay 🥰

We recently stayed at Casa Adel as a group party of 7 and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The villa was absolutely superb- everything from the cleanliness of the property to the condition of the pool was faultless. The entire place was beautifully maintained and clearly very well looked after. It felt comfortable, welcoming and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The pool in particular was a real highlight and kept to a high standard. A special mention must go to Marie, our check in manager, who was great. She made the arrival process smooth and welcoming, and her friendly, helpful approach really set the tone for our stay and is an asset to your team. We had a wonderful time staying at the Villa Sina. It is a beautiful home in a stunning location. The views were amazing and the villa was clearly designed to make the most of every angle. The outside areas were ample and there was more than enough room for all 7 of us to sit together for meals or to escape with a book. The area of Marbella was lovely and the locals were friendly. Our host, Marie was welcoming, friendly and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Overall, a flawless stay that we would all recommend 👌

My friends and I have just returned from an incredible stay at Casa Hierbas. The apartment is absolutely beautiful, well equipped and features a fantastic spacious balcony that’s perfect for al fresco dining and relaxing. The location is ideal, just a short walk from Puerto Banús & nearby beach clubs. We were also looked after by the fabulous Marie, who made sure our stay in Marbella was perfect. We had an amazing time and can’t wait to return again very soon!

I had a great experience with this SOLO. The booking process was smooth, quick, and completely hassle-free from start to finish. The vehicle was exactly as shown in the photos, very clean, and in excellent condition. Everything was spotless and the car was absolutely perfect on pickup. Both the check-in and check-out processes were very fast and efficient. I had no issues at all during the rental, and everything went very smoothly. I really enjoyed the whole experience and would definitely rent from them again. Highly recommended.

*Edit* since writing this review there has been correspondence back and fourth and they have agreed to return my deposit in the end. DO NOT USE! I hired a car from here and it was all okay until one of the tyres went flat. I looked closer and it had been worn right down. I only had this car 2 days so know it couldn’t have been me. I followed the correct steps by letting them know and they sent a truck out to recover me. I got a new car for the rest of my rental and returned it with no problems. I hadn’t heard from them but they still had my deposit. I emailed them to ask about it and they hit me with an invoice for 4 new tyres totalling 773,25€! As well as other hidden costs totalling at €890. They can only discuss this over email as apparently it’s a different department. This is not honest or fair business. I would recommend avoiding. There are lots of other car rentals in the area. If the company changes it’s stance and discusses this with me I will amend my review accordingly.

Charged €100 for this and apparently some hair which they did not send me evidence of. Even though I paid FULL coverage! Clearly don’t clean between clients as expect you to valet after your use. I’ve seen similar reviews. Pure greed. We used to rent 7-8 times per year through this company but instead of valuing customers they would rather €100 euro 😂 Do not use this company

Very simple. If you want the best service and the most comfortable immaculate vehicles then MIPA are the best. Yes you will find cheaper. But MIPA give excellent value for the extra cost. I am happy to fully recommend the company.

Our experience was extremely disappointing. Swish Marbella completely ruined our family holiday through poor advice, lack of transparency and an unacceptable level of customer service. Apartment W48 is advertised as a luxury apartment, but it falls far below that standard. We fully expected Puerto Banús to be lively; what Swish never disclosed was that both bedrooms are directly above a nightclub operating until 6:00 a.m., while the opposite side of the apartment faces another venue filled with drunk tourists until around 2:00 a.m. There is simply no quiet side of the apartment. Sleeping was impossible. Knowing that we were travelling with two children, a professional agency should never have recommended this property as suitable for family. The concierge service also failed to deliver what was promised. Once full payment had been made, we were left to organise most of our reservations ourselves. We also arrived to find the apartment still being cleaned, and its overall condition was far below what anyone would expect from a luxury . Instead of enjoying our family holiday, we spent our time searching for alternative accommodation because staying in the apartment was simply impossible. What should have been a relaxing holiday became a stressful experience. A luxury agency should protect its clients from experiences like this—not create them.

I highly recommend George and his team. The team of 6 men came and cleared out a three storey townhouse in hours. They cleaned up everything before leaving. All our belongings were stored for just 10 months and returned to our new apartment in perfect condition. We moved to a 6th floor apartment and 2 men carried the larger items up the stairs. They could not have been more obliging. I asked George if he could arrange a cleaner and again this was provided and was brilliant. Superb service. Thank you George and your team.

I am writing this to inform anyone who wants to rent long term property there… They falsely advertise what they are actually offering on their own website… Normally when you offer monthly prices and tell others that a villa is available for 5 months, you would think that they are offering it for long term… But they don’t. They will tell you that it’s only available for short holiday rentals and not for long term because with this they can get more money in. So I cannot speak for the properties itself, but just letting you know that you won’t be able to rent anything long term even when they do advertise it on their own website. Very misleading advertising for anyone looking for a monthly rental. Because we were about to pay upfront for 6 months fully and wanted to live there in absolute low season, I also asked if I could speak to the owner and negotiate with him, but of course they wouldn’t give out the number of the owner.

We stayed in a wonderful house by the beach in Las Dunas Bahia de Marbella and had a fabulous holiday. Homewatch kept in regular touch and were really helpful with suggestions for restaurants etc. Check in instructions were clear and the house was very clean and well equipped. I hope that we can return one day! We were very happy with the service we received and would recommend this company!

We stayed at the Jade Palace complex, great property outstanding facilities etc We had the best holiday ever the central, secure location. I loved everything about it but especially the gym, the kids came over for a weekend and loved the pool and spa. I found homewatch very efficient. Even when I had a small issue at the weekend they were straight on to it. I plan to use homewatch again in the very near future and woyld have no hesitation recommending these guys. Like others we had a lot of (and severe) problems (eg hygiene, electricity, heating, false advertising etc) in our house and stay and we cant recommend renting from them or trusting their listings. This agency is dishonest, unprofessional and does not take care of the object.

I did enjoyed my stay however, the appartment was not check properly. I agreed to pay more a property to have 3 bedrooms during 2 weeks to enjoy more space when parents joined us the first week. At the end 1 room was not useable due to awfull smell of moisture. My son sleep in the coach. The 2nd week he went to the 2nd room. Back to the coach due to heavy works being the wall from 8pm… no consideration, no refund, no rebate… just a Sorry. Hate that. ( deposit still not refund after a week)
