What can I say. If you don‘t go here, there is little space for the others – and me😜 It is just fantastic here. If you enjoy a nice friendly and very professional service with a warm host, this is the place to be. If you value fresh good food where everybody finds his/her highlight then this place is a must. Great food and very good wine list. And if you want to eat at one of the greatest spot along the Costa del sol then don‘t miss it and book in advance as this place is rare and popular!

What an amazing restaurant. The staff, service and setting is incredible! The food was outstanding. If you’re coming to Marbella and you’re looking for a fantastic restaurant, make a reservation here! Front of house manager, forgot his name, sorry. What a great guy. We’re back in July for another week and have already booked it for a Birthday celebration. Thank you Luuma!

Fabulous food with great service. Party of 22 for dinner, easily accommodated. Staff were great and the gent on front of house had prepared two tables – inside and outside as the weather was turning cool. The two outstanding dishes were the burger and the rack of ribs, but am the food was great.

Had an amazing time at Luuma Beach Restaurant for dinner! The view and sunset were wonderful, but the food stole the show — we started with a couple of specials to kick things off. Great atmosphere, amazing service, and an all-around good time.

We love coming here to have dinner before going to Starlite for a concert. Beautifully designed restaurant with sea views and very nice service. We loved the octopus with mashed sweet potato and chorizo cramble! We’ll see you soon. Pedro

Absolutely amazing experience! A beautiful pet-friendly restaurant right by the beach with stunning views and such a relaxing atmosphere. The food was outstanding — every dish was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. The staff were incredibly warm, friendly, and welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. One of the best spots in Marbella to enjoy great food with your dog by your side. This place has become a must-visit every single time I’m in Marbella. Highly recommended!

The portions are quite big which we liked. The service only gets 4 stars since the staff that greeted us first said it was available inside, then they talked into their walkie talkie for a good while, while we stood there awkwardly. We also had to ask several waiters repeatedly to get the check, while waiting an unnecessary amount of time. The food was all good, as well as the matcha latte and the coffee.

Had a great experience at Rosas Cafe! The food was lovely and the atmosphere was welcoming, but what really stood out was the excellent service from Muhammed. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our visit. His positive attitude and professionalism made us feel really looked after. Customer service like his makes a big difference and definitely made the experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you, Muhammed!

I loved this place!! The food was okay, the quesadillas had a bit too much cheese for my preferred amount, but the rest was okay. The ambience was extraordinary! So was the presentation of the dishes! Very feminine, but such a nice vibe, very calm, and a good place to meet up with friends! The menu is a magazine that displays the story of the owner, and also the actual menu itself. I found that the pastries such as the chocolate caramel cake were dry. But, the pistachio cake was delicious. Overall, I highly recommend this place for its ambience, not so much food.

Cute and quiet place to sit and enjoy a drink or some food. The service is ok – took a while to be seated and for my order to be taken, however the order arrived quickly. Not the cheapest but it’s a premium spot.

I went with my family for brunch at Rosas Cafe and we were amazed by the decoration, food quality, and the kindness of the staff. The team was very friendly, and we loved their dish recommendations. We ordered the Buenos Días, Teriyaki Bowl, Eggs Royale, and some chicken quesadillas, which we absolutely loved. The drinks were also very good, especially the fresh juices made on the spot, but the highlight was definitely the crème brûlée coffee. Thank you to Rosas Cafe for welcoming us so warmly. We definitely recommend it, especially if you are visiting Puerto Banús! ✨

Overall, we had a pleasant experience at Cappuccino Marbella. The food was good and the quality of the ingredients was evident. However, there are several areas that could be improved to match the restaurant’s premium atmosphere. The presentation of the dishes could use more attention. For example, the club sandwich was served on its own without any chips or fries, which made it feel incomplete for the price. Small details like this would enhance the overall dining experience. We also noticed that the teapot was not properly polished and appeared dirty, which was disappointing. Unfortunately, the service was inconsistent. One of our drinks was forgotten, and we had to remind the staff twice before it arrived. In addition, we waited more than eight minutes for the bill, and by the time of writing this review, we were still waiting. Cappuccino Marbella has great potential with its good food and lovely setting, but improving the presentation, attention to detail, and service efficiency would make the experience much more enjoyable.

I only recommend to go to this place to have a drink, a coffee/tea with a dessert (didn’t try it) because of the location on the paseo . The terrace is facing the sea. For the food, it’s definitely overpriced for nothing special. Croquettes iberico + a burger + a tinto do verano = 58€. They don’t know what is a burger and what you can get for 58€. I added a picture of the burger. 32€ for this… even a child 10 years is doing the same. Bun is without interest, meat overcooked, salad and tomato…. For 32€, you are expecting something else and at least house French fries… definitely not a place for dinner. The staff is not polite and really not smiling . Said hello to 2 of them and they simply didn’t reply….on’y 1 was nice (let’s normal…)

Really recommend you come here for brunch. The food and service was great and I also think it has the best coffee I’ve tried so far in Marbella. Be aware it finishes the breakfast/brunch selection at 12 as it changes to a different menu. All in all it cost €61 for 2 x latte 1 x super juice 1 x juice 1 x eggs Benedict with ham and 1 x avocado with scrambled eggs on bread and a ham and cheese board with croissant and bread. All of which was very nice and keeps you going for the whole day.

We had a great experience at Cappuccino Marbella. The place was very busy, but we were lucky to get a table for our group of five without waiting too long. The atmosphere was lively, service was smooth, and the sushi was impressively fresh. Overall, everything was really enjoyable. The only downside was the pizza ,unfortunately, it didn’t meet our expectations. But aside from that, everything else was spot on. Definitely worth a visit and highly recommended.

Cappuccino Marbella stands out for its amazing location, offering beautiful views over the coastline. The setting alone makes it a great place to relax and enjoy a meal. Cappuccino Marbella is officially the “cheapest” restaurant in terms of service and hospitality despite their “fine dinning” prices I’ve ever been to. I’ve ordered a well done burger. They brought me a burger that’s not well done inside , after I’ve beaten it and realized it I sent it back. And on the photo attached you can see the burger they returned to me…The burger that I’ve beaten hasn’t been replaced, instead they just fried the very same beaten beef patty and brought it back to me well done. I guess I have to be thankful at least for getting it right the second time.

Stayed in apartment 602 and it was great. Lovely newly refurbished kitchen with everything we needed. Lovely to have the duplex so felt spacious and the extra downstairs loo was an added bonus. Lovely and clean with a hoover to enable us to give the place a once over when we got back from the beach/the apartment needed it. The washing machine was a dream to have to rinse out towels etc. Sun all day from the afternoon on the balcony. The only thing I’d say was missing was a full length mirror but simply an observation. Getting beds round the pool was a bit manic as people were queuing to get their lounger mattresses from over an hour before it actually opened though I expected this having visited the SKOL annually growing up with family and it was the same then. 🤣🤣 Plenty of room on the beach though. You cannot beat The SKOL for location. A walk to the old town and harbour etc with a supermarket/great bars and restaurants just along the front out the gardens gate which is literally directly onto the beach. Fab long run towards Puerto Banus every morning was glorious. Daniela was very quick to respond to emails when booking. I’ll definitely go back to this apartment. ❤️

We stayed in Skol 541B and had a wonderful time. The location was perfect, right in the heart of Marbella close to the beach and Old Town with so many lovely restaurants to choose from just a few steps away. The pool was great, sun beds 3 EUR each for all day. The apartment was clean and well equipped with beautiful views. The service we received was excellent – Daniela + Vincenzo answered all our questions and ensured we had a comfortable stay. 5 Stars from me!

Great apartment in ideal location – very close to the beach yet within easy walking distance of the old town! Apartment is a lot larger than many others in the area but does not have a seaview. The balcony, which easily seats 4-6 people, overlooks a crossroads and sits above some restaurants but we’ve never had any issues with noise! The two bedrooms are extremely spacious with lots of storage, and each has their own full bathroom, one of which has a bath and the other a walk in shower. The kitchen is modern and has all mod cons, from microwave to full oven and hob, American fridge freezer, washing machine and dryer and even a wine fridge! Much appreciated. The Nuevo Venencia restaurant downstairs is fabulous and caters for many locals – indicative of how good it is! A cocktail bar opposite which does extremely good cocktails, pizza place and bakery within 30 seconds of the front door provide additional food options but being so close to all the other amenities make this the perfect apartment for short or long stays!

We’ve stayed at Skol a few times over the past few years and we love it. Feels like coming back to an old friend. This time we stayed in 703a which is a lovely apartment with a separate lounge area and a balcony with fabulous sea view. We enjoyed spending lazy days around the pool and beach. There are so many restaurants and bars you’re spoilt for choice but our favourites are La Ola and Basillio on the beach. Would definitely recommend and we will be back again ☺️

🌳 Nice lake with large beach area. Plenty of shade too. 🏕️ Seems like it is popular with campers. You can drive up to the water and camp. 🎣 Many people also fish on from the shore and from the dam. 🥘 There are picnic tables in the shade. Some tables are under a big tent. 🅿️ There is plenty of parking. 🧑‍🧑‍🧒‍🧒 There a kids playing area. 🏃 There are couple of trails suitable for walking and running.

The name is absolutely fitting, there are indeed turtles! We almost gave up looking for them when it occurred to us they might be avoiding the ducks. And the people, and dogs maybe. Further away from all of this, we saw about 6-7 of them while standing on the the dam – both on the shore and in the water. This was in early October. They would float and chill for a bit, then dive suddenly, reappear after a short while… Really cute to watch!:-) The water itself is not very clear, though.

Cute small lake with some nice trails surrounding the area. Great little spot to bring your dog and explore, and if you sit there quietly, apart from spotting the ducklings, you can spot the turtles popping their heads out of the water and swimming around the lake.

The seven kilometre stretch of walkway from Puerto Banus to marbella, would have to be one of the mast scenic walks on the costa, beat done on a lovely sunny day, there are many free toilets to use along the way that are frequently cleaned, there are also may cafes and restaurants along the stretch, for a rest or lunch. Definitely a must do when visiting the Costa del Sol.

Great camping, has all the facilities needed. Toilets were a little old and not many showers for the size of the camping. It is also a little “crowded” as we prefer smaller and more private places but it was not noisy. Restaurant and swimming pool area are great.

Liked: The smell of the pines and the pool which was quite convenient. The full burger was not too bad. Good for families and older people. Or just a 2/3 day stay. Disliked: The overall attitude of the female owner who was once nice and once very not, or two-faced probably when she was nice…. the food was very limited. The highway right next to the tent area (noisy as f***) and the uneven ground to camp definitely makes it not easy to sleep well.Liked: The pines’smell and the pool which was quite convenient . Wonderful long weekend away in the heart of nature, great camping site with spacious plots. Lovely staff all around, on our arrival at reception we were greeted by Andres so kind and helpful in lending us an electrical cable which we forgot to bring.||Pool area big and spacious with a very nice bar next to it. 10 minutes walk from the camping site to a beautiful beach just by crossing the bridge. This is a site that needs some work to improve the driveways around the site and perhaps to even out the pitches. That being said, the staff were very friendly and helpful and there’s a lovely bar/ restaurant with pool on site. It is keenly priced and, I would imagine it’s better suited to caravans and tents where you can use your car to get about as the walk to the beach and shops can be tricky.

Upsides, pool is a good size and clean with a bar restaurant overlooking it, toilets and showers are again clean and a good size. Downsides, maintenance of the site is very much in desperate need ie: road surface around the site is shocking, roads are very narrow with tree desperately in need of a trim or in some cases total removal, pitches are very limited to getting a good one ( luck of the draw ) and the location of the electric hook ups are in many cases mad. You are told to park up and walk around the site to locate your desired pitch, when doing this please also take notice of mentioned tree’s and plan you navigation to the pitch, especially people with motorhomes over 6 meters, even if it means going the wrong way around a so called one-way system. We stayed 3 nights out of season and the cost was just short of 30 euro per night with EH, I think personally I wouldn’t pay more than this in high season, for what I paid it seams to me to be on the very limit for what the site has to offer and condition of the site. At the end of the day everyone’s expectations are different and you will always get good and bad one’s. Also take some ant powder and vasoline, we got an ant infestation on the second day, use the vasoline to coat the electric cable near your van connection so they can’t climb into your plug socket area and circle each wheel with the ant powder .

We had an excellent stay at Camping La Buganvilla! This campsite is perfect for families and couples looking for a peaceful retreat near Marbella. The facilities are well-maintained and clean throughout our entire stay. The bungalows are spacious with comfortable beds and air conditioning which was essential during the hot summer days. The grounds are beautiful with plenty of green space and mature trees providing natural shade. The pool area is fantastic – always clean with plenty of sun loungers available. The location is ideal, just a short drive to Marbella center and the beach. Staff members were friendly and helpful whenever we needed assistance. The restaurant on site serves delicious food at reasonable prices. Overall, highly recommend this campsite for anyone visiting the Costa del Sol area!

We have a small campervan. Price for a night is very reasonable. The location is great and it is not a very long walk to the beach. The pool area and gardens are very clean and tidy. The restaurant has a small menu, however the food is good. The staff are happy 😁 the toilets and showers are older but very clean. Maybe could benefit from an onsite shop. Although, it isn’t a far walk to get what you need. Overall we had a great stay and will return.

Our little Gusi is gone… a great void has been left in our hearts after 18 years together. The only comfort left for my parents is knowing the good life, affection, and love they gave him throughout all those years. Until his last breath, his family did not stop dedicating beautiful words to him so that he could leave calmly and in peace. I want to take this opportunity to thank Dr. Paula for how well she treated him and us. She didn’t stop throughout the entire process of stroking him and dedicating beautiful words, and she even let a few tears fall. Thank you so much for the great humanity and kindness you showed us all and, of course, your professionalism. Thank you very much!!! Muchas gracias!!! 😘😘😘Translated commentShow original

They kindly refund you the €50. The stay was decent, they have shared spaces like kitchen area, and showers in all floors. They provide laundry washing for €10 I think. All was well, good location overall. The front office regularly have break times so make sure to time your check-in and check-out properly.

This pension has a very convenient location, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Everything was exceptionally clean and well maintained. We chose a room with a private bathroom and toilet, and it turned out to be very comfortable and convenient. There is also a lovely terrace with a fridge and a practical counter for preparing food, which we really appreciated. Overall, a great place to stay! Recommend!

Perfect place to stay – I will come back that is for sure.|Very cozy place, with 2 terrasses. Room clean and staff very friendly and helpful. |Just 1 minutes walk, and you are on street in old town with many restaurants. 5 minutes walk to the beach. I had to check out 11.00 AM and my flight was in the afternoon. I could have my luggage stored at the hotel, and thereby have all day at the beach (I am very grateful for that). A decent hostel very close to the city centre & beach. The room was big& clean enough. However I think all drain pipes are connected together & henceforth our wash basin was stinking. There is just 1 toilet for every floor which was another pain. Most of the time the toilets were occupied & I had to wait for ages. The receptionist, I think he’s the owner too, wasn’t very pleasant or welcoming. Overall it’s an ok ish hotel worth the money you pay.

It is an epic place to have a walk and admire the beautiful sculptures of Santiago de Santiago. You can also go up towards the Paco Canto sports facilities and go through the trail that passes by several small caves, beautiful greenery and lots of pine trees.

Beautiful park. Although de lower walk way is closed, you can follow it for about 300 meters befpre you have to return. The upper walk way leads to some nice views and 2 work out area’s. The end is a bit weird. We decided to walk back a little bit and go down the stairs of the golfclub HQ. which unfortunally has seen better days.

A relatively well kept but not very leafy ‘park’, used mostly by people tfor it’s underground parking. Certainly not an attraction by any mean. Its two attached grottos are quaint but filthy and reek of (human) urine. Avoid!

What is a dog walker and what are the benefits of dog walking?

A dog walker is a professional service provider who takes your dog for regular walks or outdoor exercise. This service provides significant health benefits for your pet, including improved physical fitness, mental stimulation, and reduced anxiety. It is an excellent way to ensure your dog remains active and happy, especially when you are busy or away from home.

How much do dog walkers and dog sitters cost?

The cost of dog walking and sitting services varies depending on the duration of the visit, the needs of the dog, and the frequency of the service. In Marbella, prices typically depend on whether you require a quick stroll, a long hike, or overnight pet sitting. Many providers offer different packages based on whether you need daily visits or specialized care for multiple pets.

How do I choose the right dog walker?

Choosing the right dog walker involves checking their experience, references, and compatibility with your specific pet's temperament. You should look for a walker who understands your dog's unique needs, provides clear communication, and offers a reliable schedule. Walkers can be hired for daily sessions, several times a week, or on an as-needed basis. The frequency and duration are usually tailored to your pet's lifestyle to ensure they get the right balance of exercise.
