Marbella Club Hotel offers an aesthetically pleasing atmosphere with a wide array of swimming pools and diverse dining options. While the property maintains a beautiful interior design, the current service approach can feel quite attentive, which may impact the sense of privacy for some guests.

The hotel provides a comprehensive experience, though high demand for popular amenities like El Patio suggests that advanced planning is advisable. It remains a notable destination for those seeking diverse leisure facilities and extensive culinary variety.

It was a wonderful stay at the Marbella club hotel. The service was exceptionally welcoming, and we loved the beautiful interior design and atmosphere. We especially appreciated the large number of swimming pools, with separate areas for both adults and children. Every guest can find something comfortable and enjoyable here. The restaurants on the property were excellent, both for lunch and dinner, and the breakfasts were outstanding. We will definitely return to this hotel on our next visit.

I’ve been coming to Marbella Club for years, and I’ve always loved the unique atmosphere that made it feel like a true home away from home. Unfortunately, during this stay, that feeling was missing. While the hotel remains beautiful, I found the staff to be overly intrusive. We were repeatedly interrupted for minor issues and unnecessary check-ins, which made it difficult to relax and enjoy our privacy. Instead of feeling looked after, we felt constantly disturbed. What made Marbella Club so special in the past was its effortless, discreet service—you felt genuinely at home. Sadly, that magic seems to have faded. It’s still a wonderful property, but it no longer feels like the Marbella Club I remember. I sincerely hope the management brings back the understated hospitality and sense of comfort that made this hotel truly exceptional.

Beautiful hotel. Only complaint is that hotel guests do not have priority. If you book, El Patio’s outside dining may not be available. If you are going for the full experience, I would call ahead before booking as their amenities cannot accommodate all hotel guests.

Wow. This hotel is 11/10. It’s hard to fault anything about this hotel. It’s expensive, but it’s worth every Euro! The Restaurants are all incredible, the Pools are beautiful, especially the chilled adults only garden pool. The staff are fabulous, attentive and friendly. The rooms are lovely, modern touches in old classic Spanish style low rise buildings spread throughout the vast hotel property. We stayed in a garden view suite The gardens are beautiful.||This is a relaxing and incredible slice of paradise in a busy a vibrant part of Marbella. ||One of, if not the best hotel we have ever stayed at.

I have been coming to Marbella Club Hotel every year, and it has always been one of my favorite places to stay. Unfortunately, this year’s visit was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had here. The most disappointing part of my stay was the treatment we received at El Patio. A staff member named Sofia was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. Despite having a confirmed reservation, we were not seated, and the situation was handled very poorly. What made the experience even more frustrating was that the manager did nothing to resolve the issue. As loyal guests who have chosen Marbella Club year after year, I expected much better customer service and a genuine effort to help. It’s very disappointing to see such a decline in hospitality at a hotel that has always been known for its exceptional service. I sincerely hope the management takes this feedback seriously, as this experience has completely changed my impression of the hotel.

This is by far the best hotel in Marbella. The heritage of this Andalusian estate from the Prince Alfonso and its renovations are impeccable. The staff is very kind and attentive, always on time and very polite. Their amenities are impressive from their lush gardens to their orto. The restaurants are succulent and the most impressive is their beach club pontoon. They also have a mesmerising thalasso spa that is open from 8 am to 8 pm. I have never had such a good breakfast buffet with healthy options and their signature jamón ibérico. Truly a magical stay especially for families as they have a beautiful kids club. The highlight is their finca ana a special place for in house guests only to relax and unwind along with their holistic studio. The rooms are spacious, elegantly decorated and with great bedding that is very comfortable.

I’m sure that, in its heyday, Marbella Club was a truly beautiful and distinguished property. Sadly, our experience felt more like style over substance.||For anyone looking for an elegant, tranquil and genuinely discerning hotel, this may not be the right choice. Breakfast was consistently hectic and chaotic, with the terrace struggling to accommodate guests when the hotel was at full occupancy. We appreciate that the outdoor setting and surrounding nature mean birds can occasionally make a mess. However, being shown to a table covered in bird faeces, despite paying approximately £3,000 per night, was unacceptable. Even after we highlighted it to staff, no meaningful effort was made to clean the table properly or replace the linen.||The food across the property was generally good, and the pool staff were undeniably attentive. However, as the stay progressed, we found ourselves continually lowering our expectations.||There was very little sense of personalised service. Rather than feeling valued as individual guests, the experience felt transactional, as though the focus was simply to move guests through as efficiently and profitably as possible.||The rooms are also in need of refurbishment. On arrival, we were allocated a room below the category we had booked and paid for. Reception initially tried to explain that room categories were based on size rather than the photographs displayed online. After I produced our reservation correspondence and demonstrated that the room was incorrect, the hotel eventually acknowledged the mistake. We then waited approximately three hours while the correct room was prepared.||Marbella Club may appeal to those looking for an Instagramable backdrop where they can showcase their latest luxury purchases, pay a premium and move on. However, beneath the image, we found the hotel lacking the understated elegance, refinement and genuine hospitality its reputation suggests.||The sense of old-world class now feels more like a memory of a bygone era than the reality of the current guest experience.

What an incredible hotel! Everything about our stay was outstanding. The hotel was beautifully designed, exceptionally clean, and had a welcoming atmosphere from the moment we walked through the doors. The staff were professional, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure guests felt comfortable. The rooms were spacious, quiet, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The facilities were excellent, and every part of the hotel was maintained to a very high standard. What made this hotel truly special was how warm and positive the environment felt. There was a genuine sense of hospitality throughout the property, and every interaction left us with a smile. It’s rare to find a hotel that gets so many things right, but this one absolutely did. I would gladly stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful, stress-free stay. For a hotel that costs minimum 800 euro per night I expect more. It’s hard to relax by the pool since there’s loud party music from early morning. The breakfast doesn’t have fresh berries and you have to pay extra for the à la carte menu as well as ordering small amenities such as hand cream / face cream to the room. I just expect a little bit more from paying this much and hope it changes the last days we’re here

**Absolutely stunning experience that truly deserves full marks. From the moment I walked in, Paolo was incredibly welcoming and genuinely helpful. David at the concierge was the absolute highlight of my stay—he went above and beyond, acting almost like a private tour guide. He took the time to understand my profile and lifestyle, and then shared fantastic recommendations on what to do and where to go in town. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of delicious choices. The swimming pool was beautiful, and the overall ambience of the property was wonderful. We stayed at The Westin La Quinta Golf Resort & Spa in June for 5 days with my mother and our 1-year-old baby, and we had a wonderful experience. The hotel is beautiful, especially for those who love nature and a peaceful atmosphere. I really enjoyed the surroundings , the golf course, the greenery, and the relaxing views. Breakfast was included and it was excellent. There was a good variety at the buffet, but you could also order freshly prepared dishes from the kitchen, which was a lovely option. I was attending an event at the hotel, where lunch was included, and the food was diverse and very tasty. We usually went out for dinner in Marbella, so I cannot comment on the hotel’s dinner service. We used taxis to get around, but the hotel also offers a very convenient shuttle service to Puerto Banús and Marbella Old Town, with a clear schedule that is easy to follow. Although the hotel has many stairs because of its beautiful layout, it was very easy to move around with a stroller. They have lifts both inside the hotel and outside, which made everything much more comfortable. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Overall, it was a lovely stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel for families and anyone looking for a relaxing getaway surrounded by nature

We have just come back from a wonderful 10 days spent at WLQ – our second stay so far in this lovely resort. We were very apprehensive to be going on a holiday in pandemic times, but were very pleasantly surprised with the measures in place – we felt the hotel stroke the perfect balance between keeping us very safe but also not unnecessarily restricted. Our family room was brilliant – spacious, clean, amazing views, and just perfect for a family of 4 including a very active toddler! We enjoyed the hotel amenities and spent a great time by the pool. The service was consistently brilliant, from the reception team to the concierge team and of course the brilliant pool-side and restaurant staff. We are frequent travellers and expect high standards in hotels, but also like to feel ease and friendly vibes, and that’s exactly what you can expect in WLQ. We will definitely be returning soon!

I stayed at The Westin La Quinta Golf Resort & Spa during a trip to Marbella, Spain, and had such a beautiful experience. The resort was peaceful, elegant, and surrounded by gorgeous scenery. The room was excellent. Spacious, comfortable, and well kept, with a large terrace looking out over the golf course and up to the villas dotted along the hills next to the property. We had coffee out there every morning and dinner out there most nights. It is the kind of view you plan your day around. Parking is easy and right on site, only 12 euros a night, which is a bargain for this part of Marbella. No hunting for a spot, no walking half a kilometre with your bags. The pool facilities were great, well maintained and never crowded. I got 27 holes in on the golf course and enjoyed every one of them. The course is in good condition and a genuine pleasure to play. Seven nights and I have nothing to complain about. Great service, great room, great views, great facilities. We will very likely be back, and I recommend it without hesitation to anyone heading to the Costa del Sol.

We had the absolute pleasure of staying at The Westin for 5 days in June 2026 and can certainly recommend it! The hotel is located around 10 mins. by car from Puerto Banus, a little up the mountain. It has some nice restaurants and bars, and the pool is great, large and nice and warm. There are also gym and various spa treaments. There is plenty of parking facilities as well. The staff was extremely helpful and managed to make sure that my 50th celebration was a great one! Always helpful and making sure eveything was ok. Make sure to get the room with view of the mountains. For sure I can recommend this hotel and we will definently come back. See you soon, Westin!

⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5) Our experience with this villa and the agent, Carmen, was extremely disappointing and stressful. From the moment we arrived, it was the worst check-in experience we have ever had. As first-time visitors to Marbella, we expected at least basic hospitality and support, but there was none. Another group arrived before us and could not even access the villa because the payment link had never been sent to us in advance. This caused unnecessary delays and confusion. When we finally got access, the villa was not ready. The rooms were not prepared, and it was clear the property had not been properly prepared for our arrival. On the second day, another serious issue occurred. The security/access system stopped working, and the main gate would not open. My niece and her nanny returned to the villa while everyone else was asleep, but they were locked outside and unable to get in. We repeatedly tried to contact Carmen, but she did not answer our calls or messages. After almost 10 hours, we finally had to contact the intermediary who introduced us to Carmen, and only then was the villa owner contacted to resolve the issue and restore access. This level of support is completely unacceptable, especially in an emergency. The villa was also advertised as having a security system, but once you enter the property, the alarm has to be deactivated because it continuously goes off. In reality, we did not feel that there was any effective security. The most upsetting part of our stay was that we were robbed on the third day. Despite knowing what had happened, Carmen never came to check on us, never asked if we were safe, and never offered any assistance or support. We were left to deal with the situation entirely on our own. The villa is in an isolated area, and we did not feel safe throughout our stay. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend staying in this location. We expected much better communication, professionalism, and care from the agent, especially after multiple serious incidents. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst villa rental experiences we have ever had, and we would not recommend booking through Carmen.

Mariam Alemadi

This was, without question, one of the worst rental experiences we have ever had. Before our arrival, everything seemed fine. The villa looked beautiful in the photos, and the booking process was straightforward. Unfortunately, the experience changed completely the moment we arrived. The property manager, Karmin, was extremely rude, aggressive, and unprofessional. Instead of welcoming us, we were treated with hostility. We were refused access to the bedrooms and were not given the keys immediately. The remaining payment was demanded in a confrontational and intimidating manner, making us feel like we were being treated as suspects rather than paying guests. The security system at the villa also gave us a false sense of safety. During our stay, four masked men broke into the property while our children were inside with their nannies. The intruders stole valuables worth well over €300,000 and left our children and our entire family deeply traumatized. It was one of the most terrifying experiences we have ever been through. What was even more shocking was the complete lack of care and compassion shown afterward. When we contacted the owner and the management company for help, we were told that we were calling outside working hours and that what had happened was “not their responsibility.” Despite living only a couple of minutes away, no one came to check on us, offer assistance, or even ask if the children were safe. There was no empathy, no support, and no sense of responsibility during what was clearly a traumatic emergency. We understand that no property owner can always prevent a crime. However, how you respond when your guests experience a life-changing event says everything about your professionalism and your values. In our case, the response was cold, dismissive, and completely unacceptable. A luxury villa is not just about the building it’s about the service, the safety, and the way guests are treated when things go wrong. This property failed on all three. We would never stay here again, and we cannot recommend it to anyone looking for a safe, professionally managed, or genuinely hospitable place to stay.

I played Golf at Cabopino Golf for the 3rd year in a row because the course is really magnificent. Challenging par 4’s at the excellent first 9. Hole 3 is particularly extraordinary due to the height of the teebox. You can see the fairway closely followed by a bunker and the green. This year we asked and we were allowed to play the first 9H twice, because of this hole 3. But in general Cabopino is a great course, all 18 holes. The shop has everything you can possibly need and the restaurant is very good too.

Day Golfing in this beautiful area of Marbella, what a lovely course not long but you need to think your way around here.. Lovely kinda quirky course it’s more a 4/5 iron off tee than driver that’s for sure, tight tree lined fairways are the norm a fair bit of water around… So enjoyable to play

Probably one of the worst course we have ever played. The course is so wet that it is just mud and soggy everywhere. Every single shot the balls gets plugged no matter fairways or rough. The fairways are like rough with no maintenance and the balls are nowhere to be find and the greens are all filled with sand. Should at least offered some kind of discount for its terrible course condition. Didn’t not enjoy a single bit of it.

absolutely avarage. Over priced. Played one year ago and paid around 120. Today around 200. I know the hotel have been renovated etc but not the course. Asked in the pro shop before the round about the shape. Got the answer that it was amazing, best in the area, one of the best in spain. I have played most courses in the area. He might thougt I was i first time tourist or so,. Can easily rate 20 courses on the course thar are better. It’s not a bad course but for the price the value is terrible. Avarage shape, greens are fast but bumpy. Pin at no 10 was put in a slope where the ball couldnt stop. “best in the area”, if you know what you are doing youre not butting a pin in such spot.

Golf course is good but far from excellent. However the service and food is extremely bad. We visited with a group of 12 for annual golf trip. We arrived 2 hours before tee time. It took the staff 45minutes to give us a table and serve us 8 beer and 4 jugs of sangria. We had to chase after them to order food and ended up having to rush to the tee box. We had already planned to eat dinner aswell. 12 out of the 12 ordered plates were inedible and we ended up not eating. We spent €1400 euro for dinner and will never ever recommend this golf club to anyone.

Our experience of staying in this place was fabulous🫶🏻 My husband booked a room with terrace for my birthday. I was truly amazed by the quality of service, huge territory with amazing decor elements and delicious restaurants. We had a nice dinner there (highly recommend their carpaccio and tenderloin) with the greatest view ever. Moreover, you will definitely enjoy food selection of their breakfasts. Many farm-produced products, great coffee drinks and warm altitude to all guests. I also received nice birthday surprises ( one tasty dessert in the room and another one during breakfast). It was soo kind and sooo sweet! Highly recommend this place if you are searching for pure luxury experience!

I already made comments about this in relation to the hotel, which is linked to this golf club. This golf club specifically serves 3 golf courses. The Caddy Master was incredibly friendly, hired my clubs, the Caddy Car, and played a lovely game of golf. Really first-class service. We recommend it. They’re lovely lovely guys and they look after you.

Spain trip game 3 Our next stop was Flamingos golf course. I had lower expectations since last time when played Alferini I was a bit disappointed. Have to admit Flamingos is different, but back to start. Reach the place is quite easy with GPS , no problem. Checking process and reception is very helpful and friendly, I would say really great experience, appreciated all the info and water for the game. We did not go to driving range, cause its bit far away from course, so we putt a bit and start. First tee is already giving you some impression how course will look and it will not disappoint you a bit. Many elevated shots and uphill shots. Fairways surrounded with tall thuja trees. The greenkeeping job was very well there, we enjoyed fast and true roll on greens as well as soft fairways. I personally like better front nine, not only for scoring better but also for design, back nine was more tough for me, with few repeated holes. If I have to choose signature hole I would mark 18th probably. So I for sure recommend this course. What I do not suggest, is to eat there, its better to just have drink and go to eat in town.

Came to stay at Villa Padierna to organise some events and charity events with Pani couture dresses a fabulous place and a stay for the night in the main hotel so wonderful atmosphere. The staff are amazing and really, they must be given 10 stars just for their service. The rooms are absolutely amazing, very fresh, very clean and just as you can imagine in Villa Padierna. Situated very close to Marbella Centre it’s only around about a 15 minute drive just out in the countryside but in a very relaxing setting.

We played the Flamingo Course in April 2025. The course was in good condition. Nice Fairways and fast greens. The rentable Buggies are the only negative point. The were in a kind of a rough shape. They could be reworked/renewed. The greenfee with 168€ incl. Buggies is Ok but not cheap. The prices in the restaurant are quite expensive but the quality of the food is very good. Overall a nice course – would recommend it.

Amazing, Amazing, Amazing. Played here on the 5th May 23 perfect weather perfect setting. Both courses were in great condition. Staff were friendly and helpful. This place will not disappoint and we will be returning next year.

The worst-maintained golf course I’ve ever seen attached to a 5 star hotel. Embarrassing. And older rental clubs than you can find at a course half the price. Complete waste of time and money. The owners have no pride.

Higuerón Marbella Golf Resort offers a diverse golfing experience, featuring a tight front nine and a more open back nine. While the course is frequently noted for its immaculate maintenance, some areas may show natural wear from local wildlife.

The facility provides a professional atmosphere with a dedicated team. However, the quality of service can vary regarding staff interactions. It remains a notable destination for those seeking a scenic and well-kept layout in Marbella.

Superb course, front 9 super tight and challenging, back 9 more open and fun. Great service from the pro shop, the marshal (think called Miguel). Played on my own first tee time at 8am. Course was great, shame about the second hole near green but damaged due to wildlife so not much they can do. Thank you so much I’ll be back again!

Impolitely addressed by the marshall on my beginning golf level. Was playing with my son of 16, and was agressively adressed on hole 10 (after OK-ish 9 first holes) to stop, after a series of mis-hits. Ofcourse we acted respectfully and polite in terms of other players and flight-progress. I was not playing good enough, true, but it all starts with respect, for sure when you are the (paying) client at a venue. One thing was clear : I didn’t had to explain to my son that this was not the way to address an issue. He understood immediately. Beautiful course by the way !

That was a wonderful experience The golf course is lovely. Split between a tight front nine and a more open back nine Course is in an immaculate condition Above all the staff could not have been better or more friendly The team who looked after us for lunch was superb and I would congratulate them for a lovely experience Bravo to all I would be happy to recommend this to anyone looking to golf near Marbella

A great golf course but what makes this place special is the people. They’ve always been so welcoming I come back for a week twice a year. The booking staff are always helpful and smiling, and best of all are the restaurant and bar staff – Kenny, Irena, Jurga, Elena, Alvaro create such a friendly, lively atmosphere, it’s a pleasure to sit there before and after a round of golf.

Great golf course, helpful and friendly staff. The starter was friendly and professional outlying the clubs rules while on the course. Provided good information and first time we saw a safe for your valuables on your cart. This was preventative as the carts at times are parked away from where you may be putting. That being said has not been an issue but installed as for prevention while providing the additional security. The course was in great shape and the layout was great. The course was fun and I would encourage players to choose the correct tee box for play. Have fun with a good layout! The restaurant staff were excellent providing follow-up with any menu questions. The service was excellent and the food was very good and flavourful. We have booked two months playing here next February and March and are looking forward to it. Well worth a visit!

Río Real Golf Marbella offers a challenging layout characterized by undulating greens and significant elevation changes. While the course maintenance is generally consistent, the technical demands of the terrain require precise accuracy. The facility provides a functional space for golfers seeking a variety of scenic views and dining options.

The experience is marked by variable service quality and inconsistent oversight regarding pace of play. While the onsite restaurant serves as a pleasant destination for refreshments, the professional atmosphere can feel uneven due to limited staff expertise in golf operations.

Given the winter conditions, the course was well maintained. Great layout, though I’m not a fan of blind approach shots – hole #5 was a bit odd. Greens are undulating and fast. You need to be accurate to play here. My wife had a tough time with the length and clearing the elevations off the tee. You can walk the course, but it is hilly. Service was a let down – staff were pleasant, but just took payment and wished us a good game – no information about the course. No starter either to help with the course.

No marshal. No rules. Only money matters. The staff is incompetent and openly admits they have no knowledge of golf. Yet they have no problem letting in people so drunk that they are not even able to get out of a buggy. Everything is left to one very young receptionist who, as she herself says, “is not a golfer and doesn’t know anything about it.” Embarrassing.

Fantastic golfcourse, good maintenance, friendly staff, understanding hospitality. Starter interested and looking for the best option. Value for money. One remark only: marshal on the course should also check better “pace of play”.

It’s a nice course in good condition. But 60 euro’s for a buggy is just outrageous. It’s very walkable so avoid renting a buggy. And for this money you’ll find better courses in Marbella.

I studied at this language school and had a really great experience. I learned a lot, and all of the teachers were incredibly kind and supportive. Since I was working as an au pair, I couldn’t always attend regularly, but the school was very flexible and understanding. What I appreciated most was how they adapted to my needs and made learning comfortable and effective. If I ever wanted to learn Spanish again, I would definitely choose this school. Highly recommended!

I’m 24 years old and I loved my time in Enforex. The classes are very diverse with age ranges from 18-70 and so many different cultures!! The teachers are super nice and there is a great atmosphere. In typical Spanish culture there is a nice laid back vibe to the school and the teacher’s want you to achieve your best! Shoutout to David lo mejor profesor! 😉

I had a wonderful experience studying Spanish at Enforex Marbella. The school is located in a beautiful, modern building just a few minutes from the beach, which creates an inspiring and relaxing learning atmosphere. The classes are dynamic, the groups are small, and the teachers are not only professional but also truly passionate about helping each student improve. What stood out to me most was the warm, welcoming environment created by the entire team — and especially by the school’s director, Marisa. She is kind, approachable, and always attentive to the needs of the students. Her personal involvement and positive energy make a big difference and set the tone for the whole school. I would highly recommend Enforex Marbella to anyone looking for high-quality Spanish lessons in a friendly, supportive environment by the sea.

(For the full review, check out the screenshots in the photos) Overall, my experience with Enforex left a lot to be desired and I was faced with unprofessionalism, mismanagement, and downright neglect. The Marbella residence was an improvement upon the Barcelona residence. There weren’t many students throughout the month reducing the noise level and all the facilities were working which seemed like a literal miracle. I appreciated how there were name tags on the doors which allowed me to get to know my neighbours better. The biggest drawback was that there was no AC which was especially brutal in June. Finding and entering the apartment itself was quite difficult as I had to pick up the keys a kilometer away at some random lodge. I was promised instructions on how to enter the residence but was not provided this. I couldn’t figure out where to go in the actual business complex which was extensive. When I called the emergency number, they were unhelpful as it was a remote worker in Madrid and they had no idea how to navigate either. I will say that I had to switch rooms. The first room was very small and not necessarily secure as it shared the balcony with my neighbour. When I opened the terrace doors, it exposed my room to my neighbour. While this may be fine during the day, it’s not that safe overnight, especially since students don’t have to do a background check. There was also a killer bee on the terrace to contend with (though the property manager did spray for them the next day after). Because of the minimal square footage and lack of AC, this apartment is also not worth €1300 a month. Luckily, I was moved to a larger room which was more spacious. There were lingering issues though, mainly the smell of smoke, which leaked through the vents and likely took off a few years of my life. The school itself was how I expected Enforex to be: generally professional and well-organized. Unlike Barcelona which had the same three teachers throughout the month, the teachers fluctuated depending on the week. Some of the teachers didn’t come to class prepared with the worksheets and had to leave mid-way through the class to print them out but they were all more punctual than in Barcelona with less wasted time. It was thoughtful to include coffee and tea (for 50 cents) during the break to create a sense of student community. The manager, Marisa, was more proactive than anyone in Barcelona and helped to address my concerns. She said she would help resolve my lingering issues and concerns about the Barcelona residence with the residence coordinator, Edu, and Enforex program director. They have yet to get back to me; I have been waiting for over a month for anyone at the school to reach out to me. This is a clear indication of the level of unprofessionalism at this institution as they are perfectly fine with leaving client issues unresolved (they haven’t even reached out to me on a preliminary basis saying they’re looking into it more). Marisa stated that the reason for a slow response was because the school was busy with their summer school program. This reads as a thinly-veiled excuse because I brought up my issues before the incoming cohort even arrived so they had time to help me but chose not to. All in all, Enforex was generally disappointing, especially the residences. Their brochure and website are straight up false advertising which promise a 100% satisfaction guarantee for which they have fallen incredibly flat. Working with Enforex and using their services is incredibly frustrating and unjust. They consistently break promises and rules they set out and supposedly enforce but obviously do not. They have consistently proven that they don’t have the ability or capacity to ensure a safe, enriching environment, nullifying their own contract and neglecting their students. The lack of management and standards is abhorrent and continuing to turn a blind eye is unprofessional, unsafe, and non-compliant.
