I had an absolutely terrible experience with the lawyer Carlos Abril. We hired him as a lawyer to help with the purchase of my first home in Malaga. He forgot to mention some very important details which ended up in fines of thousands of euros a few years down the line. I tried to contact him to discuss what I could do about these fines when I received them and he completely avoided all contact (every time I called his secretary refused to put him on the phone) and I never received responses to my emails. This was the most disappointing experience I have ever had working with a legal firm. For 6 months, they showed complete disregard for our time, effort, and resources. Due to their incompetent client assessment and utter lack of proper analysis, a deal where both buyer and seller were fully ready to close fell through at the last minute.
