We went here for our son whilst on vacation. I must say that I never was this disrespected. The employer was very rude and didn’t even help us, she directly yelled at us to wear our masks while nobody had one on. Really shocked, this ruined our entire day. We don’t recommend this place at all. This doesn’t even deserve one star!

A new year is around the corner, and it feels natural to reflect on good things happening to me in 2025. I think being introduced to Dr A. Álvarez López will be on top of my list. I have Nordic fair skin and earlier this year a piece had to be removed from under my left eye because of melanoma. Happily a successful surgery was preformed, but being so close to the eye made it necessary for a second surgery, to make the eye closed in a natural way and to make it in line with my right eye. And here is where Dr Álvarez came in. After examining my face he came up with a good plan how to fix the problem and I felt immediately relieved. When I later decided to go ahead with the suggested procedure the doctor’s Coordinator assisted me through the pre-surgery appointments and she made herself constantly available for all my questions. The atmosphere in the operation theatre the day for my surgery was relaxed and I felt comfortable. Dr Álvarez informed my husband about the details around the procedure right afterwards and the follow-up from both the doctor and his coordinator was excellent. I have been healing well and happy the problem with a too open eye exposed to infections and windy weather has been solved. The areas around the eyes are sensitive and complicated, but Dr Álvares did an excellent job with me. Forever grateful for that.

I had lower blepharoplasty 4 months ago and although 74 years old at the time I was extremely happy with the result Dr Alejandro Alvarez Lopez is an excellent surgeon who informs you at each step exactly what is going to happen. I thoroughly recommend Dr Alvarez to anyone considering the procedure and his coordinator is excellent and very professional

I had upper and lower blepharoplasty almost 4 years ago. The surgeon involved didn’t recognize the lower eyelid laxity or he took off too much tissues or both. I had retraction on the lower eyelid. I had three more corrective procedures with the same doctor and they all failed, it was a nightmare. Eight months ago I fortunately met doctor Alvarez. He preformed eyelid revision surgery using hard palate grafting with canthal ligament revision. The surgery was hard but I’m happy that I did it especially with Dr. alveraze. He is very skillful, knowledgeable and a master of his trade. Consider yourself lucky that you came to this page to read this, you won’t find better hands than Dr alveraze. A very kind caring man the whole experience with him and the hospital very good the only down side being the removal of stitches by the wrong person. The result is good and I am sure will improve further with time.

The cataract surgery on the first eye 2 days ago was efficiently done and relatively painless. Already the difference between the eyes is noticeable. The new lens is brighter with whiter whites. Assuming the surgery on the other eye goes as well, I would recommend Vistalaser highly.

Coming all the way from Scotland to have my eye lense replacement surgery at Vistalaser was a great experience. Staff and medical staff very professional and friendly. Today, one week on from my operation my eyesight is better than 20/20. Cannot thank Vistalaser enough. John McNulty

I can’t recommend this clinic enough. From the first appointment right through to the day of surgery and to the post op appointments, the staff have been nothing but accommodating and polite. They explained the surgery and after care process carefully and clearly. Every single member of staff are extremely professional and welcoming. Dr. Luis Villalba, the surgeon, is excellent. Three months with them, I had surgery for myopia and astigmatism, and I had quite a few diopters. And honestly, it has been the best. I had the surgery in Malaga, and I had check-ups in Marbella. Excellent treatment from the nurses, and Doctor Miguel Viso, who is the one who operated on me, was wonderful, polite, and very kind. I totally recommend the Baviera clinic. They resolve all your doubts, and they give you personalized and very flexible treatment depending on what you need. And also, now I enjoy my life WITHOUT GLASSES. The only glasses I wear are sunglasses to enjoy walks on the beach. I can play video games and watch movies lying on my side🤣. Plus, the hawk vision I have now is impressive. Dra Carretera recently performed a Cataract operation on both of my eyes. I have been a patient of Dra Carretera for 4 years now for general check ups. During this time she also performed 2 laser treatments on my eyes. Warning My mother fell and broke her arm. The hospital put on the wrong cast, failed to set the bone properly, and gave her medication that directly conflicted with her regular medication. Now she needs surgery to correct their mistakes. In my opinion, this is both incompetent and dangerous. I can only recommend using a public hospital for serious injuries. This place may be fine for colds and stomach problems. but I would never trust them with anything more serious.

Discusting customer service. They offer very little for the money. We have paid yearly and after a couple of years asked to cancel. We thought it was cancelled and then they charged us for another year. They refuse to refund money and say we can cancel again but with no refund. AVOID THIS MONEY GRABBING COMPANY. The lady on the phone just said “You should have read the small print”

I want to publicly share my gratitude for the empathy, emergency medical care and treatment provided by the amazing doctors and nurses at this hospital. Visiting on holiday I suffered an acute medical emergency, the day I arrived in Spain, from emergency arrival at hospital in considerable pain, to the diagnosis, tests, treatment and operation I have been treated with dignity kindness and fully consulted. Less than 48 hours after arrival I have received emergency surgery, the hospital have been relentless liaising with my insurance company to ensure I got the care and treatment I needed quickly all covered by my insurance company who have also been great in ensuring swift treatment and surgery. This hospital and staff know what they are doing. It is spotless, my room is comfortable, cleaned regularly the food has been wonderful to help my recovery. Thank you all, from a very grateful patient you are all wonderful

I’m becoming more and more concerned by the delays and lack of or miscommunication at HS. It used to be fantástica but maybe with too many clients they cannot keep up and mistakes are happening which are costing patience their health

Absolutely fantastic hospital & staff, I had a medical complication & they have been super professional & efficient. Also have ample parking for members go to the far end past the ambulances and turn left, get your parking ticket validated at the lower level reception before you leave.

This is a truly wonderful hospital. The facilities are superb. But the thing that makes it so good is the brilliant staff. They take a very personal interest in you and your medical condition. Nothing is too much trouble. They are always smiling, which is so pleasant when you are not well. Nobody wants to have to go to hospital, but if it is necessary, then this would always be my hospital of choice

I bought a pair of prescription glasses on 2nd of June. I told them Im leaving the country on 15th and they said , will be ready in 10 days. Glasses have not arrived. They told me, they were going to send it, they received it 3 days ago still not sent! 2 failures in a row! Be very careful with this branch. I will file a complain to higher management.
