I FEEL DECEIVED BEWARE!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS AGENCY. I requested this agency to calculate the amount of my retirement pension; I sent them the documentation they asked for, along with a document requesting the calculation to be as accurate as possible with fixed data so they wouldn’t have to work. They accepted it and sent me the date and time for the video call appointment. They told me the cost plus VAT for the consultation was “€121.00,” to be paid after the consultation ended. Up to this point, everything was fine. On the day of the consultation, they gave me a range from one figure to another. I asked them to send me the calculation in PDF format, and they told me that if they sent it in writing, it would be €300.00 plus VAT. I got very angry because the Social Security office provides this figure in writing for free. I hired an agency to do the calculation for me, and they sold me a range equivalent to smoke, and on top of that, they charged me €121.00. Unfortunately, my experience with Raquel was disappointing. A viewing was scheduled for my clients, and due to a last-minute change of mind by one of them, I called to cancel. Within minutes, my client decided they still wished to proceed with the viewing, so I immediately attempted to contact Raquel again multiple times to confirm we were on our way. Despite my repeated calls, I received no response. I arrived at the property only a few minutes after the scheduled time and discovered Raquel had already left. While I fully understand that last-minute changes can be frustrating, they are sometimes unavoidable in real estate, and clear communication is essential. What was most disappointing was the decision to leave a public negative review despite my sincere apology and despite the fact that key details of the situation were omitted. Professionalism and communication should work both ways.
